Kids had a blast! The young lady at the front counter (I think her name was Lucy) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The variety of games was decent. Food was alright. My only real complaint was the prices. A bit more expensive than expected for what they offered.

Kids always have a blast and they recently changed to have the tickets on the actual cards instead of paper tickets so thats nice. With the virus they have been on top of cleaning machines after uses. Great place and great friendly staff!

Clean place. From doors, to windows, to tables, to games to restrooms. Friendly staff. A little pricey, but totally worth it. Staff also monitors who enters and exits with which kids and I felt my kids were safe here.

We came here with our son on a Wednesday. We ordered a large sausage stuffed crust pizza and cheesy bread. We waited over 45 minutes for our pizza and bread. When we got the pizza, the sausage was bad. Not a little strong tasting we are talking you could smell it bad. We told management and no one even came out to talk to us. We couldnt eat the pizza and no one seemed to care except my husband who was livid. We spent over $50 here and couldnt even eat the food we purchased due to it having rotten meat on it. The manager stood at the counter and watched us not eat and said NOTHING even after the complaint. Im so disappointed because this was supposed to be a fun time and instead it was frustersting and a total waste of money.

Good time. I dont like the play cards as well as I did the tokens and of course the masks are ridiculous but I know thats not their fault. Overall as good as it could be with all the extraness of Covid.

Great for kid. Also, very through in cleanliness and taking temp when arriving. Had fantastic time.

Decent salad bar. Glad to have a healthy food option. The giant rat was only mildly entertaining. I prefer the whole band of robots they used to have when I was a kid. Security is great so no child can leave with the wrong adult. Next time I plan to check out the wine menu.

LOVE CHUCK E CHEESE !!! Idc how old you are ! Me & my then 17y son had a blast. It was great to feel young & play games like a child again. Yeah they could lower the ticket prize winnings (toys, stuffed animals) so we could actually get something good . Cause lets be honest no one hardly ever gets the real big awesome prizes unless you save up half your life on s! LolThe only complaint id have to say is the employees need to be more happier& enthusiast. Or they need to get paid more where they wanna be idk ? And we had wings that were frozen in the middle but they gladly replaced them. Oh, the Chuck E Cheese birthday cake tho was OMG THE BEST CAKE EVER !!! Idk how but it was. Me & my son ate whole thing lol. I hope they never shut down .(Just for those who must know this great experience was in Fort Myers Fl) I cant speak for other restaurants of theres. But they made our experience AWESOME !! TY

Very pleased. Love the playpass thing they started. Pizza and combos are a little expensive but over all we had a blast and there were parent friendly games I could play with my daughter!!

Its a fun place to go for kids

Its a good place for kids but in my opinion its overpriced for what you get. The prizes you win from tickets are so cheap. They should make it better for all what you win. The pizza is pretty good just pricey for everything. But to have a good time it is worth it for a family friendly place!

The pizza is good. They use fresh toppings. However, the thin crust edge gets too crispy. Overall its a great place to eat. The cheese bread appetizers are amazing. The craft beers are good too.

Its kind of expensive. 2 large 1 topping pizza with 4 drinks is $43. Its not worth the $18-20 pizza. The game cards work ok. You can buy a card with 45 min of unlimited play for 14 with the purchase of a combo. With a party of 9 people 2 #3 combo 2lg pizza and 4 drinks and one card for 45 min it was $106. Granted we used the same card for all of us and just passed it around.Pizza was a step up from a gas station but the kids had fun. So....

Brought our three year old here on a Saturday. As expected it was packed. Only a few machines were down but were up and running again by the time we left. Pizza exceeded expectations and it play cards werent too expensive either.

Love this place for my kiddos. Pizza was excellent as always.

Very clean, all the games work. Two separate areas one for bigger kids, another for the little ones. The food was nice and hot. Reset rooms are very clean. Only thing was there was no changing protectors to lay your child on to change diapers. Just prepare yourself if your a minority to be stared at, have people move their child away from you, or followed like they did us for 20 minutes. The staff was awesome. It’s the guest who make things uncomfortable in the setting if your a minority.

Granddaughter celebrated birthday today. Connie, our party leader, was terrific and took care of every detail for us. Of course all the kids had a great time!

We love this Chuckecheese! Theres a lot of sitting room for busy times and lots of games for little kids. There are arcades all over, but very few things for toddlers. The Chucke dance every 30 minutes is awesome. Ours love it every time. The pizza and breadsticks are fantastic! They have a good looking salad bar as well, if thats your thing. LolWe use the more cheese app and play the free Chuckecheese games ahead of time for free tickets!! Plus, theres the coupons. We went with 4 adults and 2 kids. We split 2 large pizzas, 4 drinks, and 2 orders of breadsticks plus 100 play points. It was $66. We had points to save for next time and pizza to take home for leftovers!

