We stopped in for a birthday party. We ordered the pizza, it is so good!! They have stuffed crust now, that took the pizza to another level. We had boneless chicken wings as well, everyone raved about how good they were. The only blemish was the order of baked pretzels, they were cold and doughy. I dont think they were made properly. We always enjoy the games, I like the games where we can play together. The staff was nice and helpful, everyone working did a fine job.

Its so much fun but the prizes take a lot of tickets

The games are fun for kids the food is average quality. Kinda what you would expect. However the staff acted like they had all been up for 72 hours, and were on auto pilot. Just a bit of a odd atmosphere.

Decent selection of games, cards control arcade and ticket games (which is nice). Good option to get out of the house and give the kids something to do. Reasonably priced for an hour of play on the extended play days. Food is ok if you want to have food and drinks, unlimited drinks is good option for soda.

Friends and family went to play games and have pizza. The children 20 months thru 8 had a good time. The adults enjoyed playing games also. The pizza was eaten and the kids even ate the crust. Busy place.

Kids loved it. But then again they are kids. My only issue is that when something meaning one of the games, is not working properly you have to walk around and find someone to come fix it. Thats kinda hard when your there with 3 little ones trying to watch them and look for help.

I was up visiting family and friends and my in-laws wanted to take my son and niece to Chuck E. Cheese and it was during the week around noon and I just wanted to say the manager was amazing!!! He was very attentive and on it if the tickets were out. He made our experience fantastic and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town thanks to his awesome hospitality!!!!

I like the resturant and the robots, and the pizza! But I’m questioning why jasper looks like he’s part of “Pasqually’s” area.

Had a great time with my two grandchildren ️ celebrating their birthdays. Not to crowded, could give better and more for 100, tickets.

This place smells like drugs honestly, there is never anybody here and most of the games didn’t work. Bathroom are absolutely filthy and wreaks of urine, food wasn’t the greatest either. What ever happened to this place? Used to be great when I was younger.

Its one of the only ones that has the full band on stage and thats what our kids came to see (from Buffalo NY)

Great place for kids and adults! We went there for a birthday party and it was a lot of fun! Definitely recommend going there! And the even have stuffed crust pizza which is my favorite all of there pizza was really good!

Recently visited chucky cheese with my family. I had a couple questions about specifics regarding the best way to go about purchasing items off the menu figured the manager would be able to answer my questions ...the manager was completely useless. He seemed like I was a complete bother, zero people skills. Iam very disappointed with how I was treated....

We went for my nieces birthday party. We ordered pizza, wings, and mozzerella sticks when we first arrived. Little did we know it would take an hour and 15 minutes for the food to get out the door. If we were all staying and playing it would have not been a big deal. Some of us had another get together to attend and had to leave, but thought it would be safe to place an order knowing we would be there over an hour. Unfortunately, our decision changed as minute by minute dragged on without the food. I do not know what was happening in that kitchen, but I do hope that they worked it out.

Always a good time, just wish the pizza was better and the price of the salad bar is way to high.

Love this place obviously, when I was a kid I remember it completely different wish they had an area where they had a play area for toddlers. The pizza is eh again when I was little best pizza ever, now pizza conspiracy lol jk.

Reasonable way to give children a variety of activities in one place for one price. The cashier was very patient with us as the children were very distracted by the many games to be played. Being able to pause game play when using a time card extends the fun.

We had our daughters birthday party there. Much cheaper than Round One. The games were enough to keep the kids entertained. They even let us borrow a lighter for the candles. My only real complaint is that the pizzas are kinda small so order more than you think youll need. Also Chuck E Cheese doesnt come out unless theres an official party going on.

Had a wonderful time with friends and family. Ashley, one of the hosts here was very polite and a lot of fun Management helped us out with a pizza issue and was very Profesional. Will visit again

Not as busy on a Saturday mid morning as I expected. Most games were working great, but staff was sparse.

Ruined the party bought $200 on their points cards. Kids left the cards on the readers which wiped out points in 10 min. Manager even showed us how hundreds of swipes per minute were used. Yet would not reissue points stolen by system. Would not refund gift cards purchased either. Wiped out 1000 tokens/points in ten minutes

Always a fun, budget effective time for the family. Try not to go right after Social Security disability income, or any other type of welfare is paid out. As its over run with people. The Pizza is FANTASTIC as well, great overall experience for the kids.

Well my kids had fun of course, but I couldnt help but notice the manager screaming at his employees on multiple occasions out in the open, at the childrens game in the baby section, no one deserves that. On top of that the cashier that took our meal order was extremely rude and kept speaking with attitude not to mention the dirty looks she was giving. Next time will just have to try the buffalo location, they really went down hill here...

This place is a wonderful place to take your children. It really keeps them occupied for hours. Sometimes I dont see little Cassie for days. Shes always watching those robot things and showing her face into the pizza. Every once in awhile, She climbs onto the ball game and shoves them balls into them holes like a madman. Other days, she gets ontop of the prize counter and screams, ME WANT CANDY.Kids are beautiful gifts.

Good games to play food is expensive and the only outside food youre allowed bringing in is cake and ice cream. Good prices on the tokens though my two kids were about able to play for hours off less than $20. The man at the prize counter was a bit of a debbie downer though you could really tell he didnt want to be there. My kids were excited about getting their prices man would it kill you to smile and show some dang enthusiasm?

