This park is unsafe anymore. Homeless roaming through it at night stealing things, breaking into cars, and houses. The manager is rude and never responds to complaints. Moved here for secure, safe elder housing and it has become anything but. Space Rent is the highest in the area at, with water and sewer over 935 a month and you get nothing for this price except garbage and recycling pick up.

Came for a short afternoon hike with family, theyve been before, and saw lots of wildlife. The best was watching rabbits and otters playing? Not sure, but the grandkids loved it!

Its such a cute place. I wish I could live here. Its beautiful. Peaceful.

The dog grooming place here is amazing great service and super friendly staff. Best in town.

My husband and I closed on our manufactured home at Quail Hollow earlier this month. The staff are pleasant and easy to communicate with. This is a senior living community and it is quiet but for the planes arriving and departing PDX. They are not annoyingly loud.

This is a 55 plus park and you have to make 1 1/2 times the space rent of over $800 a month to qualify. Most seniors dont make that much I know I dont!Very unfair to seniors!!!

I love this park. I have been waiting for just the right home to come available so that I can purchase here.

Rose did not help me at all when I lived there i would make an appointment with her and she did not show 4 times, I wanted to let her know that i was selling my sp 144, one reason why was when i tried to improve it , she fought me on it, then when it came to sell it and i was moving to my late mothers trailer she gave a very hateful review, hope fully if there is new management they are better then she was, the court was beautiful, but where i live not my space rent is 600 a month and it includes the water and trash, and the manager is approachable

We just purchased our home in the park. It is quiet and so far the neighbors are quite friendly.

Totally takes advantage of elderly people on a limited income. The space rent is over $800. a month.

Nice quiet senior living, mom lives there and the kids go play and have lots of friends as they walk around

Hidden and suttle ugliness as we were a minority family there for 2 years. I am also a disabled Navy veteran. who was always proud to show our American colors. Theres roaring cold winds for months unending ... keeping many older seniors inside their homes for months.