Birthday party.. Staff was friendly, the pizza was decent (much improved) and served fairly quickly. Like the option of having a salad bar. The tops of some of the games were dusty but overall it was very clean & I did observe staff wiping / sanitizing the games down. Restroom was clean. The overall value was not bad. Kids had a blast. I like the security measures to make sure kids only leave with correct adults.

First time back since 2019 and had the most discrontal employee and manager i have seen and we are frequent flyers..lol . They came up with every escuse to not have to honor the cupons from wab site. Something we have used the whole 2019, and their hygiene was questionable and made me uneasy about ordering food..never coming back to this place..

We had a blast! The pizza was yum and the games were great for the youngest (my 2 y/o grandson) and the oldest (my 58 y/o father) in our party.

Well, what can I say about this place? I love spending time with my daughters and my husband here. It does not matter if its full, the atmosphere is very organized. Food is delicious. I bought pizza, chicken and salad and they are very rich. Wonderful to have fun.

What a fun day! Our young children had a great time. We did not eat pizza due to the price and we needed more detailed nutritional info for our kiddos special diet. We stuck to the games and had almost 2 hours of entertainment for less than $20. Its hard to beat that!

It was an incredible day for my son and niece, great prices too. We got a large pizza, two unlimited salads and 90 minutes for each child for $90. Will definitely be back and would love to have my sons birthday party there.

My daughter loves it here! We homeschool and last year she fought me to do her school work daily so this year we setup a reward system and if she gets a full month of stamps she gets to go to Chuck E Cheese. This has worked marvelously! She does her school work a day in advance now! Our only complaint is she hasnt got to meet the mouse yet. Our first trip.it was our fault we were only there an hour and we were walking out the door when we heard the announcement he was coming out. But last time was last Saturday. There was some bday parties there and we were there about 2 hours he came out to do a party thing and we didnt see him again. She was a little upset about that. I wouldnt let her go bust up in someone elses bday party we werent guests at just to see the mouse.

Great fun at a good price. Lots of room and games to play. Friendly staff. Lots of food choices. Pizza, salads, wings, they even have beer (though its like 5 dollars per cup). Their new card system makes it easy to keep track of points/tokens. There is actually a location closer to us but we prefer to come to this one.

My daughter and son are autistic and this was our first time going there, they loved just running around and the staff was very nice and helpful. My daughter wanted the big chuck e cheese balloon at the entrance and wouldnt stop trying to get it so the manager brought her own balloon so she would be happy and it made her so happy. Pizza is also very good. If I had to say one negative thing its the price of there pizzas its very good but very high priced.

I had my three year olds birthday party here and I had a great experience. I’m a single parent and it was very stress free for me, our “party assistant” Sam was wonderful and was always there when I needed her, definitely was not disappointed; also my daughter loved her birthday at Chuck E. Cheese’s!

Great place to take the kids for an afternoon. They can go play while you eat and have a drink. They now serve wine and beer. They always have a staff member at the door to keep the kids from leaving on their own.

Brought our son for his birthday and everyone had a great time! Our host, Brian, was super friendly and did a fantastic job!!!! Could not have asked for a better host! He deserves to be recognized for his actions and awesome attitude!

They need to put up a sign about parents watching their children cuz them kids are disrespectful and thieves.

Amazing place to go and let your kid be a kid

Great place for the kids .. They now have the play by the hour. Unlimited games x mins @ x $ amount. Ive paid $10 for 30 minutes of play. You have to wait about 10-15 seconds between swipes though is the catch!!The reason I didnt give a 5-star was the quality and selection of the food and salad bar. The pizza is a hit-and-miss, sometimes it comes with hardly any cheese on it sometimes it comes all really done and burnt... consistency is one thing Id like to see more often

Place became a Joke!! Terrible, will never host parties there!!

This place is great for taking the grandkids and I love their security process. I feel safe letting the kids run freely in this place. When you go in they stamp a number on the hand of everyone in your party and your kids cant get out the door with out an adult with the same # as theirs.

Staff is so odd but kids love it so whatever.

This place always has better prices than its competitors. I spend way less here than when I take my kids to other similar places. They dont make you buy the food, although we always do because its good food and at a good price.

Several of the games didnt work. Seemed to be geared to toddlers. I took a 4 yr old and a 6 yr old and they had a great time.

It was great until kids showed up climbing on equipment and being rough making it difficult for my kids to play... it would have been fine but they where not made to leave.

The pizza was really good! I like the card concept for buying time to play all the games. Being able to pause the time on the card so the kids can eat is a good benefit.

The kids loved it. Their pizza is always great. Their menu gives you several choices for a family.
