Okay place to go dont win much but always have a good time. Love going to the Grandfalls buffet love the food, just wish the staff were more friendly in that area. The sports bar is always fun I love the food here too and one of the bartenders has amazing customer service.

My husband and I went to the Zenith Steakhouse for our Anniversary and we had a fabulous time!! The food was awesome, the service was outstanding! We ordered rib eye steaks, baked potato, sauteed mushrooms, baked sweet potato,salad and fries!! We definitely recommend the Zenith Steakhouse!!!

What a nice treat this place is! For the price I was really impressed. Also won $500 playing slots with $40. The buffet was decent and the staff are very friendly. The hot tub and pool are open until 2am which is nice as well.Will definitely stay here again since it’s a sweet hotel with loose slots!

Cutest most interesting casino Ive been at and Im from Las Vegas Nevada. The design of the casino was so awesome that we walked around admiring it all. The pool in the back is heated and they have a game room for the kids. The slot machines are up to date and the bartenders are friendly and fast. In love with it all.

Very clean and bright casino. Rooms are nice, but no robes as described, comfy beds. Avoid the buffet, but other food outlets are good. Steak house is amazing! Be prepared to spend your special occasion fund! Very friendly employees:) Pick up any items needed, in Flagstaff, because it is a 30 minute drive from Flagstaff, with only one gas station in between. Have fun!!!

I absolutely loved it! Very spacious and much to choose from. Its not smokey and crowded. They have a hotel and restaurants. The women at the players club were extremely nice and very informative. Plenty of parking and valet.

The hotel rooms are roomy and well layed out. The food in the restaurants are more than filling and tasty. Overall a great place to stay. The casino machines also played out a little cash, so good time

Stayed for a couple nights. Rooms are very nice and modern. Casino is nice, pretty typical for a reservation casino. Zenith Steakhouse is worth a visit. I had a great ribeye while there, cooked perfectly. Very nice fitness center that rivals a nice gym, obviously on a smaller scale. Drinks are reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend

My husband & I went to stay overnight for a short getaway and had a wonderful time. We love the casino and bingo, unfortunately the line was so long for the buffet we had to skipped it. The room are really nice but the reason I only have 3 stars is the beds are horrible! When you pay over $120 to stay at a hotel you want a good night sleep and that wasnt the case here. Next time we will stay in town at Flagstaff and skip the hotel stay because how uncomfortable/ cheap the beds are at the casino.

Great food at the buffet, even better service! The staff took care of me like I was a personal friend, I arrived 5 minutes before they were closing, and yet they served me with a smile, told me to take my time and never once rushed me or acted like they were upset with me for showing up late. Ive never been treated as well as I was here. The casino itself was very nice as well, this was a great place to park overnight. I cant say enough good about it!

When its open it has great food the people are friendly nice place to stay the casino is it open but theres plenty of truck parking no restrooms though its only three stars cuz its not open usually be 5 stars

Absolutely in love with this place. Service is always impeccable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.We drive a truck and it is nice to be able get out and stretch. The drivers lounge is awesome. So relaxing and clean!We will stop here every time we are close by!

Excellent food and Service, the rooms are clean and modern. I would recommend Twin Arrows Navajo Casino. I only took away 1 star because, price on rooms are to expensive considering where they are located for locals who actually provide most of their business. Reduce the rates and you shall have more revenue, Phoenix, Verde Valley and beon.

The bed was very comfortable. Convenient to a great steak house. Had breakfast downstairs which was good, although staff needs to be more open to nicely communicate with the visitors. They were too quiet and just attended to what they needed to do. Overall it was a good stay.

The rooms are very well appointed. Very comfortable. There are done inexpensive walk up places to eat as well as pretty high fare. The casino is nicely done. We were pretty disappointed at the dance floor and music at the edge of the casino.

The Twin Arrows Resort and Casino is a nice facility. This is a newer facility they keep it clean very friendly staff excellent service. Located about 20 miles east of Flagstaff on Interstate 40. I recommend visiting if youre in the area

Still too smoky I think that all casinos should be non-smoking... We spent about $2,000 gambling and lost this time but sometimes we do okay... I know that they have the data on who is spending using their casino guest management software systems and I would think that if somebody is spending that maybe it would be good guest services to continue to come up to high spend individuals and take care of their food and drink needs and offer future rooms etc... I believe we now have about four or six free hotel nights there that we will never use because we live so close but at the same time these gestures help to increase guest evangelism and loyalty. Also when we left our $120,000 car with the valet they really should have just kept it up front instead of parking it far away but I guess that they really wanted to drive it.

