Close to grocery stores, restaurants, drug store, etc. Landlord is nice. The roads are kept well maintained in the winter. Reasonable lot rent. Quiet area. Have lived in this Park for 20+ years and have never had cause for complaint.

Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Nice area and close to work for me. Good neighbors for the most part. Pretty close to stores I need to get to. The only real complaint I have is that there is no laundry facilities here. I rent with my girlfriend and the land lord will not allow us to get a washer and dryer because of space in our apartment. Space is too small for that and without a vehicle, well getting laundry done is difficult. Other than that one hitch there, Gindys Mobile Home Park so far has been a good place to live. My mother has lived here for 9 years I think and my girlfriend 7 years. I have been here a little over a year. So there it is.

Its OK not the nicest place or best maintained but when thats what you can afford its where you go there nothing wrong with that

Just wondering if anyone who lives there knows if there are any available trailers for rent?

The owner never answers his phone or calls you back.
