I love Jackpot because from inside to out it is well kept, machines, bar, music, the food I mean I cant complain about anything at Jackpot Crossing. I think the music is the best out of any casino within 30 miles. Love you Jackpot thank you!

Not bad. Music has gotten better I think. Its been probably a month in between visiting so I cant say for sure.

Las Palmas is a good relaxed restaurant in the casino. Mexican food with great staff and good food.

Ate at Italian restuarant. Bread was good, served with olive oil and vinegar. Server sold us on a special but then delivered the meal with the ingredients they raved about missing! The main meal was okay at best. The side salads were well worth the price and tasty. Clean environment and nicely decorated. No smoke smell in dining area.

Very empty so more chances in your favor to win lots of money. Staff is real nice place is clean i like the set up with the mirrors must come visit

Great selection of games, multi progressive and mystery progressive slots IGT game king machines. Has a really big bar and friendly staff the muzak wasnt too terrible. If they had multi progressive poker they would see me more often.

Jackpot Crossing is our favorite casino in town the machines are wonderful the employees are incredible always nice courteous cant do enough for you the bartender checks on your regularly always has a beautiful smile the machines are fun its nice to get a bonus round regularly unlike any other place in this town love it we keep coming back as long as theres no sick people anywhere were retired and we dont want any sickos germs always have fun there thats why we always come back

Restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Bar has a small menu, had the nachos 1/2 order, they were pretty good, hubby had the burger and fries and said the burger was good. Draft beer always a plus.

This casino is located in Fernley, NV and is right off the freeways exit. It is a very clean casino with excellent management and employees. They have all kinds of exciting contests and prizes going on all year long.

7:30am, Breakfast time, (Right) cook they have is M.I.A.(LOST) so No breakfast. This has happened twice. Went for dinner, a chance for them to redeem themselves. It was 6:30 Same old same old. Cook is gone, I hear excuse after excuse. I wont give this establishment a 3rd try.

Love the all you can eat $5 pasta on Friday nights. Everyone should try this. You can change pasta and sauce between servings. They have some issues with getting around to the table for refills and what not, but if you get their attention they will take care of you. They just need some customer service lessons.This place is worth the money for sure on the $5 nights. The rest of the menu is a bit pricey for the quality and quantity you get. Just make sure you are shopping smart on special nights.

This smaller casino located in Fernley has a friendly staff and offers the most current and some older video slot and poker machines. If you are just looking to get a drink or something to eat then youll find a convenient bar and some side tables to sit and view the latest sports on multiple screens.

This casino plays great music! There is a wide variety of games and it has a pretty open floor plan. I never feel cramped or too close to the person playing next to me. They have a help yourself soda bar with coffee and iced tea also available so you dont have to wait for someone to serve you while youre playing.

Amazing Service! Never had a bad meal at the restaurant, nice, quiet and wonderful food. The Casino employees are so helpful and make you feel, so very welcome.

The food at Rilassas is really good but make sure you are prepared to wait to order anything. When we went there, there were about 4 empty tables and they said that there was a 15 minute wait to even order drinks (which considering other reviews isnt bad). We were just shocked considering the place was no where near packed. The food how ever is delicious and was very satisfying.

Nice new casino with almost no business cause their slots just dont pay. There is a nice Italian restaurant inside and the bar has excellent nachos.

4/13/ 2019. Worst bartender ever. Took 8 mins for her to take my drink order w 2 other people sitting at the bar. Charged me for me double shot. When I ordered food she told my husband no cook and chatted it up w him. Asked for tigers game and she walked away coming back 18 mins later. Had to ask again to get the game 12 mins after it started. Didnt tell us about winning $1k on sat and knew we are playing. Blew your tip big time!

Jackpot Crossing Casino is located off exit 46 on I-80. A nice casino with a lot of gaming machines. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My phone was stolen while at this Casino. While there was a total of 7 ppl in the building apart from us, we werent able to determine who had it. The Manager on duty was as helpful as I could expect that night.However upon returning and filling out an incident report, which I requested footage reviewed and a call from the Property Mgr... I have heard nothing!Sad that they cant be bothered to help with something considered small to them, but very important to me.Watch out for slight of hand, quick thieves here!

I am really tempted to call gaming to check their payout percentage. I honestly doubt they are up to code. They only serve well cocktails, of which they make you pay. The manager is a creepy perv who spends more time flirting with his staff rather than focusing on operations or customers. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful.Rilassa has amazing food, just make sure you have an hour to wait for it. Im not sure why the staff in the restaurant is so slow. We always saw everyone hiding in the back deep in conversations. It took 20 minutes to get the bill after I asked for it.... Too bad, the raviolis were delish!

They call Rissala a casual Italian restaurant well I would like to rename it to “Dude, where’s my extremely late dinner and did you forget my appetizers because I ordered everything an hour and a half ago”. I’m amazed that this place is in business. Is it because it’s the only Italian restaurant in Fernley? Did the owner inherit a bunch of money and needed a hobby? Because this place sucks. Service? What service? Is this place so bad that the servers can’t even offer a decent explanation as to why my meal hasn’t arrived in an 1.5 hours because it happens so often. The only good thing I to offer is that the young lady didn’t ask me to pay for my cheap ass wine and appetizers.

Party of 3, here. Two people seated after us got their drinks and placed their meal order before our drink order was taken. We finished our entire loaf of bread and sat waiting 25 minutes for our calamari appetizer, which was heinously over-breaded. I was poured warm prosecco. Extra lemons were requested.The people I mentioned before are, at this point, finishing their entrees. Theyd left by the time ours arrived. Extra lemons requested a second time. The ciopinni was a handful of seafood in a vat of marinara sauce. The gnocchi scampi was gnocchi Alfredo. The manicotti was not hot. Extra lemons requested again and finally served. Management did comp champagne, wed been there for almost 2 hours and didnt want to stay longer or risk being delivered a subpar dessert. Left disappointed, and still hungry.