The hotel rooms are large, modern and kept to an excellent standard. Complimentary water and coffee facilities in the rooms were appreciated. Good place to stay if exploring the local area, I used it as a base for Grand Canyon, Walnut Canyon and ghost towns on 66. If I was back Id probably try base myself out of Flagstaff for the nightlife, but if you dont mind the drive its a decent choice.

We had an AMAZING TIME ! What a gorgeous casino. Helpful and courteous staff plus a wonderful meal....cant beat it ! . I wish I had taken more pictures. Decorated with a modern flare that stayed true to their heritage. I did manage to get a picture of the wonderful chandelier in the main entry.

Stayed here for two nights on our vacation and had an excellent time! Zenith Steakhouse offered a delicious classy dinner, the casino was not too shabby, room was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

We were very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, they had some nice upgrades in the rooms. If youre traveling through everything is here in one place. You can stop, relax, eat, have some entertainment, and get right back on the road the next day. We would definitely stay here again if traveling through!

The casino was medium sized with table games and a fair amount of slots. The buffet was okay. I went on Wednesday, which is seafood night. The crablegs were good. Everything else on the buffet was not the greatest.

I love this casino. Plenty of parking for big trucks, but sometimes you’ve to be their early during the winter time. They are coming up with a brand new travel plaza. Weekday buffet in the casino is not bad for it’s price. The bar and the gift shop is amazing. Slots don’t pay that much but the bonus blackjack is amazing. Hotel is super neat and clean. Good for couples and elderly patrons.

Stayed here in late July. Room was very nice, good food & great golf only 30 mins away. No craps tables, but 21 tables and slot machines were fun. Place is still just like new.

What a nice place to stay. Just a pit stop on the way to Las Vegas. Very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are great, the staff were helpful and friendly. The casino is well laid out and well staffed. Not being gamblers we only stayed in the hotel and just for the one night.

I love this place , my wife and i make the drive several times a year, the rooms are very clean and very nice . the steak house has the best rib-eyes Ive ever had , all the staff is friendly. the buffet food isnt very good , i wish the would just increase the price of the buffet and make the food better . but all the other amenities are the best.

A clean, professional establishment minutes from Flagstaff. The rooms are top-notch and even beat out some major resorts in Vegas! The rural setting is relaxing and quiet. This place rocks!

We stopped here on our way to California. They have great parking for semi trucks. The lunch buffet was good. The highlight was dinner at Zenith Steakhouse! Amazing food and service! We will be back!

IHonestly, I just took my teen boys to try the game room. Attendant was a bet rude.. but after getting her to chat she was a little nicer. THEN forgot about those that needed help with the gaming system. Maybe 2 attendants would help. I didnt gamble. So my review counts partially, lol.

Dont come here without calling first! Website says open 24hrs. We drive all the way there to find a ghost town. Annoying

Plenty of parking for semis, dog areas. Clean restrooms. Ate dinner at the bar & grill the cowboy burger was amazing. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. All in all was a nice enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend. We dont gamble so no problem there

We visited Twin Arrows Casino to view the traveling Viet Nam Wall. The wall visited Twin Arrows for a limited time. We are not gamblers so that part of the casino did not interest us. Smoking is allowed in there and that can be smelled from outside it.The casino features free parking and valet service, and three dining areas including a Buffet. There is a large conference center, a workout area, and an indoor pool. The casino is four years old, but it looks brand new.It is 20 miles East of Flagstaff on I-40.The Viet Nam Wall is half size of the original, so it was exhibited uncovered outside. There is a security detail check before one can enter the area. It is wheelchair accessible, and assistance if needed is available.I thought it was well done. After visiting the real wall in Washington DC a few years ago, this was a good replica. The attitude was respectful and quiet. If you wish to make a rubbing, you will need assistance from the attendants, since one is not allowed to touch the wall.Wear closed toe shoes, since the field is gravel. The sun was also quite bright.

Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful is what I think when I hear their name. Gaming in a relax, spread out atmosphere. The most nices people making sure your happy or if you needed anything at all. You feel the class as soon as you walk in the front door. Cant wait to go back.

