Moms lived here for a good 5 years or so. Gated, secure, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good place for retired folk.

Rent is currently $275 which includes utilities excluding electricity and property taxes (but property taxes are cheap, like $200 a year), safe 55+ community, they do complain if your yard/place isnt clean/appealing

It is nice and quiet gated community and services for the older generations of many different cultures of realities of family and friends.

Its a retirement place for the elders. Very nice ppl and a clean place for retirement.
