This rating is simply relating to the curbside service option. Despite following protocols including letting them know Im on my way and Im here notifications, I waited for over 20 minutes and needed to call the store twice within that waiting period. This is not a useful service, if Michaels doesnt act promptly.

Super clean, fun, and friendly store. The employees were happy to have us there taking photos, and left us alone. The customers are always fun to talk to, and see what crafts they have going on. Michaels has absolutely everything you can think of when it comes to crafting, and I go there for everything I need. They have items for beginners, and experts alike and will always point you in the right direction.

The store was well lit, clean and stocked. Also all of the employees I encountered were upbeat, friendly and very helpful. I want to thank the associate that was in the bead aisle when I visited. I didnt see one of the strands I was looking for and he was able to find them in a box of inventory that had yet to be stocked. He even searched me out in the store when he found 2 more strands. Thank you so much for that face to face service. Great job to him and the entire store.

Not impressed. I ordered online and expected the order to be waiting for me. I would have been able to go the the isle and purchased the item four (4) times in the amount of time it took for the order staff to get my one item with no one in front of me.

Finally found black 16x24 picture frames online so kudos to yall for that. Ordered them online and shipment was fast however this is a fragile package! The box is trashed, whoever does your shipments needs to do better! Wish I could add pics

Its good if you find stuff on sale. But everything is way overpriced compared to online pricing. Ive never find anything in the store I couldnt get online cheaper. Yeah save brick and mortar but they need to compete with 2 day shipping

This place has so much to offer as far as arts and crafts supplies, but the checkout process is such a joke. Their lines are always ridiculously long because they regularly short staff the checkout lanes. And heaven help you if you have to Return merchandise, because their is no designated line for RETURNS, they require you to stand in these super long lines with people who are checking out. In addition, the staff are not always the friendliest either.

Good selection of items I was sent to buy. At least their merchandise is easy to find as they clearly state on isle signs. This is huge to customers who are unfamiliar with crafts in general. Forget Hobby Lobby stores which has no navigational signs in store and no one to assist.

Went for a childrens birthday party. Who knew??? Lots of fun craft activities for the kids (kindergarten age). All the children had fun and the Michaels staff was great.

My granddaughter, whos 11 loves going to Michaels. She likes walking the aisles looking for different things to make. They have literally 1000s of things you can get to bring out the creativity in a child.

Quarantine Day 5/8.. I placed an order on 5/7 & was notified that my order was ready for pickup at 9:30a.m on 5/8. I tried to notify the store that I would be in route within 40 mins..a lady told me to jus call when I made it to the prknlt..okokok... so guess wat I got here called them to let them know.. 5 mins guy came out said cant find my order.. ok wait 5 more mins so now Ive been waiting a total of 20 mins and my order has still not been brought to the car.. bc they gotta refill everything from the shelves... Im jus so upset rite now and dissappointed I spent 110 in here I dont feel like my stuff shulda been misplaced and theennnn on top of all that... they done brought out bout 6 other people stuffff.... IM LIVVIIIDDDDDDD

I love this store I love the staff its fun to shop there I sometimes go just to look around. The best part is they always have coupons and allow you to look them up on your phone before you make a purchase to save more. The prices are always good and the store is always clean. Michaels has a huge array of everything crafty! I love this place! Prices are more reasonable than JoAnns, even with coupons. I could spend thousands of dollars here if I had it. Lol!

The store has a little bit of everything. I can always find something interesting and new for crafting. The yarn section is medium sized with quality yarn to pick from.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was clean in the store, and everything was organized. I havent been in a micheals in nearly 8 years. I cant wait to come back to stock up on supplies.

After 8 it was practically empty. No lines but stuff was a bit picked over. Customers can really be animals sometimes.

Michaels craft store is always a good place to go if you need arts and crafts supplies. They always have little trinkets of some sort that are interesting and cheap. I have used their Framing Service which is expensive unless you get the annual 60% off coupon. The framing is always of high quality and well done.

Overpriced low quality merchandise from China. Each year their deal are worse and the quality is lower. I used to like getting simple craft items for my children from Michaels, but now I will go elsewhere. Good job contributing to the end of brick and mortar.

It was impressive. They had stuff I didnt really think about until I was there. Went there to purchase gift baskets to create my own personalized ones for different friends. I spent over an hour there which is amazing cause I dont like to shop.

Its been 4 hours for a pack of pencils and it is still not ready. useless service, or useless employees, either way it is horrible and will never use store pick up again. Staff were very helpful as I needed to find things.... they offered there expert opinion about items I was not familiar using. I really love that they always have a coupon on their website. Great way to save a few bucks for my next visit!
