Emailed me in October to Harass me about an $30 ice fishing house rental from March they claimed was never paid for and demanded proof of payment in October. Amy Chausse was argumentative and very unprofessional when I told her we obviously are on the side of believing we paid, as we remember having to call and ask where to pay with cash instead of online w a card.I will be avoiding use of these services for both reasons they are clearly poorly organized and I do not wish to pay twice for all services and when told otherwise the staff was most unprofessional on many levels. This issue could have been addressed months sooner. Being a small business owner I couldnt think any scenario Id ever let an unpaid ticket go this long without any prior emails or communications or treat my customer that way this long after said incident. Hopefully the parks are better managed than the recreation
