Great and peacful

Nice little manufactured home community. Well kept. Too bad theres an adult store right next to the entrance.

Its OK, not a horrible place. Most Neighbors are friendly. Several Feral cats run rampant and are a nuisance, getting under/ripping skirting and fighting. They try to get everyone to maintain and keep homes looking nice. Some people go way over the posted 10mph speed limit. Homes have been broken into occasionally and a few cars vandalized. Since you have the rough part of Edgewood only a stones throw away some questionable people do drive through or wayward kids venture in. I give it 2 stars mainly because the lot rent is ridiculous and does not include water/sewer or any other amenities besides a usually vacant playground for kids. Lot rent has also been increasing every year by $20 its $630 at the moment. They also charge a $10 pet fee.

Love living these they dont play games they make sure you take care of your part and no kids running around
