Great course, especially from outside the rough area where I usually play. Middle of summer and the greens are great. A couple tee boxes are in need of attention but I’m not complaining. All in all I enjoy playing here. Along with the cost, the course, clubhouse and staff you really can’t beat it.

Fernandina Beach Golf Club is in pretty decent shape. MOST of the Greens are VERY good....some of the tee boxes could use a little work, but overall pretty good. Fairways are in remarkable condition.The rough...is well, ROUGH - it was very long almost impossible to play. We actually lost a couple balls in the rough. If they were letting it grow for their club championship then I apologize and wish the players GOOD Luck. All staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. Wear your mask....

Played this course this morning with my playing partner and was excited about trying this course out until we experienced it.My partner commented during the round that is has played well over 100 different golf courses and this course was in the worse condition of any course he has ever played.I would concur.At times I didn’t know if we were on a golf course on in a cow pasture.It was definitely not worth the 55 minute drive to play this course.

By far the best golf course I’ve ever been to! I would recommend anybody in the area to visit regardless of their skill level.

Course was in pretty rough shape. Cart paths are like 4-wheeling at times. Was in better shape when I played last year

Nice course for good price, Super friendly people working and playing there.

Reasonable price $49 w cart & tax at 12 Noon. Greens are great, fairways scrubby, tee blocks rough. Still a great way to breath the fresh air! Friendly staff all around, and beer at the turn 2 for $8 w a bag of ice to go with it. Definitely will return (so close to the beach as well)!

This is a nice municipal golf course offering 27 holes of NE Florida golf. The staff is friendly and informative.

The one complaint we are consistently having is that all of the greens are deplorable. The fairways are in good shape.I play at Blu Sky, the Omni, and Hyde Park. We dont have this issue.Its like nothing is being done to make them better

Excellent morning of Golf, its a coastal course in great playable condition has a wonderful time with the bride.

Back home, in Georgia, Id pay double or triple the cost of what this course is for the same quality. Highly reccomend it. Not super fancy or anything but its a nice course, pretty spread out, nice layout, and tough enough if u play from the back tees. Either way its a fun course!

My favorite place on the island. Lush fairways, soft, well tended greens, friendly staff and great prices. We visit on vacation from Texas once a year, and Fernandina is now my only stop for golf. Three separate nines, all with surprises and challenges. Ill be back as long as Im able to swing a club.

Course is in terrible condition. 48 dollars to play. Should have pulled a gun to get it. $ 35.00 if mowed

Beautiful 27 hole course and the best golf value on the island. We love playing this course when we are in town. With three different nines, it is a challenging layout and in good shape at this time. The bar and grill is also very good for breakfast or lunch. The golf staff is helpful and friendly and pro shop has good prices. Usually well stocked for mens wear, not so much so for womens wear.

Very nice municipal golf course. Some holes easy, some hard, nice setting, excellent club house with adult beverages! Also has a 9 hole, par 27 short round for in and out. Highly recommend!

Our Homeowners Association has held our Annual Meeting there for 5 years and everything is always GREAT!

Nice public golf course! South course is rather tight, but a fair layout.

Wonderful place when open. Could have been healthy and happy spot if city council would allow to be open during pandemic. Could close clubhouse and be free to walkers with no customer service, OR pay online and limit to one per cart. Other courses elsewhere are safely open to the delight of so many!

Very nice round of golf... Course in good shape and extremely friendly staff. For late Sunday morning, only very few traffic and no waiting at all. I enjoyed the round a lot and will come back.

Not bad for a muni course. Paths are a bit bumpy but greens are well kept and fast.

Yeah so if your a decent golfer between a 82 and a 92 it gives you the chance to bomb a drive and be set up for a second shot but if your short its going to be a lot harder , my self I like playing out of the woods and theres plenty of that ! Lol !!

For the price you cant beat this course. The conditions have improved tremendously over the last 3 years.

I play bridge her once a week with a group of women -- many people have lunch here -- I do not because most things are fried and not on my diet.If you go there you might want to try the fried to order french fries -- excellent.

Worst golf experience every... Course terrible shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then after 2 holes we followed a group of 5... 1-riding & 4-walking. Ranger meet us after 9 with some lame excuse.. Then the next 9 nine ..the same group minus 1 guy...we waited every shot for 16 holes. If you enjoy golf ...dont go there... I will never go there again...

Its my local course and i have played there since i was 10.years old so over 30 years.thats where i took my first swing with a drver, sank my first putt heck the first time i drove all 18 holes without any assistance from my dad that happened 2 weeks before my 34th birthday what a year !!!!! lmao just kidding back to my point,Ive played alot of golf. from the first time i played golf for the first time and alot of different golf courses many different designers and i took my first golf swings here and ill take my last ones here to lov this course

Very good, love the links layout, course was in good shape but for the price we were very pleased. Chicken salad was fantastic! Will go back.

This was a great location for an outdoor wedding! Too bad the cops were called for the music. I didnt think it was too loud, but then again, I do not live on the fairway!

I would rate the course 6 out of 10 - greens have spots of wild grass growing up and several under repair. The driving range is definitely not a range - I wouldnt use it again
