I wrote a review a few weeks ago out of frustration that I could not get a hold of the manager when trying to get information about buying a home prior to being made aware that the manager was in training over that week. Since I have been contacted by Carolina of CountrySide Village, I have been very happy with the professionalism and care that I have received. I am a new resident now and am thus far pleased with how it all turned out. Thank you Carolina for being so attentive and helping us to understand that whole process that we have experienced so far. I am happy with the park and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend CountrySide Village if you are looking for a new home.

I have been trying to contact someone in the office for the past two days. I have left 3 messages with the answering service, filled out an online support form, and have driven to the office. It doesnt seem like anyone is ever in the office. I was recently approved for a loan to purchase a mobile home and am interested in one in their lot; however, I need to complete an application with them. There isnt even a website or online application that can be completed. Just a bummer to be excited about a loan approval, but held back on progress because nobody is in office during regular (and posted) business hours. Does anyone work in the office at all? Ever? Or, at least return a phone call?

The community itself is quiet and affordable. Their downfall is limited parking, but other than that the homes are descent and appealing.

I dont live here. But the office staff is very friendly and as I fix things for them, they take the residents issues very serious and always ask for fast, proper repairs. The residents are generally above average in politeness and seem very friendly.

Yuri had been absolutely wonderful to us from the very first day that we walked into her office to inquire about purchasing a new home. She has been so helpful and professional through out the entire process. Very soon we will be in our new home and we couldnt be happier!Thank you Yuri for being so awesome!!!

Last year somebody broke in to the rent box after hours and the residence that have the rent stolen had to have there rent that was stolen plus the next month within a week of it being stolen they dont work with you and why is that the presidents fault that their checks were stolen. They should have taken a loss on that due to the fact that at that time they had their after-hours box on the outside in like a mailbox why is that theyre paying residence fault that they have a mailbox 4 there after hour rent checks. And obviously not very secure the office staff depending on their mood are sometimes nice but 90% of the time they are rude low life individuals and I had lived in this part for 5 years and they went through over a handful of employees

Manager doesnt know what shes doing or talking about. Changes park rules at will. Pool is always freezing cold or hotter than a hot tub. Streets are not maintained. It is a nice quiet park, I feel kids are safe playing outside...just not well maintained

I was visiting a friend overnight and for a couple days they towed my vehicle they Proclaim it was because the tires were on the grass

Nicely kept. People seem to be very friendly. Large numbers on the homes so your not lost.

Small park for the kids. Neighborhood is quite and nice.

Moved here in November the managers are helpful and neighbors are super awesome and everyone is respectful nicest mobile home park ive lived in

Would not at all recommend moving i to this trailor park. I just moved after living there for 3 years. The staff never answer phones or call back. They do not help with any problems. They had sewer running down the streets every few months that kids would play in. The staff have no idea what they are doing.

Its ok but we had to wait 2 hours for our food

To much lot rent for what ya get. management crooked. Once your in their park, thats it no service.

Theyre not very responsible they let rent checks get stolen they dont take responsibility 4 things they expect residents to double pay because of their mistake still no cameras up they let residents that just moved in put up fences that are not allowed but residences that have been here they will try to get them kicked out they have favorites around here

Ive lived in worse the park is nice and quiet the office staff is friendly but no one can make up there mind on what the rules are so there is a lot of back and forth between the office and trying to get ahold of someone can be very frustrating

Husband may be employed there real soon as part of maintenance/grounds crew

Gotta live somewhere. Denver rent is out of control.
