If you like your rent jacked up by $25 a month each year with no improvements and people that know the owner/manager do as they please. Move on in, always a space open!Update 10/1/18: I felt an update was needed when I talked with an owner in another park that was gated well maintained and a lovely park. I expected to hear the space rental to be much higher than what I pay. But no it was over $70 a month lower. I almost fell over. They rarely get a rent increase and the park is also in Pierce County not to far from here. So its a fair comparison. Again another rent increase of $25 for 2019. I was hoping the new management couple were going to bring a fresh and much needed tenant support and get things repaired. I wanted to rate where my home is with 3, 4 or 5 stars, but I cant do it yet. Requests for repairs fall on deaf ears or the blame game starts and finger pointing. Sadly my review still remains the same. While the people in the park are nice and friendly management & owner need improvement.

The people that take care of it or horrible they dont do nothing

First off, I completely laugh at the fact that there is a review on here giving this SLUM 5 stars. There is nothing written in the review to back up the 5 star rating, which only leads me to conclude, that the realtor, who gave the 5 stars and lives in the park is trying to help her career with selling homes in this place.I absolutely feel HORRIBLE for any persons who gets duped into buying or renting a home in this dump. The property manager, M. H., is one of the worst of the worst kind of human beings there is. She not only runs this place illegally, but acts as a tyrant, bullying and harassing her tenants, who are mainly elderly or disabled. She also illegally discriminates against age in this park, which is ILLEGAL in the State of Washington under the current Chapter 59.18 RCW.She enters peoples property without authorization nor gives any 72 hour notice of her presence coming on the property. There have been a couple of Disputes filed on her in the past 9 years with the Attorney General and been taken to court multiple times. Its heartbreaking what the people suffer and whats worse, the Landlord & son, who own a dentistry up in Seattle, do NOTHING to take care of their residence. The only thing they do is Increase the Rent EVERY YEAR! Imagine paying close to 600.00 a month for a crap parcel that has no yard and the place is not up-kept at all.For six months now, the Club House has been closed and it is absolutely outdated and not up-kept. Its an absolute embarrassment. Right now as of todays, the property manager is trying to monopolize on homes here so she can sell and collect the cash for new people who are suckered in. There are more than 5 homes for Sale right now! It shows you how bad this place really is. It is not a joke, please do your research and look up other sites for reviews of this place! Its really worse than you think. STAY AWAY!!!! OR PLEASE CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES TO REPORT THIS PLACE! Thank you!

So Glad my Mom is OUT OF THERE! Worst 8 years of her life sucked out in that hell hole. I am so happy so many people are leaving whether its selling, giving up or moving their home out of there! Slum lords indeed!

This park is so mismanaged, its not funny. the owner & mgrs are strictly slum lords.weeds, pot holes, rodents, rules for some, not for others, rules changing to fit situations, tenant harrasments, eviction threats, tenative buyers turned down for trailers the mgr wants to sell for her own commission, what else can i say. steer clear if you want a peaceful, serene life. otherwise, come on by! oh, yes, rent goes up EVERY year.
