Cinema 6 is always great, and I love that they are also playing older movies as well as the newer newer movies that came out this year.

Very dissatisfied with Cinema 6 today. No ice for cold drinks and no discount for that inconvenience.?????? Temperature inside the theater we were in (#2) was so uncomfortably hot that all in our group was not feeling well during and after the movie. Come on UEC you can do much better than that!!!

It amazes me every time I go to the theater it’s filthy. The bathrooms are dirty and usually broken for months at a time. The ticket and snackbar area is dirty with spilled popcorn and the counters are sticky with soda. I’ve been to theaters where the volume of people is probably 10 times what they have here and nearly spotless. Hire better people or a least a better manager or I’ll just wait for it to come out on VUDU, pay $6.99 and watch the movie I’m my clean living room. On a good note, the luxury seating is very nice.

The Kiosk wasn’t working right. The other gentleman at the other kiosk went to go help. The kid that came to help was in a hoodie...no uniform. He couldn’t figure it out so he told us to go up to concessions. The lady at concessions also not in a uniform. Said oh that movie is sold out. I was like ugh well maybe we can do the 6:00 pm and she was like “good luck” and she was the manager. It was dirty and I’m sorry if movies are sold out the kiosk should tell you that it’s sold out or there should be a sign. They had a sign posted for the Jumangi at 5:05 was sold out. Not impressed. If you are on Fandango you should be able to purchase your tickets online. We traveled an hour to watch a movie and wasn’t able to.

Theater was clean and not to busy. Movie started late, but there was an hour time change last night, so maybe just an oversight. They made up for it by giving us a free small popcorn! Very professional staff.

Very unprofessional environment. The so called manager isn’t even in uniform and neither is another person and a certain employee is very rude. Movie and popcorn was good tho. However the theater is disgustingly dirty

Tuesdays are 5.00 movies, but they have the 3 D movies and alot more with a game room, its alot better than down town I think, nice seats and comfortable

I really like that both theaters are upgrading but until they start playing movies earlier than 4:00 on weekdays, Ill literally never be able to appreciate it unless its a kids movie. I honestly love going to the movies and me and my wife would go all the time while our daughter is in school but apparently only kids go to the movies now a days so the rest of us are sol.

The place was clean. Loved the reclining seats. Ticket prices were affordable and the staff were friendly and helpful when i asked about the movies. Wish the whole place has the reclining seats. I travel and im coming back for john wick just because of those seats.

The positive thing is they put in new recliners that are super comfortable!! However, this theater isnt that old and seems really run down. Floors in main concession area dirty. Bathroom dirty. Appears run down. You now have to wait in the concession line to buy tickets. It made us late for the start of the movie! We didnt want popcorn or drinks, just our movie tickets! Im sure all this is management cutting back on staff. Staff members were pleasant.

Looks a lot newer and cleaner from the outside than what it actually is. The inside definitely needs some updating, and a good deep cleaning. Seeing all of the other comments, Im guessing they dont have the best management and it shows. I found that Crystal theater seems to have a better movie selection than Cinema 6. Overall the pricing, seating and service is decent.

While I can appreciate that they are trying to compete with cities and put in luxuary seating they didnt put into consideration that they needed to update the whole theater not just the seats. We ended up in the front of the theater and it was horrible.

Theater was in good shape and clean. Lobby games were broke. Concession was expensive, 3 waters and 3 candies were $23. Staff was polite and helpful. Recliners were comfortable. thank you

Cute theater, the commercials that play while you wait for the previews to start didnt work and an employee said there didnt seem to be plans to fix it so that was odd. The surround sound didnt really seem to work either. But was a good movie and theater was clean.

I love this place because they had a showing of Unplanned that our town wasnt scheduled for since Elko is small. They had everyone fill the upper seats in orderly fashion, for an unflinching, heart-wrenching film that every person should see.

The prices are reasonable as far as movie theatres go. The service is usually pretty good and the variety of snacks are decent. What I absolutely can’t stand and I feel really needs to be addressed is the Cinema 6 site still not working and when you call the theatre phone number to get show times, the lady talking talks way too fast and isn’t clear at all. They really need to do something about those two issues.

The theatres smell like urin and the floors are always disgusting. The people that work there are extremely rude and the screen that the movie plays on is always dirty. Would not recommend.

Cinemas 6 is clean, and the seating is comfortable. It is upsetting that we dont have late movies during the weekdays. It leaves no time to be able to catch dinner and a movie on a week night. Many of us work mine hours or nights, so our days off are on weekdays. We like to enjoy our time off as well.

Usually clean. But if its more than 3 people in line dont bother trying to use your theater rewards card. Most times if they take it from you they dont scan it so you dont get points. But other than that its pretty good

Love Tuesdays and Zach the manager. Hes quite knowledgeable about the movies and very humorous! The only negative would be buying tickets at the snack counter rather than the front. Always seems congested

We had a good experience. The movie theater itself is good. They upgraded the seating years ago and for the most part its clean. The only problem seems to be the other patrons. Each time we go theres people on their phones, texing, watching you tube videos (why???) and taking. not whispers, people actually talking back to the movies. I cannot comprehend the towns lack of courtesy when going here. So, beware of others when going to the movies.

