This place is great, finally. The parking issues of years back have greatly improved with the addition of the parking deck. I spent Too much money on the floor seats to see Post Malone, but when the show started I was happily surprised. The floor seats were amazing!

I give Infinite Energy Center located at 6400 Sugarloaf Pkwy, Duluth, GA 30097 FIVE STARS. What a great arena and its not to far from downtown Atlanta. Was a great esperience on my first visit. I know its been many years, but I Will never forget watching Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus Presents: Circus Xtreme! My time at this place in Feb, 2016 was amazing. s

This place is the ultimate entertainment area. It is grandiose and still they trying their best to perfect it. They have forums center and movies. Entertaining sections as well as conference halls. I had the pleasure to spend 2 days at the Infinite Energy Center and I was not disappointed. It is clean and has a lot to offer. I would love to visit a lot more. I can’t wait to see the places that are currently under construction. The parking is amazing.

What an incredible experience. This was the first lacrosse game that Ive ever attended. I must say this was better than football, basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey, etc ... A big shout-out to my dear friends Kris and Carter Ricks for including me. This was one of the BEST nights Ive had in a good while. It was so nice meeting everyone in this circle of friends. Under construction. A little pain to navigate in. Did have lots of staff navigating inside which was nice. Guy cleaning escalator was only cleaning one side, kind of defeats the purpose. Needs a lot of renovation. Parking was apparently free but no signs and no one said anything. Paid for parking at machine going back to car and there was a lady with the gate open as everyone left. So Im out $5.

We had a great visit to a guitar show at the infinite energy center! What a nice facility for such an event, they even had a trolly service so we didn’t have to walk far. There is so much space that there was actually another event here at the same time and we didn’t even see what it was or feel crowded at all.Go for it if you find out an event is going to be held here. There is plenty of parking, the facility is super clean and the place feels safe and well organized.

I still have issues with their parking set up, so hopefully the new constructions will help abate some of that. That is sincerely my biggest complaint about the EC. Everything else is standard fare from event centers: higher priced food but a lot of fun events. Ive been to a few Gladiator games, and a conference and the seats were fine - just dont expect super comfy and spacious seats. Overall, its not bad in the slightest, and its our hometown venue so we gotta support them where we can

Great venue! It has plenty of comfortable seating and being a little bit smaller all, in close proximity to the rink/field. It is the home stadium of the Georgia Swarm and Gwinnett Gladiators so it hosts plenty of fun events. The most essential of commodities, the food, is also good. With a variety of grill foods, pizza, and Mexican available there are options aplenty.

Infinite Energy Center is located in Sugarloaf Pkwy, after passing Sugarloaf Mills Mall. I’ve been here a couple times now for graduations, and for the Atlanta Gladiators Hockey Games, and it’s been great. There’s so many cheap food options such as pizza slices, hot dogs, and chicken tenders, but there’s also more pricey options for a better meal.Upstairs, there is a stand that serves pretty good food. Last time we ordered the grilled chicken, with rice, roasted potatoes, and a side salad and it was decent. The seats are pretty comfy, and the bathrooms are usually clean. There is plenty of parking, and it has been free, but I recently read that from February 1, 2020 hourly parking rates will be free for the first 2 hours, and $5 after that.ESPAÑOLInfinite Energy Center está ubicado en Sugarloaf Pkwy, después de pasar Sugarloaf Mills Mall.

I went to this venue for the first time in 2009 and dont remember much, but went back last night to see The Jonas Brothers. There are so many perks to this place. First of all, parking is free! Secondly, its very intimate for being a stadium-type venue. The upper level wasnt crowded, the lines for drinks/food/merch werent long, and there honestly isnt a bad seat in the house! The only qualm I have with the venue is that there appears to be only one way in and one way out. When leaving the event, be prepared to sit in your car for a WHILE. Drivers are a little crazy trying to navigate around the parking lot and there were few people directing traffic. Id suggest they make the leaving portion easier for attendees. Other than that, I had an amazing time. Great lights, amazing sound, good food, and clean bathrooms!

Easy to get to off I-85, and free parking, in the handicap parking. My husband and I are both tall, so we liked that the seats we had had a lot of leg room. We went there for a hockey game, great view of the game from our seats, and from what I could see, all seats have a good view. We live about 2 1/2 hours from there, and we agreed that it was not too far to go there again for a game or something else special there. Great place!

The game was very entertaining, and there was lots of interaction within the venue, during timeouts and the halftime break. We love the free team gear and free goodies from local businesses. The place is clean and handicap accessible. I only wish that the price of concessions were not as expensive as they currently are.

Place was packed out and I never once felt overwhelmed by the amount of people there. Every space was large enough to accommodate the amount of people using it. Every staff member we encountered was polite and engaging. Parking was easy, and just a short walk to the arena. My only suggestion would be to allow for better acoustics in the concession areas during concerts. When going to get a refill I couldnt hear the music well at all. Regardless, this will be a venue I revisit!

Ca
Review №58

While this is not a bad concert venue, access to lower and floor seating is somewhat of a challenge, especially for older people. At last weeks concert we cringed every time we witnessed older people, women in heels, and patrons carrying food and drinks make there way down the 26 steep steps. For the best views, recommend purchasing seats a little higher up and on the sides. Arena sound is good. Concession prices are on the high side. Seating not the most comfortable. Pay parking at two parking decks; attendant told us there was no handicap parking! Poor traffic control leaving the facility. Ongoing construction at the arena detracts.

Unfortunately, I broke my ankle 2 weeks before and was unsure how we were even going to get in the arena, much less to our seats. Kathryn at guest services on the phone said to get as close to the door, and come in to speak with an agent when we arrived. Not only were we able to get close, Manisha and Justin outside let us park right in front. Patrick came out with a wheelchair and Tiffany and Jennifer took us down to the floor where we were able to sit courtside and view this amazing match between my Rafael Nadal and Grigor Dimetrov! The Infinite Energy Center was one of the best sports bars/athletic event centers that Ive ever been in. Ive never experienced a location with such great atmosphere. The beer selection was poor. Good concert sound, but security consistency problems. We attended TSO here, and thoroughly enjoyed the concert, sound, and seating space. We arrived early on a rainy day and parked without a problem. But the high number of late arrivals indicated others didnt have it so easy. Security was problematic, with long, slow-moving lines on a cold, rainy day. Also, enforcement of bag policies varied widely. My wife was denied entry because she had a small purse with backpack style straps. So we trudged all the way back to the car in the rain. Once inside, we saw numerous people with larger backs -- one even the size of a Sams club insulated bag. Word of warning: leave any bags in the car to avoid this problem.
