Friends live there. Nice park. Good location.
Customer service at the leasing office was nice and informative. It seemed as though they were up front and honest, more rules than an adult should have(without being in prison...lol) but seems lawsuits have messed things up.
After a disasterous tornado last year, this place is back to business and would never know it was practically destroyed a year ago(except more empty lots than expected).
Drama abundant here. Non existent maintenance. Landlady who dont care about anything except your money. Highly recommended...NOT
Place to leave if u have a mobile home. Clean environments close to the highway.
It was quiet there. Neighbors kept to themselves and the trailors were a pretty good size and I liked the way they looked inside.
Ok place to stay. Homey

The mobile home park was destroyed in tornado on 05-25-2019 during the late evening. There is nothing left but rubble from the tornado. Many have been injured and taken to hospitals in the area. Most if this can be seen on the Weather Channel in reporting this terrible weather event.
Rent keeps going up nothing to show for increases property not kept up grass not mowed often rules not enforced
Quiet neighborhood. Close to interstate. Great property manager.
Nice place to live great office manager