Their ad projector is really blurry and pretty much every arcade game is broken. The seating is so close together and uncomfortable too. But the workers are nice and the actual movie quality is great. If only the other theater in Elko wasnt just as bad.

We won’t be going here again. There’s a specific worker that stalks my wife and makes it a point to keep an we on us, seek out our vehicle to write letters, and be as creepy as possible.

Best theater in the 300 mile radius, but still stuck in the 1890s not easy to find their showing. Absolutely cannot find them on fandango... Get with the program cinema 6 in Elko it is the year 2016!!

Update: they have got there web page fixed can now see what movies and times there playing. And now the have recliners in some of the theaters and there super comfortable

Had a great time with my grandkids.

Restrooms a filthy mess. Concession stand look like it had not been clean all day. Fountain area a sticky mess. Young people standing around not doing anyting. The young woman who seem to be in charge needs more training in managing. This is a vrry out dated theater that needs tender loving care. GET IT CLEANED UP.

Nice place to see a movie and really affordable. There is no stadium seating so be careful where you sit.

This is the worst theater I’ve ever been to!!!!! It’s very out dated you can’t get any information on line and when you call to find out what’s playing and the times you can’t understand a word they say... the recording is way too fast and garbled.. once you get there it’s very disorganized and dirty, I can’t say anything good about this cinema!!!! They should close their doors!!! I will never go back again...

The Cinemas have changed a lot with the new ownership. They dont even let you look ahead on the following Fridays to see what movies are coming out and the times. Only for the week they are showing for, I try to place the additional date in the drop down box and it will not show you the following shows for that date. Also they stopped serving certain items that were my favorite to get, the chocolate almonds for example. Prices have definitely gone up, and its not as cool in the theaters during this heat wave that we are having this summer. They need to work on these issues I believe in order to get better reviews. Its better to wait and watch these movies when they come out for renting or buying rather than spend a fortune to watch them at the cinemas where your sweating, and cant be comfortable.

Problem with people today is that they expect a whole of something for all of nothing.... This place is not to shabby considering its age and all. Staff trys its best but every place has employees that dont want to be there and dont care about reviews.... But then again nothing beats a good ol fashion drive inn!

Now that UEC owns it there is only one 3d movie a day and limited show times. Movies used to have 4 different times a day and now only one or 2. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Not to mention you dont even get a free candy with the popcorn and drink deal. Prices go up and viewings go down. I hope someone buys them out soon because they have completely destroyed my desire to go to these theatres!

It was Soo expensive. The floor was so dirty.

Ever since the new company took over the quality has flatlined. Prices went up, quality went down, hardly any showings anymore. A friend went in to see the 7 oclock showing of 50 shades darker for her birthday and they told her the last showing was at four. But on their website, marquee, and on the door it said there was a 7oclock. Needless to say none of us have any interest in going to the theatre anymore and will just watch movies online at home.

UEC OWNERSHIP IS GARBAGE!!!!!During Westates ownership my girlfriend and I went to the movies almost religiously. Now that UEC is in, the whole experience is awful. I get my candy stripped away from me, the nacho cheese is basically spray cheese now. We recently went to a movie that started at 7:15 during the 15 min long UEC intro the screen freezes and we are informed of a mess up with that movie, normally ok thats fine....8:15 rolls around we are still enjoying our blank screen. First time Ive ever had to ask for a refund. I guess you have to be 21 to buy another persons rated r tickets....thats pretty ridiculous haha so whenever I can get my concealed carry permit, finally I can buy someones rated r ticket....wow. This town is very small and mostly based around bars, so now kids have just one less thing to do. All I can say is if any Westates member sees this review, thank you for years of awesome movie experiences. I hope UEC is out soon!

Waited a month to see A Cure for Wellness. Got our tickets and sat down. In behind us comes a women, two teenagers and a child no more the four years old. They sit behind us and i instantly become angered at the thoight of this innocent child pretty much being forced to watch this movie! I went to the front desk and complained of the situation and they said unfortunately its parents discretion! So this company sells tickets to children for rated R movies ..disturbing violence and sexually content! Needless to say i made a sceen and we got our money back. The rules need to be changed ...have some morales people!!

How the hell am I suppose to pre-order a darn ticket?!? Ive been trying for 3 days, but it is really hard with this UEC crap! Last year I pre-ordered Deadpool, and it took 10 minutes. Now I cant pre-oreder a movie that comes out tomorrow! It was so easy with Weststate Theaters...

Concession stand is a bit too pricey, but overall its a nice place. (Just need to remodel bathrooms though)

The theater lobby and whole building was completely dirty at 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. Six staff were visible however not engaged in customer service or building upkeep.
