The owners are crooked thieves that will literally break into your home when you are gone & steal. Complete trash.

The trailers are mostly old n out dated , and looks like in just good enough conditions to live in. I dont know how the people are I never met anyone there but when I went in to unit 14 to see about renting availability and look for ome for rent the owner Im guessing is who she was but was on phone literally yelling n cussing at the workers to get the house done and her husband was very nice and polite on phone when I talked to him and set up time to see him that day. The lady said nothing will be done or available yet she dont know when the guys will have it finished and said come back n check in on a later date. The prices are very good and affordable but u get what u pay for basically here.

My friend just moved there and she has a beautiful baby, its lovely, except all the ants from the trees, I think you should do something about it over there!

I was helping a fellow parishioner out and gave him a lift home. It didnt look respectable nor a place youd choose to live in.

****STAY AWAY FROM HERE*****TRUE DEFINITION OF SLUM LORDS******first I got behind on my rent because I was laid off they said they were willing to work with me so I paid off the amount that I was behind only to get a letter in the mail exactly one week from the dates saying they are no longer renting my home. For the first two in a half months I lived there I have no hot water in my kitchen had to bring buckets of water from my bathroom just to wash dishes, next the managers are the most rude people ever they let there 4year old grand-daughter run the park hitting the other kids and begging for food From other tenets but they say that its always your kid hitting not theres........... long story short I would live on the street before I live there again.

Way too much dope lets just say it goes down at these mobile home parts a lot of meth heads that fight with each other and I feel like one day Im going to get caught in the cross-fire

Dorothy the the landlord is the rudest person in the world. Somebody really needs to see these reviews and step in. Your unit could catch fire and shes going to tell you its not her problem. Shes a very sad little woman thats for sure

Good place road has potholes but other then that the place is well kept

My foster brother lives here. Although it seems a tight community mobile home park. The apperance from outside is trailor trash! Also I frequently take pics of Hiring signs and the business it belongs with. There was one close to this park. Since it is directly off 8mile road I parked at this Mobile Home Park in visitor parking, left my emergency flashers on and ran up to themain road to snap the picture. A women in the park said something rather rude sounding to me. Lets just say being hard of hearing can be a blessing at times. So I just smiled waved and said GOOD MORNING. Wonder if they treatthe people coming into inquire that rude? Not some where Id like to live but would if I had to

This is the worst mobile manor in the world , the management is very disrepectful and they have the worst ppl to call for maintenance I would love if someone else could step in take over , and kick this management out because it could be a wonderful mobile manor just like the one next to it is great , the head person involve is very disrespectful and does not care about the property or the ppl that live it , all she says is that its not her problem , they way she talks is very disrespectful and her tone of voice is horrible she needs to be replaced , whoever her boss is , needs to step in and replace her fast and immediately.
