We were more than pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with a GREAT shower/tub. We had a private balcony (I believe all the rooms do) with an awesome view of the harbor. The pool was closed (COVID) but had it been open, it would have been easily accessible. The hotel is just 2-3 miles from the town and just a mile or so from the beach (I believe). The staff was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!

I am writing a review for the marina. I Tried to book a slip And after several days, was double booked here and another marina. I called to cancel and try to explain the situation but they ended up keeping About half of the nightly rental stating that this is their cancellation policy. They were not attentive, did not get back to me, and were extremely discourteous. The reviews on Dockwa also point out that the marina is subpar in terms of amenities. I would certainly avoid keeping your boat here.

I came in Christmas last year when no people around there. And this quiet time is exactly what I want from this place. You can enjoy the pure beauty of nature especially in the night. The cottage is clean, tide and cozy.

The room was one of the nicest rooms we ever stayed in. On arrival we had some difficulty with the door entrance but management took care of us. I would go back without hesitation. The only negative comment is that breakfast is not served at the facility. Lunch and dinner was great. Service at the restaurant was excellent. High regards to Lincoln and Robert at their restaurant, Mobeys.

If what you are looking for is a beautiful waterfront setting for an event or gathering, look no further than East Hampton Point.This swanky East Hampton facility offers an end-to-end solution for those interested in dining, catering, accommodations or an event venue. There is nothing inexpensive about it, so be prepared to pay a premium for whatever youll be needing.In terms of food, I would say that its above average and consistent, but far from innovative. My biggest concern is the lack of attention to detail by the staff. Small things can make a big difference and they have a knack for forgetting or screwing up little things.

I liked the esthetics of the property, however some repairs were needed, (i.e., air conditioner not working properly, front door stuck, as it took much force to open & close and there was about a 3 inch opening in the floorboard before entering the front door, might allow for unwanted visitors.)

They have $1 happy hour oysters! Really friendly service and decent prices. There was almost no one there at 4pm when we stopped by, but it was very pleasant.

Come for the lovely setting. Service is good (nothing special) food is uninspired fare. Without the view, this would be 2 stars.

What a great spot close to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton... The high ceilings really make the room feel even more expansive, and it feels like you should be in Key West; not Long Island.. Only downside... no drink service by the pool...

How many tries does it take to cancel a reservation? I called this restaurant to cancel a reservation -- the woman who answered asked me for how many people and what time tonight is good for you? over and over after I told her I was calling to CANCEL a reservation. Then, a few days later (the day of my reservation), I got a call confirming the reservation, and told the woman I had already called to cancel it. Two hours after that call, I got ANOTHER call to confirm my reservation. Wow, I have never seen such a disorganized bunch...I never ate here, but now certainly never will if they cant understand after three attempts to cancel a reservation.

Incredible views! We went on a day when they were having electro issues so they were making a reduced menu, only sandwiches and stuff like that. The staff was very kind, and the sandwiches were very good.

There was a rat in our unit that was running around at 11:30 p.m. on our first evening (Friday) inside our cottage no. 8, I called the emergency number twice left a voice mail, never got a return call, we had to plug the gaps under the door to make sure it could not get in, had to secure the food we brought, our shoes, clothes,etc until I called Saturday morning when the office was open. The first gentleman I spoke to on the phone sounded very mildly surprised that there was a rat inside our cottage that ran from the bottom of the refrigerator around the kitchen until it went to the side of the dish washer, when I raised the issue that we had a little dog that can get bitten and get rabies, the only answer I received was I can bring our dog over to the office while we have breakfast and hell looks after her. I came to the office to bring our dog spoke to Kristin and the only reaction I got was they were going to call the exterminator - no apologies. She didnt even look mildly in panic that the $750 cottage had a rat. The staff did not even bother to find out how they can compensate us for the grossness and unsanitary condition of the cottage and through out the 2 days we were there, I had to check and the only answer I got was we will check with Mike how we can compensate you We checked out and not even 1 dinner or the night we found the rat in our cottage was compensated. Like we owed it to them to tolerate the existence of a rat in our cottage.Free bfast was lame.

Very beautiful place to watch the sunset on three mile harbor on the deck while enjoying a cocktail with warm friends.

What a chum bucket. The fish was overcooked and underseasoned. The wine selection was put together by a neanderthal (Ben Krupinski, Im sure). The entire staff were high school sophmores, and they didnt even know how to pour a glass of wine. This place was terrible and Id move on.
