Very nice and clean place you could bring your chairs, coolers and food. Parking is free and for 15.00 dollars per person is a great deal. Every where else you pay parking cant bring your food or coolers and you have a long ride and pay tolls and gas! This is great for the whole family. The only reason I gave 4 stars if inclement weather arise no rain checks whats so ever

It was a great, local, swimming water that has everything for kids and adults. I love the fact that it is a short drive to get there and the ticket prices are reasonable. I can go there every weekend with the family and have a great time.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Social distancing is encouraged and masks are required which was a plus. The areas to sit and relax are also spaced apart perfectly. All in all it was our first visit and we cant wait to go again. Also everyone social distanced while in the pools as well without being asked. You are encouraged to bring your own chairs and you can bring food as long as its not in glass containers or you can purchase food there as well. No alcoholic beverages allowed.

Small but perfect for a afternoon trip with the kids. Outside food is allowed but they also have a luncheonette with affordable prices. Non-residents pay different price, a little higher. After 4pm, entrance is cheaper. The taller slides require riders to be a minimum height of 48inches. It has a lazy river, 2 bigger pools and too smaller ones. There is also a sprinklers kid play area and an obstacles pool game.

The slides and lazy river shown on the photos and website are closed due to covid, making this park unappealing for my older kids. I purchased tickets and then I immediately realized that they were closed and called them. Being a Saturday night, no one answered. I called early on Sunday to try to re-schedule my tickets but they wouldn’t budge. No refunds, no exchanges! My tickets were for Tuesday. I lost $60 for 4 tickets, and I got a very inflexible person on the phone. Beware. Ah, if you buy tickets and its raining, good luck with that too. Or even if you buy and get sick, they won’t do anything for you. I wonder how many people go there sick cause they won’t refund or exchange

This is a pretty decent water park considered most are strictly for residents only, non-residents pay an additional charge but well with in reasonable amount, they also have reduced prices after 4pm entering, which is 18$ for 4hrs still pretty decent if youre looking for something near by and saves you from driving down to the shore, staff is very friendly & the lifeguards are always attentive actually better than any other locations I Have ever experienced making it a safe environment for the kids! Which always makes it worth it!

As a Veteran, the greatest benefit after getting out of the Navy , a benefit that helped me to relax , was Crystal Springs allowing me entrance for free . Raising my two boys in New Jersey is not easy , being able to escape to Crystal Springs to swim and read a book , brought me the rest and peace I really needed . Now that Crystal Springs is no longer allowing Veterans entrance for free , doing away with this I cant understand... I hope the managment will allow this again, the staff was always nice, the food was good and the waterpark was always clean [email protected]

We visited Crystal Springs for the first time last week. My two grandchildren ages 3 1/2, 1 1/2, my husband and adult daughter. I was very, very impressed upon entering with the friendly greetings of the staff and patience in explaining the layout to us. The waterpark was immaculate and so well run I cannot say enough about it. I feel it must be managed very well because with the crowd of families and children there it could easily become unsafe. I observed the lifeguards correcting behavior of adults and children both and in every case I saw professionalism and one to one contact explaining what the individual was doing wrong. I myself sat on a wall, not seeing the sign “No sitting on wall“. I was politely corrected by the lifeguard. The lifeguards were everywhere and every lifeguard enforced the same rules. Each employee we came in contact with was friendly and very well informed. Our two little grandchildren had an absolutely wonderful day. As did we, being able to relax as we watched them enjoy the water, the showers and the slides. We ate at the concession stand and enjoyed our lunch. (Next time we will probably pack a picnic lunch to save some money. It’s great that this is an option.) We did bring our own lawn chairs so we could be sure to sit in the shade. My compliments to all of the staff for their hard work and compliance and to the management for running a beautiful and safe family facility. We will be back and possibly season passes next summer.Thank you to all for a wonderful outing on a summer day!

I hope you guys see my review before visiting this place. It is a total waste of your money. They are ALL racist racist racist racist by all means. Long story short, the life guards and managers refused to let us in the water because we didnt have bathing suits on, no exceptions at all not even religious exceptions. Even though we all had swimwear material on but not bathing suits, they still refused. 20 minutes or more of arguing, we asked for a refund. They refused to give us our money back. Terrible guest services and treatment and we felt threatened because the cops aimed at his gun while we were talking to the supervisor. This is a very honest review, we were not loud and we didnt try to fight things off, but we were trying to get our money back and leave. But I promised myself to have this issue reach officials and have the park get closed because it is NOT a joke to feel threatened or unsafe in your own country.

