I had called to speak to someone about repairing a dent in one of my art prints before I go though and frame it.Very patient while on the phone with me and my many new to art scene questions. Susan is great at designing and helping you narrow down to what you want for your project, which is especially helpful when youre faced with so many choices. I brought in a 35-year-old poster of my grandpa that had been rolled up and kept in various places over the years. She was able to flatten it out (mostly) and make it beautiful with the frame and mat choices we made. It took a while to get done, but she kept me updated as to what was going on and the end product was so very much worth the wait and cost of the service. I highly recommend this place.
