Everything was perfect! Such great hospitality!

My company had me stay here for the whole month of August until Labor Day because its the peak season for the Hamptons. Clean, great staff, accommodates, pool hours are short from 9 to 7 but its not their fault. Good food across the street.

We just needed a place overnight for an impromptu family affair, so we found East Hampton House Resort. A nice, quaint room with a kitchenette to accommodate a longer stay, if needed. We loved the white room and interior design. Comfortable bed and spacious bath.

Clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations in a great location. The beach parking passes that are available for guests are a huge plus, though they are first come, first served. Would return and recommend this place to others.

Really liked the renovations, especially the bathroom. Coffee maker was a plus, and appreciate having an in room safe available.

I have been trying to reach this property for 5 days to cancel a reservation due to new restrictions for Nevada residents and quarantining. All mailboxes are full. I was going to take my daughter that lives in NY for her 30th bday. When I am able to visit I will not book here. Poor service and I haven’t even arrived.

Honestly this place is terrible, after staying here for two nights they charged me twice!!! They’re still fighting my cc company. The staff is very unfriendly and during my stay I spotted multiple bugs including cocroaches a large amount of ants. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything around you. The maid doesn’t even knock she just barged in. Also as I was walking into the room I noticed a awful smell which was attempted to be covered by febreeze. They obviously to not change or wash the beds, there are multiple coffee stains and strains of hair in the pillows this is by far the worst place I’ve been too, all the 5 star reviews must be fake

Nice customer service. Good quality room (bed, pillows, couch). TV and bathroom could be bigger, but served our needs perfectly well. We liked the on-site fitness equipment and coffee. Off-season, so we missed out on the pool.

Location was great. Disappointed. Very dirty. Closet was covered with dust. Piles of garbage under sink. I needed to ask them to come and puck up. Bathroom shower had the water spout detached from wall. For the fee per night i expected more. I did not feel safe . Have they heard about COVID-19? We are thanking God we did not get sick that we know.

The rooms were spacious. Everything was in order. Everything worked. The room was clean. The property itself was well kept.

Quiet, clean, conveniently located (about 20 min walk to East Hampton center). There is a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker with some free coffee, but no kitchen utensils of any kind, except for paper cups. We stayed in November, when temperature dropped to 35F, but the heating in the bathroom didnt work. The heating in the living area did work properly, and the room was comfortably warm.

When you look at pictures or first pull up it looks like a motel or a driving range which is off putting but its a cute place actually. Nice landscaping, beautiful courtyard, its very clean inside and the rooms have stoves and microwaves so you dont have to eat out every single meal even if you do want to hit your favorite spot for dinner. Not a far drive from the beach or Sag Harbor either. Also there is a bagel shop , BBQ joint, and great seafood place called Botswicks all within a 2 minute walk from it. (Cross the street first though the sidewalk is on the other side).

Room 108 is newly renovated. Quaint location close to the Main Street just a few minutes walk away. Less than 20 minutes from Sag Harbor and Montauk make the location ideal.

Had a renovated room and was impressed by the accommodations, comfort level and cleanliness. Exactly what I needed for my work trip. Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but was nice to sit on patio and overlook property and have a glass of wine. Restaurants across the street were great and they had yoga on Saturday morning which was also a nice touch. Definitely coming back for a little r&r.

While the entry area looks updated the rooms need attention. We called ahead to see if it would be okay to drop off our luggage early because of an early event on the day of check in. We were told no problem. Not true as there was no one on duty and the office was locked. We had to call the super who did come and was understanding. We returned after 8 PM and went to the room our luggage was there as promised, but the room was not clean. Not well vacuumed and the bedding was not fresh. We closed the blinds only to find the middle slat was missing. We called the front desk and maintenance had left for the day. We made due and let the front desk know in the morning. We left for the day and returned after 5 PM to find our room was not cleaned - the bed was not change or even made for that matter, the towels were not changed out, and the room was not vacuumed. After a call to the front desk we were told the cleaning crew had left for the day. The receptionist came and gave us some towels and offered to make the bed ( which at that point we refused). In the morning at check out again the office was not open at 8 AM as listed. We came back later and I told the clerk about the room. He said the manager would call the following day. Well day 2 and no call. The maintenance man was sitting by the pool in a corner for an hour while we were at the pool. We left and he was still there. I felt that the staff does not do their job and no one is checking. It was gross.

Love it; only thing missing is the Beach!

Nice place, rooms were a little quirky. For a motel in East Hampton in the off season it wasnt bad. Friendly staff.

The ice machine was broken and they had made no arrangements to have ice on hand. Despite your email saying that a $20 surcharge would only be added during spring /summer/fall they insisted that it applied all year an would not take it off of the bill.

Glorified inn, rooms are large and spacious - toilets are a big let down and it charges exorbitant room rates because of its good location ! Room rates are advertised as under 300 in their rate card but they charged us over 500 for the weekend - see photos - also check in time is advertised as 3 pm - they did not give us a room till almost 4 pm , forget about an early check in !

We have been staying at East Hampton House on and off for years. Lovely rooms with kitchenettes, many have been recently updated. The outdoor swimming pool and small gym make it very relaxing. Its in the heart of everything and open year round too.

In East Hampton for work.Room was nice, grounds were neat. Less than a mile from East Hampton Town. Everyone was friendly and the rate was fair.I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was fine but not great. Rooms were big and had an empty mini-fridge which was helpful since there was no food on premises. However, the sheets were scratchy, the AC didnt work well, and the walls were thin (you could hear your neighbors and people passing by the door or parking lot).