I enjoy the variety of slots both traditional and progressive along with the bet range depending on the gaming mfg. The floor staff is professional but looked very preoccupied with ppl beggingor smokes or change during the day but especially at night! Look forward to seeing new games the next time we visit!

The Burger at the sports bar was excellent! Whoever did the carpeting really nailed it! The casino part had a smoke-free area surrounded by the smoking sections which made the smoke-free area twice as smokey.

Fantastic hotel , GREAT ROOMS, super friendly staff.....Awesome shower in your room, I am 63 and had tons of room. Super quiet room and fantastic view of the San Francisco Mountain range !!!!! Also the restaurants were fantastic , the buffet every night was dynamite. Greatvportions and very good quality for the price. Only drawback was the casino is smoking so you could smell smoke while you ate. We will stay here again for sure the next time we visit. This was one of our favourite all time places to stay overnight. Would be a 5 if the casino was smoke free.

I was disappointed. Why are the restaurants hours so varied? Open till 11 on Wednesday but only 9 on Tuesday? I happened to show up on Tuesday. It was 8:30 and the steakhouse was already closed and the buffet was basically leftovers. I went from Im going to splurge and treat myself to walking out. Decided it wasnt even worth trying my luck on any games.For review purposes I will also note the restrooms were clean, and there was a nice casino floor. I might have checked out a hotel room too but was denied the opportunity to talk myself into it when I was denied a relaxing hour eating a hot meal. Guess I came out a winner though: $15 buffet, $118 hotel room.I mean come on, even the gift shop was closed. I wouldve liked to shop in there as well.Update:Its been 5 months. Im trying out the Sports Bar tonight. Got the $8+ Twin Burger. Its a lot smaller than I expected for a burger that expensive, and was dwarfed by the pile of fries that accompanied it. The sauce was good, however it suffers in that its all one flavor and several textures, which doesnt make it really particularly good. Ive had as good or better from McDs for a couple bucks, with just as much fries.

This is a really great and affordable Buffet its surprising that a casino would be out in the middle of nowhere but it is so worth the stop the food is delicious and its affordable we stopped and had lunch for under $20 and we ate like kings the food is cooked extremely well and professionally and there is not a bad thing on the menu there it seemed like they cooked all the food there themselves there was very little food that didnt seem like it was homemade so I have to say yes to the chefs there they do a great job and thank you for them as well and the casino was very clean and was not Smokey and stinky and it was very elegant they put a lot of time into this casino and development of it, we felt very comfortable there there and very safe

Built and run by the Navajo Nation, this hotel/casino is a nice place to visit. It is off the interstate, outside of Flagstaff, AZ. I think the road to this place is unnecessarily long with its round about, turns, and long stretch to the entrance. Clearly, it is meant to instill a sense of heightened expectancy for the visitor, but after awhile it can become off putting. There are three restaurants and one 24hr coffee shop. There is a large pool, conference areas, and even a game room. However, like the road leading to this place, the journey to get to the pool and game room is unnecessarily long. You have to turn a couple of corners to get to them. The casino is large and security is moderate. There is little to no smell of cigarette smoke that is usually characteristic of casinos. This is thanks to their good ventilation. Finally, the rooms are beautiful. I particularly liked the large shower in our room. I did hope for a microwave though. Overall, this is a pleasant place that reflects the Navajo sense of peace, tranquility, and respect. I suppose this is the point of it being far removed from the main highway. Being removed from the husile and bustle of the interstate, makes Twin Arrows a place of quiet and reflection. ️

Great promotional rewards when I stopped while travelling. Played a few games, won some gas money from the free play and was back on the road. Nice big setup and would probably be fun on the weekends.

Truck driver first time here but I always pass by I40 four times a month.I had better buffet at other casino.One slice of pizza there for half an hour.I guess low pay out .I played $550 nothing back.Will never visit this place again. Good parking 9/25/2019

If youre in the area and want to stay away from flag a bit but still close enough to get there quick this is a good place. Rooms are nice, it secluded, 24hr casino and a decent buffet an cafe which is also 24hr. Not all that expensive either.