It was okay, but I didnt like having to pay extra for being a non-resident. I understand why they did it, but its still unfair. The pools were fun, and it was a good experience. The waiting lines were incredibly long for most of the attractions. We were waiting about 50 minutes just to get into the park, and 15 minutes to get on the lazy river.I was going to rate this 4 stars, until something that happened near the end of my visit. I was waiting on the water slide(there are only 2 working, each line was a very long wait also) when I got stung by a bee. Luckily I wasnt allergic, but I still went to the first aid office. When I told the guy there that I got stung while waiting for the slides, he said, Yeah, there are a lot of bees around that area. What if I had been allergic? If someone whos allergic to bee stings went to the water slides, there would be a good chance that they couldve been stung. The staff may not be able to do anything about the bees, but they could at least post notices near the entrance. It was a good water park, but I wouldnt recommend going if you are allergic to bee stings, or not willing to wait near the entrance for an hour on a hot day. Additionally, if you are planning on driving far to come, dont bother. Its not that much of a water park, unless you want to spend all day playing basketball.

Total waste of money. Not worth for the money you spent. Guards are more than visitors count and they restrict everywhere. They will not allow you to move freely. Make you hurry to leave one hour before closing time. Its great for a few hours, especially if you have little kids. My biggest gripe is the concession area. Every time we go there, it takes forever to get your food, regardless of the line, or what youre ordering, and its often times, poorly prepared. A few weeks ago, my wife was sent to the pick up window after waiting 20 minutes in line to order nachos, and then had to wait another 20 minutes to get them (she already paid, otherwise she would have left at that point). When they finally gave her the food, it was the crushed chips from the bottom of the bag, and she was told that they didnt have any more chips. Weve started bringing our own food and drinks to avoid the headaches, but it would be nice to be able to occasionally grab a drink or ice cream without a 25 minute wait.

The slides are good and the place is clean. The staff is friendly and there are a lot of lifeguards. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the lady manager said over the intercom around 7:05 that if you are still in the park you are trespassing. That is completely unacceptable and unnecessary. At 6:45 everyone is supposed to be out of the water. They cant expect all the people in the park to be ready to leave in 15 min. They have to provide people with enough time to change their clothes, shower, use the bathroom, etc. I would think twice before coming back here because of what the manager said. It was totally out of context and unnacceptable. That is not the way to treat customers.

We have been been there before with our grandchildren and it is a fun place. However this time after being there all day my wife noticed she broke out in a red rash all over her body especially where ever there were pressure points under her swim suit. My wife is allergic to Bromide and we believe that the pools and the lazy river use bromide instead of clorine. Our dermatologist stated the rash was a result of a chemical reaction likely to to pool chemicals. We suggest that management at crystal springs post a notice about pool chemicals in use and possible allergic reactions.

