A great place to come and relax with some nice art therapy, I love that there is no studio fee; unlike the other places in town; that way I can come back to keep working on my piece another day without paying more because I like to do a lot of detail. They have a great selection of pieces to paint and I like that a lot of them come from local artists. It feels good to be both supporting a small family business and other local artists within our community.

I second (or third) the opinions of previous 2-star reviews. Management needs to step it up. We found the staff to be a bit unfriendly. They told us we could expect to pick up in about 5 days. On the fifth day, they said it hadn’t been fired yet and it may take another day or two. I had to call back to check on the status. “Oh, ya.... it looks like it’s ready” was the response.My wife took our daughter there a previous time for a project and had very similar experiences.I love the idea of this place and it could be a great experience. Things just need tweaking.

A great place to take your child and show them what art is about. Jenny Beck, the owner, was so helpful and knowledgeable about products, technique, and having fun while creating a one of a kind memento.

Love this place. Made all of my holiday gifts here. The staff really helped my kids and I make beautiful footprints and hand prints on the plates and mugs we painted. Paint Your Plate is a place my whole family goes every time the kids have a break from school.

Ive been here around 4 times, always to paint a mug. Ive made them as gifts as well as for myself. If I could, Id have an entire collection of these DIY painted mugs (and Im hoping to...eventually). Theres plenty of other stuff to paint too, I just find mugs to be most practical (and least expensive-- around $17 I believe). Love this place, Ill keep coming back.

Ive frequented this business many times and have always found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The shop seems to switch up its molds so everytime I go in theres something new to paint. Very great place for adults to have access to pottery, something I took as a luxury in grade school!

I took my cousins (2 and 5), my daughter (2.5) and my parents as part of a birthday gift. Weve done this sort of thing before at other locations and its good fun. Everyone in the party got the feeling we were something to be merely tolerated by the staff. The paints were disheveled and most of the bottles were clogged, dried out, or empty. We made the most of it but wont be back

Did this with my almost four year old grand daughter for her mama’s bday. We had fun - be prepared to wait several days to pick up your item - they fire up the kiln for multiple pieces so you won’t leave with your art.

Walked in and was greeted by someone who clearly did not want to be there. Asked if they were still open, and she barked yeah, for another hour then she mumbled a breif description of what to do. Her demeanor was so bad, it made us not want to participate, and we left. Sad really, sounded like fun!

Its super fun to paint plates and other things here!

Great activity with children and a pleasant break from video based activities!

My partner and i went in just to see what we could paint, the employer was very rude and not friendly at all. We would of stayed but her attitude made us very uncomfortable almost like she didnt want anyone in there.

Very expensive activity, it was fun but wouldnt do it again.

Always a hit with the kids !