Great location, immaculate grounds, and I stayed in a freshly renovated room which was an upper unit and very quiet. Goldbergs Bagels is right across the street for breakfast and lunch. Will def come back when the weather is warmer so I can check out the area beaches.

Had a great experience with this hotel! Spacious, well kept rooms with nice decor. The grounds (balcony, tennis court, and pool) were also very nice and well kept. Location was perfect for the things we wanted to do in East Hampton. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Right time of year gets you the right price. great beds. clean n comfortable. bathrooms dated but lots of hot water.

Clean and quiet hotel. A bit off, if you dont come by car. Its 20 minutes from the centre and train station. Beach is also 20 minutes by foot. Gym is small, but ok. No breakfast unfortunately.

The rooms and the grounds are spacious and well kept with plenty of parking.

The location is in the middle of the various Hampton towns like Montauk and amangasett and has access to the private beaches. It has its own pool which was never really crowded and a small gym. It has only two treadmills and an elliptical, some weights. Enough if you know what you are doing. The only awkward thing is that it is right next to the dining area. There is free coffee in the morning and a shared kitchen if you need a freezer or toaster oven. One of the downsides was the ants in the room which they addressed when we brought it up to them. Friendly staff. The room itself has a bathroom a separate changing area, patio, living room area and king bed. Sufficient for a family of four.

Off season, its a little remote to walk to East Hampton or Amagansett, but only a $10 Lyft ride each way. I drove a 38 truck there and the parking lot had plenty of space.

Warm and cozy.

Very clean rooms with a lot of amenities. Bathroom is outfitted with large, clean towels, an abundance of toiletries, and a really nice shower.Bed is comfortable and clean!Wall mounted tv on front of the bed.The living room/dining room had table with 4 chairs and a sofa with a pullout bed! Really nice view (any time of year)!Kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove top, cooking utensils, and sink!

Horrible horrible horrible!!!I am a single woman staying in their hotel.I am sound asleep, I call their emergency number three times and left two messages at midnight because the room next door is banging on my wall!!!! Not one call back.I left a message on the VM at the registration line and no call back even in the morning when they returned to the front desk. Finally the banging stopped.The hotel manager confirmed the room next door banged on my door stating I was causing noise. Not one call from them to the emergency number. She tells me she will not ask them to follow protocol because its a he said she said????!!!!Honestly?! And who followed protocol and who called them four different times during the occurrence.Then she says you have no reason to be concerned for your safety. Honestly? She said that!!!If you are single and traveling alone do not stay at this hotel! They do not answer or check emergency numbers.

Good location and room was nice, however, it was very noisy. The people above me had electronic equipment which beeped all night long which I could hear. You could also hear their conversations. If you’re looking for quiet this is not the place.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on Valentines day during a blizzard. When we arrived we were originally told we would have to stay on a smaller suite on the ground floor due to the weather but the concierge was very accommodating and said they would shovel the stairs if need be JUST FOR US. The room was very pretty and clean with lots of space if needed for a longer stay. The kitchenette was small but cute, fine for us considering we were only staying for the one night.

Don’t know how the building is built but upstairs walking is like earthquake. The ceilings shakes and vibrates. You just can’t sleep at night or in the morning when any living creature upstairs is moving.

Good value for the room. But why do the maids barge in while knocking? Heard this from 5 other guests. Caught me indisposed. Rude.

Absolute scam artists. Charged my card when I booked in March. Lost my reservation and tried to move me to a different hotel farther away from the wedding I was attending in June last minute. After complaining, they put us in the original hotel and told us everything was settled. When I returned to Texas they charged us again. Credit card dispute is still ongoing months later.tl;dr shamelessly charged twice for one stay

This is a decent but dated motel with very basic amenities, but the room was comfortable and quiet this pre-season weekend.It may have been due to the fact that I visited before the Hamptons season really kicked off (early May), but service and amenities did seem extremely minimal. The pool wasnt filled and operational at the time, and items like coffee and disposable cups werent refilled during the daily turndown. It seems kind of ridiculous that they call this a resort, despite the fact that they dont have food service, entertainment, a store, or anything that would help to legitimize that designation. This is really just a very average motel that costs a premium due to the location. Overall I was satisfied with the room and would probably stay here again, but dont set your expectations very high.

First impression walking in was a nasty toilet that wasnt clean, had poop all over the toilet seat and the lid. The funny thing about this was that they put a clean wrap around the lid to indicate that it was cleaned. The place is old and run down. It has a bad smell that was covered up with potpourri spray.

One of my favorite places to stay when in the Hamptons! The resort is quiet and relaxing , the rooms are beautifully decorated and really comfortable and its less than 5min away from the beach.

Very nice hotel with unfriendly staff. Rooms are clean and modern although they never serviced our room or gave us new towels.

Needs renovation. Watch for stinky bugs. Stuff was really nice and welcoming.

The motel had all the basics a small family would need in a beach resort type setting. Affordable for the area and bonus beach amenities. Beach chairs if you plan your day and nab them early and a beach pass to a convetted beach!!

People were friendly, outgoing and willing to go the extra mile.

For the money its expensive, but everything in the Hamptons is magically more expensive for no apparent reason. No breakfast, no wake up calls, dont expect much. Feels like a low-end, older Hampton Inn. Wi-fi speed is decent though.

A must stay if you are in the area. Beautiful room and even a great staff!!

The property is located right on 27 so easy to get around East Hampton to Montauk. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and comfortable. Other than the pool, you need to go out for food, beach and other activities.
