Well after leaving messages for 2 weeks and not getting a call back I went ahead and just showed up at 3 this afternoon. Wouldnt you know that damn office was closed! After talking to a lady, who was also looking for management for her own issue, I decided to find somewhere else. Not sure whats going on, but if the management is this hard to get ahold of how are yall doing business? Got my buddy a spot next to me. Not fake, but whatever helps you sleep at night.

Great manager. The park was layed out in a haphazard manner. Would not move here if i had seen the layout first. No fenced in yards so no one has a yard. Nice pool good maintenance

Amy has been wonderful in helping me get a place of my own, nothing but honest and sweet. Cant wait till July to move in, not to mention shes willing to work with you. And the place I looked at is gorgeous inside and out.

So we had enough parking for 1 and 1/2 cars in our driveway and were not allowed to park in common areas overnight, unless you have management approval (they put tow notices on vehicle). Okay, thats cool until you see this at management home and parking on the grass is a major no-no, but not here for the used car lot! Oh and notice that the fence is falling apart. (Were not allowed to have these, unless it was grandfathered in and Im pretty sure theres something about ones that are missing boards.) The favoritism and bias in this community is obvious to anyone. Im so glad I was able to move out of this mobile home lease to own trailer that will literally fall apart around you. Lot rent gets raised every year and the conditions drop. Management will lie to have the lease signed then deny it. RUN AWAY!! These are used cheaply remodled trailers they are selling, some for upward of $60,000! They take advantage of the people working class people who are promised things that are never delivered. I turned in my repair list within the 30 days and when I finally left, 18 months later, the repairs still hadnt been done. Poor management(who obviously keeps horrible records) and the inability to have a decent maintenance crew is obviously a major issue with the park. (Pic of the vehicles and trailer of trash is management, and Im pretty sure that not even all her vehicles are pictured.)

Have friends who live here and family moving in. Park is well kept and clean.

Amy the manager is outstanding! So sweet and kind. When we went through the purchase process, she was there every step of the way. Love this place! Quite and very peaceful. This is where Im retiring. Love it!!!

This is a wonderful place too live!!! I recommend to anyone looking for a good trailer park and the manager Amy does a really good job of making sure everyone is taken care of. A lot better than the previous management.I’ve seen her spending her free time cleaning the place up just to make it as nice as she can. Talk about going over and beyond!!!

I live here. And I love it here. Amy who works in the office has always been amazing to me. She keeps the park very clean and taken care of. And tries her best for everyone that lives here.

Ive been on the RV side since last August. Management is super sweet and helps in anyway possible.Viola, aka Maria aka Brian. The post from Peggy was a legit post, not a fake profile like you have posted. The pics you posted, the trash around the dumpster, cant do anything if the city doesnt pick up as scheduled, the standing water, we just had 3 damn inches of rain and Amys fence, would already be fixed if she could find a reliable contractor. The sewer hose problem, your husband, David, was supposed to put a Y on it so campers could connect properly, but never did. David personally made a comment to me as well about having rubbers if we ever needed one. So, whatever your frustrations are, theyre not with Amy.

Management has always been very helpful but the ex- maintenance guy David is a creep. He has made sexual comments about different things and always complains about his wife. Totally unprofessional.

This is without a doubt the best trailer park in El Reno, or I think they are called Manufactured Housing Communities now. The manager seems to actually care about the property and he people who live there. For the most part, it is kept clean and maintained. Of course, some trash can be found here, but compared to other mobile home parks in the area, it is minimal.

Horrible employer. Management lies constantly to appease whomever is in her presence at the moment. Have personally witnessed her drive 4 maintance employees right out the door, due to her need constantly interrupt them whether or not they are on the clock. Clocks them out while they are still in the community working, moves overtime hours to following week to avoid paying overtime. And if you try to contact someone to tell them they threaten you with your job. David was told he was to choose between the job or his family, wasnt a difficult choice!! Super shady and 2-faced! Do not work for this company!! We currently have a discrimination complaint filed against them for retaliation and have a meeting coming up for hearing date. And no Im not posting as other people, I want you to know that its me saying it. Trust me if I have something to say I want you to know Im the one saying it.Update/WARNING: If you decide you want to post a review that is unfavorable, management may consider it harassment and have the cops show up at your house. They just left from mine LOL!!***Oh and Peggy AKA Amy, you WISH my David would have made advances towards you. Because hes 10 of your worthless, lazy husband. You were just delusional enough to actually think he would leave me and his kids for the POS job with your constant harrassment and need for attention!****Joyce, aka, Amy, the company makes the people renting the RV lots provide their own ys, why was David supposed to install that?!? and in the whole year that David works up there there was no one named Fox in the RV Park!**

This place has changed around for the better. New management and all. So happy where my family lives.

Good place to live and kid friendly inviroment

Its a hidden homestead where you can live in peace and for the most part, quite. Features a small park for children, family picnic tables, a swimming pool where once a year is celebrated reopening with a huge BBQ.

Had such an awesome stay at this park and was well priced !!! Also the manager there - Amy was the absolute best !!! She was always super friendly and on top of things , she really made our stay there even more pleasant.

There hook up system for travel trailers is bad you have to supply your own sewer y water hose y and bring extensions because u have to run your sewer under your trailer to the next trailer spot and your water hose to the other side Id your neighbors and the ground is all gutted out its li me rock drawing to park at your trailer each night
