I ordered 2 prints over a month ago and I never received them. I received a usps number for tracking but the post office said it was never scanned by the company for shipment. I have sent 2 emails to the company, no response. I want my full refund of $60 and I will never order from here again. Do not purchase from this company, horrible customer service and orders never received

Purchased a group of 3 figurines for my mother. Ended up with a duplicate for 1 of them. Contacted customer service to be able to send it back and get the correct item. I paid for shipping to have the duplicate sent back. i was informed once the return was received the correct item would be sent out.Waited 2 weeks for the correct item. contacted customer care again and was now informed i had to pay for shipping on the new item as well. during all my previous contacts with customer care i was not told i had to be for shipping again. poor customer service.That will be my last order from the black art depot.

Ive had a terrible experience with this company and I dont say that lightly. I ordered 2 sculptures as gifts off the website. Neither one of the items I ordered said out of stock or back ordered. Upon completion of order I was given a shipping time frame of when to expect my items. Needless to say they werent shipped on time; per my inquiry through customer service the items had not even left the warehouse. The customer service rep reached back out to me after confirming with the warehouse that my items were being shipped out that next day and provided me tracking; now if only that was the end of my experience. I would have been okay had both my items been sent but NO! They only sent 1 of my sculptures and when I inquired about that item I find out that it was never at the warehouse it had to come from Ghana. Needless to say Ive requested a refund (which Im still waiting for) and I will not shop here again nor recommend them for purchases. The lack of communication and proper expectations for the purchase and delivery of items was unsatisfactory. Had proper expectations and communication been provided in the beginning then I could have made an informed decision about whether or not to order the items and if the shipping time frame was acceptable.

Nice artwork but bad custom service.

I have ordered from this establishment many times over the past two years. We present their art as gifts to our panelists and public servants. They are always a big hit, and we have never once had an issue regarding delivery, packaging, damage, or quality. We have also recommended them to many friends and organizations. Trust me, I am not a plant for this business. Try them. You wont be disappointed.

We ordered several Christmas Ornaments and other memorabilia. These things have since arrived however the $20 T-Shirt that we ordered has never arrived. We have sent them emails, as well as called them and have yet to receive any response. It seems like they have just disappeared... We will be filing a claim with our bank to get the refund for the amount of the T-Shirt which never arrived.

Do not order from here very unprofessional and scam! I had to call my bank to reimburse me for the transaction. I placed an order around Christmas time and never received it. They only sent me one email stating that the item was delivered in my mailbox but I do not even have a mailbox. Afterwards I have sent them over 10 emails and have called over 40 times and no one responds back. I am so upset because I truly wanted this item and I like to support black owned businesses but this one is truly a disgrace.

Ive always been impressed with theirnservice and product and as an added side bonus I just like supporting Black Owned Business. I know we have a tendency to hold our own to a higher standard but they delivered. Im already eyeing my next work of art!

Google maps indicated it was an art gallery. The name on the front of the sign said The Art Depot and framing. I went in looking for art from local black artists.they run multiple websites out of a single location. Kind of brilliant actually but I was just disapointed. Im sure the website is fine.

This establishment has left for Georgia about a year ago and did not update any information about moving on Google

I made the online purchase on 03/27/2017 and I have not received the last item (SS1911-82HD Lovers Kisii Stone 8 inches, Soapstone, Red 1) until today. Black Art Depot claimed the last item has been shipped on 04/25/2017 but when I called UPS to track the package. UPS said the item has not been delivered to them. I called, left voice messages and sent emails to Black Art Depot and have not received any response. I requested for a status update or refund with no luck or any further communications from them.

When you want to support black business but you get the run around and pussyfooted... Not a good look!!! Called prior to placing my order to confirm that the item was already made and didnt havr to be made for purchase. The rep comfirmed my concern saying if it didnt have request next to it it was available, so I placed the order. Usually with most businesss they update any shipping or processing information. 3 days later no update on the website, no email sent, nothing. So I called Friday spoke to someone name Roy he confirmed my order was shipped out and I should call him back Monday and he would provide me with a tracking number. I called 4 times throughout Monday morning. 3 from my number and once from my Aunts and I got no answer, yet as soon as I called from an Atlanta number the call was answered right away. Funny business in my eyes. Again I spoke with Roy and he went into say that the order was shipped and I should receive it Wednesday and he would call the Atlanta fulfilment center to obtain a tracking number. Roy called back and said he would be refunding me fully due to the item still being in the fulfilment process. Time wasted and the run around. Will never purchase from them and will recommend to all friends and family to do the same. Always check BBB reviews before dealing with small businesses sad especially when you want to support your people. Do better!!!

Great experience. The artwork was beautiful and it shipped quickly.
