I had never shopped for fireworks before and the gentleman helped me from the time I entered the store until the time I left. He showed me videos of the fireworks so I could choose and he helped me stay within budget. Marvelous!

Been coming back for years! This year they were sold out of a lot of stuff, but that was kinda expected with all the local towns canceling. Did not like they did not enforce the mask rule. One women walked in without one and they let it happen!

I was triple charged for items that were supposed to be buy one get two free. I was 30 mins away from the shop by the time I realized. The store manager or sales person (Todd Bozes) expected me to drive back to get it corrected. Once I got to the store, instead of acknowledging the terrible customer experience or apologizing for the system error, he remained indifferent about customer experience. When I expressed about my displeasure about poor experience, he became extremely rude and raised his voice. At no point, he was sorry for poor service. Basically, their behavior indicated - the expectation is that the customer needs to check the bill because their system can wrongly charge you, and then you are expected to drive back (from no matter how far you are) for correction, you cant express your displeasure and lastly they dont care about your business. There are two other fireworks shops around the corner. AVOID this firework shop!!

I would normally give this place 5 stars as Ive been coming for years. This year was a very disappointing trip. I was walking around a store that was near empty. You couldnt take advantage of any of their deals because they only had 1 or 2 items in that category (who wants 6 of the same item). Come to find out, they had a huge shipment sitting in the warehouse that was not stocked on the shelves. While one employee was helpful the others couldnt have cared less, really. Ordering online was not option because none of the inventory showed up online. I understand many of the reasons could have been COVID-19 related but if youre going to have the storefront open at least have the shelves stocked. I would rather wait an extremely long time to have the full selection than to drive 2 hours and wait for nothing. I feel slightly robbed this year and didnt get the bang for my buck I normally do here.

Ok, if your a truck driver going here with a 53 trailer be prepared for stress its very difficult to maneuver ur tracker to the side of building where dock is located...staff is friendly and unload u in good time.

Took forever to get in as the assistant manager wouldnt let anyone in even though other shoppers were leaving the store. The associate in the front said there were only 10 customers in the store while there were 20 in the smaller waiting area. Makes no sense dont waste your time. Try phantom or sky king.

Buy one get 2 free on many items

So I went to TNT EASTON,Pa to buy fireworks for the 4th of July. The place was mobbed and almost out of stock of most items. The whole store is buy one get one. When at the register I was over charged by 150.00. I never got a buy one get one on anything. After looking at my receipt I realized I was robbed by the sales clerk. Once returning to the store to complain I was basically told to go pound sand. This has got to be one of the worst firework stores in the area for product and customer service. I do not recommend this store so go up the road to phantom fireworks where you’ll be treated with dignity and respect as a customer not some poor sap they just got over on 450.00. Poor service, poor management, poor inventory. This will forever be rated a negative star if I could give one. CHECK YOUR RECIEPT BEFORE LEAVING!

1+hour to get inOnly to find out that theyre out of just about everything besides $200+ pieces.You can see the products IN THE BOXES, but you cant have them.They have product in store, but will not stock it or allow you to purchase what youre looking at.Also, they have a no dud guarantee, but every time Ive used TNT brand I get a solid 1/10 duds.

The staff was very helpful, and were quick to answer any questions I had as a newer customer. Also a bonus was that after finding out it was my birthday, they gifted me roman candles and a TNT snapback hat!! Will definitely come back again, great staff!

We always get great deals! Never had an issue with any of the fireworks we bought. Large selection. Employees are always especially helpful. Will show you any firework package on the screen so you can see what you are getting. They answer all questions. Store is clean and well orgnized. Bathrooms very clean and smell fresh. Easy to see signs from highways. Lots of parking. Remember to bring state Id.

Great place for fireworks

It was my first visit to a fireworks supercenter. The staff were very courteous in explaining the law and my options. Prices were reasonable and their collection was good. It was a pleasure shopping here and I would highly recommend this shop to others.

Great store with a large selection of fireworks. About half the items are on the more expensive side, however just about everything, if not everything, is at least but one, get one free, and some are but one get two free, so you can really get your money worth of stuff. They also have levels were if you spend a certain amount, you get extra packages for free, and it is cumilative (i.e. if you reach level 3, for example, youll get the level 1 and 2 packages in addition to the level 3 stuff).

Check your receipt. Found out when I got home that all discounts werent taken off. Owed over $50

They say 100% no duds. We bought $250.00 worth of various things. And first few things didnt go in the air or didnt go off at all. Very misleading and shapley made. Will not buy from again.

Went there to buy fireworks just to find a part broke off of our car. it was fixable went in to ask if they had any duct tape or rope to tie the part up. They couldnt help us with either or so once we did get it fixed we went across the street to the other fireworks place. And they were more than happy to help us out.

Way more expensive than sky king, and they dont carry huge brands like black cat, but overall good experience.

Staff is very helpful, and will actually pull up videos of what your looking at so you can see it instead of guessing.They also give a discount to emergency services and military.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Not for their merchandise because I couldnt even enter the door to find out. Horrible front door service. Two out of state people and one out of state person who wanted to just walk around. We were told we had to use two seperate entrances and could not shop on the same side.Needless to say we went across the way to SKY KING and they were amazingly sweet and very helpful !Thanks for nothing TNTThanks for everything SKYKING!!!

I gave 3 star in overall just because some of the staff are kind of frustated cops if you know what i mean but other than that register atendant was fine , product was excellent and good deals . Next time ill try phantom

Staff was rude and confrontational. I got a prolonged death stare through the window from an employee as I was sitting in my truck after pulling into the lot without provocation. It was so awkward that I assumed he had to joking with me but such was not. Weird vibes.
