Ive never been here but am looking to move to a park in Eureka after selling my MH in Oakhurst. What is the going rate on rent in the area and whats included with that, sewer? water?

Rent keeps increasing every year 15 dollars. No rent control. But an added 5 dollars to your rent each month thanks to people who voted rent control NOT KNOWING EXACTLY WHAT ITS MEANING WAS
