Tiny pool. High security atmosphere is contrary to relaxation and feels overdone. Kids like it though

Beautiful sunsets and nice. The hot tub is broken quite often or the hot tub water is warm to cold

My brother in law lives in this community and our daughters love coming to the pool. A good size and there are usually enough seats around to lounge.

For the community only. Has lush landscaping, a secure entrance with a small gym and tennis court. Plus gazebos and grills that can be rented out. Security frequents the area. The pool and spa are nice and the pool isnt very deep.

They have a constant problem with keeping the hot tub up and running at a good temp. Either to hot to cold or broken. This has been going on for almost 4 years.

The pool is always too full of chemicals but I suppose they are needed to clean up after all of the parties and people who swim without rinsing off... too many 2-10 year olds constantly in the 16 and up hot tub.
