Good park to visit

My grandson loves this park. He gets to climb and slide to his hearts content. The park itself is always well kept and clean.I like that police officers come and engage with the kids. We feel really safe.

Clean open lots for kids to play on

I could almost copy and paste similar reviews for the entire East side. Honestly for a portion of this I will. Ive visited Durham for over 30 years and lived here for 5. Attitudes have changed! Youll find a neighborhood with a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Please get out here and continue the trend!

We were all having fun until some lady came over there smoking weed and ruined it for everybody. Like damn lady, cant you do that at home!? Stuff like this happens there frequently and then there was a used condom by the sidewalk, yuck. Its a nice little park and the kids love it but that area sucks, wished people kept it clean.

Excellent equipment and all... Other than the occasional drugee who comes to get high in the picnic area, I highly recommend to moms and dads alike!
