Pretty awesome!! They are changing out the old seats for some leather reclining chairs that are awesome. Lots of leg room! Very nice.

I really like that both theaters are upgrading but until they start playing movies earlier than 4:00 on weekdays, Ill literally never be able to appreciate it unless its a kids movie. I honestly love going to the movies and me and my wife would go all the time while our daughter is in school but apparently only kids go to the movies now a days so the rest of us are sol.

They have really stepped up the place since I was a kid. They could still use some sprucing up with some minor fixes but it was a good experience. Had fun.

The management went above and beyond to make this stop on our anniversary road trip so unforgettable. We had a fun time see a movie. Thank you so much again for making the day special.

I wish I could not have to put any star because this place is awful first of all when you call it says that they open at 10:30 it is literally 4° outside there’s probably about 20 people standing outside and they will not open the door whatsoever there’s little kids outside after 1030 they don’t open the doors until 1040 which are movie started at 10:45 on top of that the movie theater was so cold that you couldn’t even stand watching the movies when you went to the bathroom it was Warmer outside then it wasside their bathrooms . The guy with the painted fingernails was a a$$hole . So rude . By fare they need to hire adults to be manger not kids . My husband along with 5 other people told them about the heat . I told the manger witch was no older then 20 looked at me with nothing to say . I hope the owners see this and message me back .

The Crystal is the oldest operating theater in Elko, and it shows. While they recently upgraded the seating to recliners, the general building and screens show their age. The screens have tears and marks that can be distracting to viewing movies. The concessions are very small, with limited selections and high prices.

I like this little theater! The popcorn is outstanding and the customer service is always great! I would give it 5 stares but it is definitely in need of a makeover!! Its getting oretty run down :(

Came for a Sunday matinee and the place was kind of dead, but I dont mind having a theater to myself! Popcorn was really good and decently sized. The pop was ok but maybe mixed a little too sweet. Prices arent too bad.The seat arm rests are a bit sticky, but not the worst Ive experienced. Theater seats are comfortable and the place is cozy.

I love going to this theater, its always clean and the employees are always friendly!

They get a 4 because they dont have pepsi products anymore and the bathrooms are pretty bad. But we like to go there best cause they have good prices, $5 Tuesdays, and its never too crouded. Plus they just got new seats! We were reclined back watching the movie the whole time it was awesome.

I got carded in the being of the movie the guy was very rude and didnt have a light I was very upset I spoke to the manager and she just told me ohh well we had to like really yall could have carded me when I bought the tickets it was very unprofessional I may not come back it could have been handled a lot better however the seats are amazing thank you for the upgrade it was very much needed if I come bk that is

The movie was good but it was literallyfreezing inside. We complained and it got about 2 degrees warmer. My husband got sick. We wont be back

The theater was way to hot and they finally said that a power bump caused the movie to start about 30 minutes late.

Old building and smells weird. I dont like that they are forcing people there by only showing certain movies at each theater. The movie messed up with no video during the previews and they had to restart it twice.
