Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and very nice facility as well.I have been going to this facility since it opened in 2003 and would highly recommend it.

This amazing little community center has a workout zone, basketball courts, and a second-floor indoor track. AC!But we really visit for the splash pad in the summer, and gymnastics classes for my daughters. They absolutely love it and adore their instructor(s.) And that class may be year-round since it is indoors.Cost is inexpensive comparative to similar services in the area, or better.Finally, weve even done kid birthday parties here, and we had a great experience. Would highly recommend!

Fine gym but dont ever enroll your kids in the summer camp. Sorority run by a fool who employs certifiable gossips. Cant keep the talented counselors. Will either quit or they will gossip about them to get them out. A disgrace when HR covers for them.The end....

The fitness classes offered are great. The instructors are knowledgeable and positive. Extra plus- its by the Farmers Branch bark park so you get a chance to see dogs every time you go!

Great place! Affordable never too overcrowded and clean. Would give it 5 stars because of the facility hours... closing @10 or 10:30 would be best for people who get out of work late.

I enjoy the small gym feel here. It has all the basic workout gear and machines one needs. I also like that there is an indoor track. This is great when the weather is too hot or cold. Plus its cheaper than places like LA Fitness or Lifetime.

I love our recreation center! The employees at Farmers Branch Recreation Center are kind and patient and always willing to help. They represent our community well, and Im proud our city is thoughtful about serving our residents.

I work in farmers branch area and decided to participate in some classes at the recreation center. The recreation center blew me away I had not seen a recreation center so nice and so upscale before. The young people that work there are very nice and very welcoming.

We love this facility. Its clean and well maintained. We have rented the Magnolia room twice and always have a great experience.

Wonderful summer camp program! Summer FunShine if your child needs no acomadations, now if anything goes wrong they are unable to have compaction or work is any form of special needs.

I love this place. They hire great people for all the kids programming. The workout area is always clean and never very crowded and membership is very affordable for residents.

Never over crowded...always clean clean clean!!!! I love working out here. This is a great place to get in a great workout with many choices in how to do so. The other gym members are pleasant and engaging. It is small but large enough to not be on top of one another.

Ive only had my membership for a month, but all my experiences have been great. Its never too crowded, theyve got a good mix of equipment and classes, AND they have $2 child care ($1 if you get a punch card). Way better than a gym membership and right here in my community!

Great recreation center! It the fitness area is a little small. We would benefit with having more workout machines and space in the gym area. Also the hours sometimes don’t work with everyone’s schedules. There is a couple of rec centers that close at 10:00pm or 10:30pm. That extra hour gives those people who work late time to go get a workout in. Those are the only improvements that would make this an amazing place. Everything is great. Most of the staff downstairs is friendly. The guy upstairs is always very helpful and talks and listens to everyone’s concerns regarding fitness material.

Renting a place to hold an event went very smoothly at the Farmers Branch Recreation Center. I highly recommend having your party there.

The cardio and tone class that Brenda teaches in the mornings is seriously the best part of my day! She is the most awesome not only instructor but as a person, she has the most awesome energetic personality .. you cant help but smile when you talk to her .. i change my work schedule so i can attend her class at least twice a week! Love her and her class!

It would be safer to have rubber mats in front of the showers like they had before.

The gym is a decent size. They have an indoor running track, two basketball courts, and plenty of cardio and other equipment to have a great workout. The only time you MIGHT have to wait for a piece of equipment is during peak hours. Emphasis on the word “MIGHT.” Free coffee before noon as well. Great vibes at this place!

This is a really great community rec center. It is clean, offers all kinds of activities and equipment and has a very friendly and helpful staff.

This rec center is awesome for basketball, working out, and walking/jogging indoors. They also have some cool events throughout the year.

I have been going here for 13 years and it is always nice and pleasant.

Awesome place. I enjoyed it but I wished you didnt have to pay to get into the water park. All in all enjoyable totally bring your family here

Meaghan petter or whatever her name is doesnt matter one of the worst employees you have hired use to love the rec and holiday craze and summer funshine not this year u have lost a customer.

The center seems to be going thru financial difficulties: 1. They eliminated the towel service (have to bring your own now).2. They cut on staff upstairs where you could scan your membership card.3. They took away the plastic mats from in front of the showers so now you could possibly slide and fall as you come out of the shower pan with your wet feet!NOT AS CLASSY AS it was for several years. Should we ask for collections to help out?

This is a great recreation center with indoor basketball, walking, workout area, lots of classes to choose from. Very nice waterpark facility with a separate area for the little tadpoles. Also has a skateboard park outdoors w cool ramps ect. Great place for families.

My child has attended Holiday Craze/Summer Funshine for 4 years. He has always enjoyed the staff and all activities. This past year management has changed and since it seems as if it is slowly going down hill. The new Supervisor Meagan Petter who over sees the Fushine employees has a nasty attitude. If you have questions or concerns she responds as if she doesnt want to answer your questions. It doesnt give you the feel of a professional that cares nor does it seem like she is experienced with the title she is supposed to uphold. I have always spoke highly of the Holiday Craze/Funshine program and would normally rate a 5 star. Unfortunately due to lack of professionalism my rating stands at 1. Please be mindful of how the employees you hire as the face of your business treat your customers.