If you have children then this is a go to location. The pizza is really good...for a party place. I can eat an entire pizza myself and kids love it. The employees are good...for a childrens party place. They are by no means great, but they get bonus points for having to deal with kids. A lot of games were down, but we received our tokens back for them. I ge the Bravo promo when I go. It is for military members. Not a great promo, but every savings count (and appreciated). Overall a good, not great, place to go. I do not judge this place like I do others. Kids are rough and loud. Bonus points for dealing with it! Side note. I read an article a few months ago that chuck e. Cheese reuses already served pizza. THAT IS DUMB AND CRAZY TO BELIEVE. It is fresh and hot every time. Apparently articles can be printed these days without actual facts...like this one...

We recently celebrated our sons birthday at chuckecheese and we were blown away! Our hostess was amazing and the kids had a blast! The pizza was great and service was excellent and I would have the party there again in a heart beat! Thanks again to Chuck E Cheese for a fantastic birthday celebration!

We spent 3 hours at Chuck E Cheese and my granddaughters wanted to stay longer. The food is far too expensive, but for a once-in-a-while treat, it was worth it. The girls had a blast!!

Its pretty much what it always has been. The animatronics are still creepy and the prizes are over priced but the kids have a blast

About 8 machines were down, the line was big to cash out tickets due to them jamming. But the son had fun

My experience at Chuck E. Cheese was truly amazing! My kids loved it and so did I--all thanks to the help of one of the wonderful, most kind, caring workers Sarah (long blonde hair, didnt catch a last name). But she was such a gem and was so kind to me and my kids! Highly recommend that everyone comes to this chuck e cheese and visit Sarah and the other smiling faces!

We had 7 kids and 6 adults. This is a pretty large group, but the staff was able to handle us with ease! Love that kids can run around while waiting for the food. I loved the pizza! Id definitely recommend this place although it can be expensive.

Forgot to have the kids thank all the employees that waited on us, so Im doing it now. We had a great time there yesterday 9/27.

We havent been to Chuck E Cheese in forever. We came for a birthday party of course. Nice to see some updates but this location smelled like drugs and urine. Plenty of parking. Still expensive which is why we eat prior to going. Like that they have more photo booths, the cards instead of coins. Would be nice to see upgrade to the tickets on the cards to avoid people stealing kids tickets.

Weve been going there for years... Over 13 years! The prizes used to be better and the kids used to have more fun when they were younger. Weve had 2 birthday parties there and both were a blast! We stopped today for the all-you-can- play 30 minute deal and to use up 3 years worth of tickets which got us a flimsy plastic dart board (valued at $20!). The food is ok, nothing special. The staff is usually very friendly. Today there were 3 little boys about 8 or so that were running around stealing tickets as they came out of other kids games.... No parents anywhere to be seen! I yelled at them and they disappeared. Beware of the craziness here on the weekends! We may or may not return.

Excellent customer service. This place is huge and clean. Always went for my sons birthday. He just turned 16 for this visit and we hadnt been there since 2013 so we went and had a great time. He and his 4 friends were respectful of other children, happy with selection of games and loved the pizza.

It was nice a place to spend time with my 10 years old.

Well the person checking us in and out was also making cotton candy although he was wearing gloves he didnt change them while he was doing all the different jobs including picking garbage off the floor and just went back to making cotton candy so makes me wonder about other food handling in there

Such a good idea to give the kids time limit instead of making them pay for every game. My 5 and 3 year olds went bonkers over this place. Glad to see them get excited about arcades like i was before they went extinct..

Had my family of 6 their staff was good their But people who come into a kids environment wasnt very pleasant at all ill never go back to that place ever again with all the drugs that was coming in and out of their it not very kid friendly alot of kids were getting upset with the awful drug smell their and staff at front door never took care of the situation when spoke to about it all the could say is well we dont want cops here Welt its a kids place to have a good time so someone has to crack down on the drugs that go in their before I ever take my kids back

We have come here many times in fact Saturday we had my sons 3rd birthday party here Jenna was our personal party host. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She stayed with us basically the whole time and waited hand and foot on all the kids she went so far as to pick the pepperoni off my one 5yr old nephews pizza for him. And cut up my sons for him as well!!! This is just one example of how they treat people at this Chuck E Cheese . They have always gone over and beyond what we expect every time we go. We even went back yesterday (the next day ) to take my bestfriends 2 boys since they couldnt make the party the day b4. Honestly it was worth EVERY PENNY!! My husband is a factory worker and we r a one income family so we are not rich by any means so we are careful how we spend our money. But I honestly feel like we always get our moneys worth when we go .

Great security for children and parents. New swipe cards eliminating coins is a huge improvement.

Wont be coming back to this place. The last 2 times we went it was a joke. Half the games dont work properly and even the ones that do dont give out tickets. Our kids were very disappointed and we (parents) left feeling like it was a waste of money.

Not happy that they changed back to games being all different prices. It also seems like they reduced the number of tickets kids can win. Most games only give 1-2 tickets. Theyre food is still decent but be prepared to spend a pretty penny on your next trip.

Great place for your kids to hang out. Wish they would fix the animatronics since only their heads bop around currently. Pizza was good but my only gripe was the cups.. they gave every adult the smallest sized cup they had so we had to keep refilling it over and over even though we payed $35 for 1 large 1 topping pizza, 4 drinks (we got baby sized cups), and some points on a card. The tickets seem like they have been reduced these days so you only get at most 2-10 tickets per game while a decade or so ago they gave you a ton of tickets and made the experience more fun. Overall it was a pleasant experience for the kid but not for parents.

Great stuffed crust pizza, all the games were up and running, and even though the place was slammed with people we still managed to enjoy ourselves.

Nowhere near where a kid can be a kid. More like Vegas where the house always wins, and you end up taking a second mortgage out on the house...
