A great warehouse with shared studio space for artists and craftspeople to rent. Individual studios for the tenants, plus huge common areas with lots of space and shared tools (provided by other artists, so they must be treated with respect!). Ive happily been a tenant here for a year and a half. Its a good balance of community and privacy. You can throw events here, work in the communal areas if you are feeling chatty, or shut your door to your personal studio if you need to hunker down solo.
Love this place! They have small shop spaces and artist spaces for rent. I personally rent a small shop space. Wide range of artists and crafts people there. Occasional, advertised get-togethers to display our items and mingle. Relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!:)
