I was just there installing a dryer for coin op company. The owner seemed a bit rude and short with us not sure why but the place seemed nice and grounds were clean.....

I am in the process of moving here. So far I like what I see. I have met the owner and the manager. They were both friendly and professional.

Clean, well taken care of mobile home with laundry facilities. Location is wonderful, right next to a gorgeous wooded area. Pets (weight limit) and kids welcome, this is a QUIET park for families and the elderly.

Quite, clean and surrounded by beautiful redwoods. Affordable, small pets aloud and in the Freshwater school district.

Really a quite place to live.
