I have a lady friend that lives here and I was going to purchase until I heard what the rent was like. But the rent i will for sure pay will deliver nice clean yards great views clean streets nice trees. Garage is amazingly the unltimate fit for my Car.

Way over priced! $1000. a month? Clean up the streets for the people that live there. Ive looked at many over 50+ neighborhoods like this. Much cleaner and half the price. Its only fitting for the environment that Federal Way is. Sadly. Federal Way is the largest Section eight community in the State. Its reflected in the way the way the owners of this Retirement Community, dont give a s# it

We come here every year for their annual community garage sale and we love it. Sadly it seem like this years community garage sale was a little bit smaller than last years but its always a fun event that our family looks forward to. We love it thank you for always holding it

This is an excellent 55 and older establishment. The clubhouse has a workout room below as well as a swimming pool, the office staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and work hard to make the common areas enjoyable for everyone. The homes are kept up very nice as well as the yards, and everyone that I have have met is very pleasant and seems pleased to be a part of this community. Access to the freeway some shopping is close, but the environment is quiet with lots of Wildlife, so you would not know you were as close to a main shopping area as you really are. If you are looking for a 55 and older community you should contact kloshe to see about any available homes for sale.

Kosher Illahee is a very nicely maintained manufactured home community for those 55 and above.

Live here for last six years, lot of pluses for being here, only draw back is corporate slow on giving OK to repair things. Or update things. So took one star away, not local management.