This is a really fun splash park for kids. We were there on a 100 degree Saturday in July, and it was busy, but manageable. The staff was very friendly, and the lifeguards were very attentive. Hi everyone, I’m so upset with the way my family and I were treated yesterday at Crystal Springs Family Waterpark. Yesterday we were at the kiddy pool, and to ride the slides you have to enter through the other end of the park. The first time my step mom rode down the slide with her 3 year old, and was quickly told adults were not allowed to go on the slides. Second time she let her daughter slide by herself but when her daughter landed, she started crying for her mom, my step mom got worried that she hurt herself and walked down a pavemented hill alongside the slide to get to her daughter. Once again the lifeguard blew the whistle at her multiple times, and at this point she said what am I supposed to do? My baby is crying and I’m supposed to walk around to the entrance that’s on the opposite end of the kiddy pool and leave her alone, she could have been hurt! This is a very unsafe layout on their part, so we left to go relax in the lazy river, as we approached the end, we were pulled out by four workers and a police officer, one of the workers told us we are to leave immediately because cursing at lifeguards is unacceptable. I was shocked. Apparently, the 15 year old life guard that blew the whistle at my step mom lied to his managers that we were cursing at him several times. My step mom was furious, she tried to explain to them what happened, but they would not even let her speak! And kept going on about how this is our last warning, cursing will not be tolerated, and we are not to be in perimeters next to the life guard who we “verbally assaulted”. This happened within 20 mins of us arriving, so the rest of the time spent there was ruined. We couldn’t believe they would attack us like that with no evidence, and would take the word of two lifeguards, from which one who was not even there when it happened ! I understand conflicts happen, but to keep accusing someone of cursing, and threatening to kick us out, without asking what really happened first is beyond me. And to say the least, the lifeguard blew the whistle, and we left , so there was no actual conflict! Situation blown out of proportion. We felt attacked, and embarrassed by the scene they caused in front of many others. This experience was so traumatizing, that our kids are hesitant to visit any other water park! I have to now schedule therapy sessions, and will be speaking to a lawyer regarding this issue.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A RESERVED PARTY AT #CRYSTALSPRINGS #CRYSTALSPRINGSFAMILYWATERPARK #CRYSTALSPRINGSEASTBRUNSWICK You will be DISAPPOINTED, GUARANTEED!A month ago we made reservations for our birthday party for our daughter with autism. She loves swimming and we LIKED this waterpark, as we often visit this place.UNTIL;First, they only allowed my husbands name on the contact (because we have 2 different addresses on our IDs ) so on that day when I arrived before my husband at the Waterpark, THEY DID NOT ALLOW ME AND MY DAUGHTER, THE CELEBRANT ENTRANCE!!!, because my husband is not present. He was on another (food& supply) vehicle enroute. Until his arrival, I had to calm my very upset autistic daughter. #notautismfriendly #autismspeak #autismawareness2) We paid for a reserved party for up to 50 people, naturally we brought a ton of stuff. We inquired if we can set up early since the waterpark changed their hours, closing 2 hours early, and we wanted to set up prior to our guests arrival. WE WERE REFUSED, and they had the audacity to tell us to have our guest come later !!! Additionally, my husband was not allowed to leave his vehicle and unload at our tent (he would have to park at the end of the lot) so my son was the only one bringing our belongings to our tent under the intense heat of the day, WITH NO ASSISTANCE FROM THE PARK (yet they annoyingly set off their speakers to remind people to keep hydrated) but risk my sons health & safety #FAKE #UNACCOMMODATING3) #NOTHANDICAPPFRIENDLY Not 30 minutes at the place, I see my handicap sister in law, whose in crutches almost poolside with no assistance whatsoever from the SUPERVISORchatting it up with a LIFEGUARD ON DUTY not 10 FEET AWAY. ANOTHER time, my husband witnessed another lifeguard with disregard and completely no concern for my sis in law along side this lifeguard at the very same pool where a young boy drowned in the year prior. No wonder!!!! #lifeguardwhat #safetywhere #shameless4.) YES, there is MORE! MANY INFACT!!! Crystal Spring FAMILY Waterpark is NOT family friend to those that gave a non-refundabe deposit for a reserved party. They gave us a half filled cooler of ice. They has to assist with security a family member that just wanted to drop off their gift (not in swim gear)!?! They initially said they will accommodate our Ice cream cake (LIE!!!). AND Not 2 hours before they close, they paged my husband. Not 30 minutes afterwards (they lied about having my party paged for cake) another page for my husband, take a wild guess what they want... thats right, MORE MONEY! They said that since all our guests has arrived, they would like to be paid so they can get their monies before the end of the day. #appalling Later on upon leaving, a security/supervisor was making me speed up my clean up so they can close EARLY (my question being; why did the place open instead from 12-8 for the health safety of their staff that would be working at the cooler hour of the day) . Oh, did they just try to rush my sis in law out of the park???Do I have more to complain about this place that I thought would be a great place to put my hard earned money on, ABSOLUTELY!!! Yes, there will be another post and not just here. Be sure, you will see posts on social media. To warn others that will plan Reserved PARTIES at a place that does not cater to parties but only to your MONIES.To Crystal Springs and the Mayor of East Brunswick, remove your RESEVED PARTY modus operandi when your facility did not accommodate whatsoever, what a major disappointment, an awful experience!!!
