This place is absolutely amazing. Great games, great staff, great DJ, and one of a kind. My boyfriend and I graduated from UO in 2017 and each time we visit Eugene we always have to visit our favorite spot, Level Up. If I could give more stars I would!

This has quickly become my boyfriends happy place which makes me happy. The customer service is top notch. Theyre very clean and keeping up with Covid regulations better than anywhere Ive seen. You guys are doing an amazing job!!!!

This is seriously the biggest arcade place around the area that Ive seen so far.Its got tons of pinball machines and old school arcade machines that you can play for pretty dang cheap.they have a full bar that seems to have basically everything that you would need and its pretty simple to play almost any of the games with quarters. its the perfect old school arcade experience with adult beverages. They even host private events.

Level Up is a great place for you and your little ones. After 9pm its adults only but still an amazing spot. They recently renovated the restrooms and reduced the amount of machines. But I assume after covid they will bring the machines back.

This place is so much fun! My family from Bent and I came here while they were in town. It was great to have a big arcade for the teens and booze for the adults. Food could have been better for sure (I’d suggest horse head for awesome bar food). Prices where very reasonable for beers, food and mixed drinks ($4 for a decent vodka and sprite). They have newer and lots of old school video games too! It’s awesome, range from 25 cent- $1 Would highly recommend for a fun night for the family!

Tall blonde guy was very rude, poured me a very small drink and laughed and cussed at me because I said It didn’t seem like a full shot. I was just asking. And he made me feel bad about it.That went on to talk to other customers about me, and said how ridiclous I was.

One of the servers/bartenders was hella rude. He instantly assume and answer without a question being ask. When I left the bar I stated that to the bartender/server to not assume or be in a conversation that he isnt in. I have never had a run into a problem at level up.

Clean, safe & a lot of fun. 10/10, would go again.

Tons of fun for adults and kids! This is a great space for playing games, shooting pool or watching some local sports. We went with a mixed age group and everyone had a great time.

Awesome place if you love pinball and retro arcade games. My daughter and I were on our way to WA and we stopped in Eugene, so we had to check it out. Lots and lots of pinball, its great. Drinks were good, and as evening came and karaoke started the place was hopping.Only critiques, it would be nice if they had a broader food selection, something from a grill. I also wished they had even more of the classic video games, but I get it with the space constraints. Bottom line, I will always find a reason to stop at this place when going through Eugene

Brought myself and two elementary school aged boys. Had a blast! Minors are allowed until late at night. Lots of games for everyone to play. Even a stool for the pinball machines for those who arent quite tall enough to see all the action. Definitely coming back.

This place is cheap, fun, and anyone can go, and have fun. I especially like pinball, and the original Mario.

It’s wonderful to see a dream come true. I’ve known the folks that run this joint for years and they lead with heart. The bartenders are awesome and the games are well tuned.

Fun to go during the day. Gets busy and not as fun at night to be honest. I like their light up tables and racing games tho. Theres one bartender there that is rude to me every single time Ive been there. Idk if thats just his personality or what because Im always polite and tip. Itd be 5 stars if it werent for my experiences with him

Pretty dope! Tons of great pinball machines. Only complaint is that the stage is not elevated very high so unless you get there early and hold down a spot, or you are tall as hell, good luck getting to actually see the performer you came to see. Staff was polite.

This place is the best! They have old school pinball and arcade games as well as modern games. They have a bar but it is an all ages arcade! They also have food and non acholic drinks.

Great arcade but screw you if you need medical attention. If you have a medical emergency, they will kick you out so they dont have to deal with any legal problems. I really couldve been in trouble and they really, really did not care. I couldnt walk and the bouncer just kept telling my friend to leave. Talked to the manager another day, said there was nothing they could do. That I should have gone outside (unable to walk) and laid down (at 12am).

Favorite feature was the wall of pinball machines. Lots of cool arcade games, plus theres things like pool tables and air hockey as well. Beers are cold and the drinks are made well. If you have a soft spot for pinball machines and enjoy drinking....DO NOT GO!!! You will have to be dragged out of there kicking and screaming. You will not want to leave.

Oh my gosh, if you are an adult and you want to feel like a kid again you should definitely come here order a soda or cocktail and start playing games one right after the other youre going to find but it will make you feel like a kid again Ive went several times and I have a blast every time definitely a place also you could bring your date

Classic arcade and pinball games as well as some newer games. You can play pool here as well. Has a small bar area and is adults only at night. Loud at times and a little crowded. This isnt a place to talk and get to know someone. Its a great place if youre looking for some nostalgia and a fun evening with old friends. This place can be a blast.

