Been going to this place for about 10 years. This past 4th of July my brother and I drove over from NY planning to spend a few thousand dollars. Upon arrival We soon learned they were no longer honoring their policy which is buy 1 get 1 free. Was deeply disappointed and chose to spend our money down the road at sky king. During this pandemic I’ve witnessed a lot more greed then I’ve seen during my entire life time. As a business your word should be your bond or you’ll lose loyal customers. They definitely lost one here!

Been a fan for years - even before PA changed its laws. I have a frequent buyers card. They always, always, always have buy 1 get another same price free. Well near July 4th they stopped that. I had my stuff all picked out and they charged me double. I told them to put it back and went up the road to Sky King and got buy 1 get 1 free. Never going back to Phantom.

Really nice employees, most of the shelves were empty so go early!! They give you free fireworks if you spend a certain amount, and it was buy one get one free.

Looks huge on the outside, but its actually kinda small. What it lacks in scale it makes up for in well trained employees. The people that work here are straight to the point, fast and polite. Easy to spend more here than planned.

It was perfectly Organized and and it just felt so cool to me. The staff helped me a lot because i dont know that much about the fireworks, and I don’t know if the prices were good or not because again I don’t know much about fireworks

You get your moneys worth

Friendly staff and a very nice selection of fireworks available. Prices werent too bad with coupons and sales. The store is well organized with a pretty large inventory on hand. Obviously, around the 4th of July it gets pretty busy here, but was surprising no long waits to get in and out.

Very busy place. When we arrived they checked us in using our id. Lots of cool fireworks. We only got a few fountains and firecrackers. But there were people there leaving with overflowing shopping carts. Cool place.

I will always only go to phantom. I have been to other stores but they just dont cut it for me like phantom does. The staff is always very nice and very helpful. The discounts are crazy and the selection is so big I sometimes gets overwhelming in an exciting way.

Whats not to love about fireworks fireworks are great they make childhood memories amazing and with phantom fireworks and theyre great deals this is a great stop before any Great Adventure. And the staff is always willing to help no matter how dumb your question.

Christmas in july

First time walking into this store. Good selection on fireworks however VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! So if you can deal with bad service, go to this store for all your firework needs. For me, I will not be spending my money in this store EVER again, especially since there is Sky King and TNT right up the road. Maybe they have better service.

The store manager helped me find some personal recommendations for a very specific thing. The employees have to scare you at the door to get in but once youre inside youll find a delightful expieriance!

The Staff was horrible called ahead of time to see if I was able to get some firecrackers and they told me I was eligible but once I got there I gave them my ID and then they did not want to sell me the product because of state law. They should had told me everything through the phone instead of making me drive 40 minutes for nothing. Also when I got to the store around 7:15 pm there were two staff male and female that came out looking suspicious out of a room. Like they were doing something they werent suppose to be doing if you know what I mean. Bottom line is get new staff up in there the store is great but the people working in it arent.Thank you.

Decent place, kind of deceiving saying buy 1 get 2 (its only after a certain price point) With that being said I did like the selection over the TNT store around the corner.