Unbelievably rude front desk service. Not even a youre welcome, thank you or an explanation of what is at the casino. Cashiers at the buffet, coffee, cafe were not courteous with a smile. Not a very inviting experience overall for our professional development. The food and folks at the arrow sports bar and attentive as busy as they were when we dined there so kudos to them. Its good. Theres multiple onsite facilities, making it on par with a high end 4 star hotel. Free bottled water for guests, a modern gaming facility for the kids, and an easy access casino floor.The place is well kept and well operated. It definitely deserves its moniker of best in the region. The restaurants arent open the entire day, and the hotel is located rather far away from Flagstaff, but overall its a good place to stay for Grand Canyon visitors.

Had a good time here, stayed about 2 hours. Lots of the newer, pricier games, but we ended up breaking even. Very clean, smoke wasnt a problem. Nice place!

This casino hosted this wonderful event and I appreciate all the support they gave to make it a success. Lots of RV and huge truck parking for free and security is great, even using a new robot to patrol the parking lots .The air quality is good , although it is a smoking casino you don’t smell or see the smoke. Location is between Flagstaff and Winslow, Arizona and there is a lot of open space around the casino for moon and stars to be viewed at night.

GREAT CASINO WITH AN AWESOME SPORTS BAR! The sports bar is fantastic for a meal...good prices and Really good food... The casino has a lot of machines to choose, but the Atmosphere is a little smoky. They allow smoking in half the casino that follows to no smoking area. Clean restrooms as well.

This is the Best hotel in Flagstaff. The rooms are beautiful the hotel rooms are quiet and many places to eat all in one location. The staff is excellent. Will stay here again.

Stopped in for a few hours, played about 15 different slots, a few hands of blackjack. The place is very clean and nice, good people and a variety of slots. The table games were in short supply, but decent. Tried the sports bar for food and some drinks. It was good, not great. I left down $80 and some drinks, decent place....no poker room, clean bathrooms

Nice place to spend the night if your a truck driver. They have plenty of parking but it does get packed early.Food at the bar was really good but it does seem like the wait to get a drink is a little excessive since there are several servers just standing around talking.

The rooms were not available right away for my coworkers, they had to wait an hour to 4 hours before a room was available. The other accessible services were fine. Nice casino, big pool, gameroom access, several places to eat and nice place to have big events.

The gaming floor has a wide variety of slot machines and tables. Its fast easy to sign up for a players club card. There are multiple jackpots winners every hour. Free soda and coffee stations near the main entrances. I like the choices of dining that are available. I wish there was a larger non-smoking section or a more secluded section on the floor.

I was in need of a place to hunkerdown during the middle of the COVID-19 “stay at home”, I initially stopped at Twin Arrows Casino after seeing they were closed until early Apr; I check with security and they advised that it was OK for me to stay in the rv parking area. I just assumed I would need to leave when the casino reopened, but security said I could stay as long as I wanted, again as long as I was in the rv parking. Sadly I left before the casino reopened, but I will surely come back when the world is back to some version of normal again and actually get to go into the casino. Thanks for allowing me shelter in place

I stopped by on my first day of traveling on vacation. I spent a lot of money here. I also won jackpot and left feeling good about the place. A promotion package with free offers if I were to revisit was mailed to my home, including $50 free play, $20 food voucher and one free night at their hotel.On my last day of vacation before heading home, I decided to return to Twin Arrows since I did so well the first visit. I go to the players club, show them my players card and identification and a picture of the pamphlet mailed to my house (havent been home yet) and they cant find me in the system. I call for a reservation using the offer code provided and they cant find me in the system. Now I feel like this was all nothing but a scam to get us to come back. This isnt honest business as far as Im concerned and I would recommend staying on Interstate 40. Just keep on driving right on past that Twin Arrows exit!!!

Really nice rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Refrigerator and coffee in room.Buffet ok, go early when it has the freshest food.I think they do not refresh the food as often as they could. If your later a lot of food looks and is really dry.The restuarant in the bar has really good food.

Excellent. I enjoyed my stay. I especially enjoyed the bed. Some hotels have the worst beds, but this was one of the few bed I actually liked. It was not lumpy or too soft nor too stiff.

Handsome hotel with all aspects pleasung to the eye. The rooms are a nice size with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom is truly beautiful.

I am a truck driver, and I sometimes stop here for my 10 hr break. Normally you can always find parking here. The food in the sports bar is very good, and the prices are fair.