Found the staff unfriendly and the culture of old boys club. Was ridiculed a by staff and their buddies. Was even given a middle finger salute on my way out the door by one of the customers that was laughing with the bartender. Unless your friends with someone that frequents this establishment, I dont recommend stopping by.

Ive taken my now 14 year old here for the last three years on his birthday with his dude buddies, its great. I can get them Shirley Temples and give them 10 bucks in quarters and theyre easily occupied for an hour.

My son had his 17th Get-Together Birthday Celebration here and he loved it.. The business itself didnt provide anything specifically beyond theyre excellent customer service but we were fine with that.. They allowed us to do the cake and gift thing and that is exactly what we were looking for.. Thank You Level Up!!

What an awesome date night place! So many arcade and pinball machines. There is an atm inside and change converter. It does have a small bar in front, but truly the place is filled with just games!

It was pretty good. No complaints. Fun selection of games. Lots of pinball and some cool party games like 4 player Mario Cart and killer queen. Lots of alcohol too. I guess there were a lot of kids too though....

Level Up used to be decent. Ive been a long time patron, but recently Ive had multiple bad experiences with their bouncer. The guy acts like his inferiority complex is getting the better of him, he harasses customers. Pro-tip for you Level Up, dont hire insecure scumbags to be your door man. That ones on the house.

The bartenders are super friendly, quick, and are fairly knowledgeable. Atmosphere is split between arcade and the back area with billiards and air hockey. Overall a great place to hang out for a couple hours with a plethora of arcade gaming options.

Great for the family or a late night fun date. Before 9, the kids can come have fun with you while you sip a great drink. Games are priced pretty fair and the pinball options are fantastic!

Level up is a fantastic place to hang out with friends. The drinks have free re-fills and theres more pinball machines then youve probably seen in your life. Ive never had a bad experience with any customers and the workers practically treat you like family.

Fun place, could use more of a variety of games, especially ones that you can play with friends. The Jukebox was awesome, probably spent too much money on that alone. Had artists I would have never expected.

Cool place! Lots of pinball, some classic games, and a few dollar syphon sit down multiplayer games.They have a full bar so thats nice on the parental aspect. My take on this place is that its a cool adult arcade your allowed to bring kids into.Wether or not you will want to bring your kids in here, seems to depend mostly on the time of day in my opinion.

I loved this adult style arcade. They served adult beverages with good selections. Huge variety of old school games and newer interactive games! Next time Im in Eugene I will definitely be back. So bring your quarters and have a great time.

One of my favorite places to have a beer. Best barcade in town. Except it gets overrun by college students at times. Like karaoke night. But they have the best choice of pinball machines in town. Although I enjoy the vibe of blair Alley

Nice set up lots of games. They have a DJ but no place to dance, but the DJ is nice. The bartenders were nice but super busy all but one of the games I saw worked and that one was clearly marked and off. The bathrooms could use an update but overall chill place.

Great place to hang out, take your kids, have a beer, whatever. Good selection of games and great selection of pinball machines. Empty your spar coin jar because youll need it.

Its okay, the vibe is a bit to bro for me. The booze is fine, service is good enough, but I simply cant get over the crowd it attracts, and the music that is typically played there. If you still want to do the coin op thing, Id recommend Blair alley, its also a little more casual. If you dont mind something a little trendier and want to game on consoles, Game Pub is your thing.

Stopped in for a few games of Pinball and some VS Super Mario Bros and left happy. Most of their Pinball is fairly modern, but I did find a very well maintained Medieval Madness which I won a free play on (bonus!). Highly suggested!

Nice mix of old and new games, pinball, and awesome immersive screen games like super mariocart and the walking dead shoot up. Good beer and cider on tap.

Employees are nice and the beer is good and cheap, but a handful of the machines we tried werent working properly. Dont even bother playing air hockey . They have a nice selection of pinball machines, 50 cents :)

I love the atmosphere and the video games, the only drawback is that I never have enough quarters. They let kids in until 9pm which makes it dope, they do karaoke and have live Artists come through every so often. Great rates and chill staff.

This place rocks and they have vintage pinball. Well a lot of people use the games each day so they get at least a little abused, but instead of having the bartender or bouncer attend to finicky games and have to take sporadic pauses from their normal work, theres house staff thats mostly just there to service and maintenance the games. The place is all-ages until 9pm daily but it usually starts clearing up once twilight begins.

Alex is the best. Staff here is amazing and its a good, chill environment.

Obviously this place is just a really fun place to hangout with friends and have a couple drinks but they also have two of the nicest bartenders in town. They are always attentive and will pause a conversation just to make sure youve been helped. They also are just great at making a good drink. 10/10 will go again.

I love this place. Beer and arcade games, great combo. This place is very clean and the staff is great. I wish they would get the 4 player TMNT or X-men game. I havent seen those games in decades.
