Love this place! Far better than the competitors down the road. Love the comfy couches, love the charging stations, love the availability and friendliness of the staff to help and play with the kids. I like the new layout and it looks like they are currently making some good upgrades. I wish it had more snacks available, which it looks like they are adding with the upgrades. I’ve been in the summer when it’s way too hot, but today the temperature was fantastic. I like it way better than the trampoline places, where there always seems to be a kid hurt, and they are loud as heck. Look forward to seeing what upgrades they are making!

Lots of fun, great place to get some energy out. We went for a birthday party and came back the next weekend with some friends since we had so much fun.The smaller kids area was perfect for my 2 year oldAll of the kids loved the legos and train table when they wanted to take a break. We really enjoyed how clean and friendly the location and staff are. We will be back!

This gym makes us feel like family - from the owner to the staff - to the other clients. Its a safe space for my children to be encouraged emotionally and physically. Im incredibly grateful!

Updated review: This is the best Ninja gym in DFW based on size, changing obstacles, coaches, friendly staff and price. We did a tour of other ninja gyms over the Thanksgiving break and this was made clear to us.Original review below:I am impressed. This appears to be a place that gets it from a marketing perspective. The manager/director memorized my name from an email inquiry and approached me to introduce herself and make us feel welcome. The t-shirts are $15, compared to $20 and $25 at the competitors. T-shirts are free advertising, not just an additional source of revenue.This is a big place. Upon first visit, it seems bigger than Obstacle Warrior Kid and Ninja Nation.I like that the kids have access to challenging obstacles. My son (8 years old) was working on an obstacle thats probably designed for older kids. Obstacle Warrior segregates the more challenging obstacles and doesnt allow him to enter that area.so far, so good

Great climbing, sliding, hanging, stacking, balancing activities for toddlers. My one-year-old LOVES Soar! Theres also a great train table with comfy couches next to it for some more settled play. Soar is always clean, and has lots of picnic benches for an easy transition to a packed lunch. One of our favorite parks!

Great place for kids to burn off energy. The facility has multiple play areas for various ages. Dodge ball, soccer area, climbing, swinging - its all there. Can pay for hour, 2 hours or monthly membership. Good alternative when weather is too hot, cold or wet.

Tons of fun to be had here, my kids 4-10 all enjoyed them selves. Comfy seating for parents to watch/chill. There is a toddler area with train table and blocks/bricks. Theres usually a Groupon to this place, bring trampoline park style grippy socks, as of Jan 2020 their food center wasnt up and running.

Awesome!! We went for the homeschool time from 1-3pm and my kids (12 & 10) had So. Much. Fun. Who am I kidding?! I had as much fun as they did.

We had our sons birthday party there and the new ownership and new staff couldnt have been more accommodating and engaging with a bunch of over-sugared 6 year olds. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely go back and highly recommend

The worst place I ever seen before!!!! The Custmor service is awful, they dont have any skills of customer handling. I asked to check in my daughter who came for her friends birthday, they didnt look for her with her last name and told me they dont see her on the list. I have to wait for them to finish with other guests, signed the waiver again and waited for 15mins, then the other girl came and looked her last name and she was there. So annoying, killing everyones time! I almost changed my mind and left the birthday!!! I hope people read this and avoid this place to invite their friends to attend a birthday party!spend playing with her

I have a 4 year old little girl and this is her favorite place to play. We have had her birthday party the last two years here and it has been fantastic. The staff here is very helpful and they help her and guide her through the obstacles. This is a fantastic place for kids and adults to enjoy themselves.

Great place and my daughter loves it. She never wants to leave. The staff is fun and helpful. In our 2 visits, they kept her engaged and helped her safely do obstacles and try new things. Its better than any obstacle gym weve visited in the area.

This is my sons favorite place to go! Friendly staff who work with you to become better on obstacles. Challenging courses for children and teens.

Spotlessly clean, fun and attentive staff. Wonderfully fun place for kids with parents having full access. All indoor skateboarding, soccer, and gym activities. Such fun!

Training place for ninja warrior esp for kids. Kids can be kept engaged for about 1-2 hours. Seems good place to have birthday parties for kids age above 7.

Fun for all ages. Went there for a birthday party, have been always a hit. My daughter loves it and dads love it too. Definitely a good place for a party or for an evening to wear down the kids.

Fun place. Kids love it. Clean facility. Very Spacious. Good spot for parties. My daughters are usually highly engaged there. Skatepark, obstacle courses for various ages, soccer, and great cardio for the adults (if you can keep up).

Visited SOAR for a bday party. Sweetly surprised by the huge space. Facility is clean and safe. Lots of bounce pits and obstacle courses for kids. Front desk staff was very friendly with our enquiries. I definitely would recommend this to other parents. I would seriously consider hosting bday party there myself.

A lot of fun for kids! Tons of nice obstacles and very clean since you can’t wear shoes. Biggest complaint is the staffing is horrible. Very understaffed, which is very dangerous. The staff that is actually there are busy playing on the obstacles or soccer, rather than watching the kids. One time I saw a boy who looked like he was about 10 climb across the TOP of an obstacle. If he would have fallen it would have been fatal. I ran around looking for staff and couldn’t find a single person.

Disappointing experience. Once 5 stars...now only 3. The customer service is lacking. Staff is too busy riding their scooters or playing soccer to assist customers. Mgmt needs to rein in the staff. Facility itself is very nice and clean.
