First time at this movie theater. Well maintained, rest rooms were clean and well maintained as well. Screen was not very big, auditorium was kind on long rectangle. Interestingly movie was projected on the side walls some times. That was an interesting experience.

Seriously I have been to so many movie theaters and they need to hire more people like the guy pictured! Fully committed. You go dude!

They are undergoing a remodel, but have managed to keep the theater clean and clutter free. I would have given 5 stars, but the concessions stand closed a bit too early. Granted, it was Christmas Eve. The theater we saw the movie in had screens that flanked the main screen and went up the entire wall. We saw Jumanji and it really made a difference during one scene where swinging bridges were involved. I have a fear of heights and my palms went sweaty instantaneously. It was thrilling though, despite my fear. Last, but not least.. THEY HAVE A BAR! Get your cocktail from a variety of drinks, some snacks and it doesnt get better. There is usually a relaxed and fun vibe.Restrooms were clean, theater is large and never feels overly crowded. Ample parking with kiosks inside for quick ticketing and disabled persons parking and seating.

Everyone was personable. However, the movie theater could be cleaned more frequently. The area around the concession stand was sticky and floor flooded with popcorn. I understand the messes happen, but cleaning more frequently in the day would be appreciated. The bathrooms could also be cleaned more frequently as well. The floors and sinks were dirty.

Really nice cinema. We went to see Apollo 11 on friday afternoon and the place was almost empty. The room was nice, with a good screen and a nice sound system. We bought also some popcorn, a burger and a soda with good prices and average quality, it would be nice have more options like fruit salad or a healthier sandwich than a burger.

Great cinema with clean environment and courteous staff. It has everything you want for enjoying a great movie, varieties of foods, drinks, choices of venues, Hollywood, Independent, art and foreign films and even alcoholic drinks.

Regal is clean even the bathrooms. I would have given five stars but i was surprised about the assigned seating I thought for a minute that I was back in school. Used to be able to sit where ever you want. I havent been to a movie in years so I was surprised about the assigned seating.

Nice theater! Christmas day was very busy with 30min waits for concessions! The reservation of seats is great so theres no worry on getting a good seat. We saw Knives Out and it was a pretty good movie.

This would have been a love it, because this Regal is finally updating all of their theatres with new seats; but they no longer serve Coke products. This may seem petty to some, but being able to have an ice cold Coke while watching a movie is part of my movie watching ritual.

I feel Regal is needing a refresh. The place is kind of old. Nowadays everyone having a large screen at home, the need for physically going to a theater is less and less. I usually buy a bunch of 20% on sale gift cards, use them on the latest movies my kids cant wait to see as an outing they always enjoy.

Regal Hacienda Crossing is the only and best cinema near by Pleasanton. Clean and spacious one I would say. Outer decoration with light make it a cool place to hangout in evening. Outside, you can find a ice cream shop and maxican restaurant where you can enjoy food after movie. I love to go there again n again

One of my favorite theaters. The staff does try hard to keep up, they need more training and support. The managers are good with customer issues, and most of the patrons are good about turning off phones and respecting other patrons. I rarely have an issue with others.

Ok. To be fair the place is undergoing a major remodel. The hallway to the theater is Dark with a blue light at the bottom. Dont drop anything - you wont see it. The theaters have new numbers also blue. There are new seats which are plush and comfy but the SMELL! I can only hope it wears off ASAP because I wont go back for a long time. Is there no ventilation? Did no one know about the smell from the new seats? Im sure the theater isnt happy about it either. Saw the Mister Rogers movie and it is excellent in every way. Lets hope that by the nice weather the remodel will be done and the smell gone.

I would give a higher rating,, but the bar hours are so unpredictable and the bartender (the tall slim young guy) is so unfriendly. Other than thats its a great place. The renovations are outstanding!!!

Even though this theater is a few years old, it still offers a great experience. One might think that with large screen televisions being so prevalent in homes, the death knell has been rung for theaters. There are still some stories that just cant be told well anywhere else!

They are remodeling and when getting inside a terrible smell like burnt stuff was in the air. Maybe they had been welding all day long or something. However, the auditorium had a totally different (bad) smell. Like an old automobile where people left food and dirty clothes for weeks. I hope they finish quick this work. Usually we like it there.

This theater used to be well run, but in the last couple of years, it has just gotten worse and worse. I kept going back out of habit more than anything. However, tonight I broke my habit. The new seats are very uncomfortable. They’re the ones that the backs recline on, but only if you apply constant pressure. Very uncomfortable. The last two times we’ve been there we have had to leave the theater to go get someone to start the movie. The commercials and trailers lasted for at least 50 minutes. I completely lost interest in seeing the movie at that point and my husband and I left the theater and got our money back. We will probably go back for a special IMAX movie, but nothing else. The rest we can watch at Cinema West and The Vine in Livermore.

Clean and spacious. Lots of room to move around in the lobby and corridors to your theater. If you plan on buying something, arrive earlier than you might think. Lines are long. Went to see an IMAX movie and the seats had little to no more cushion. By the of the flick, I was dying to stand up.

Second time this week I have had to go find someone to start the movie. Then we get to watch 30 minutes of commercials and previews. This, after we already watched 10 minutes of commercials and previews after the noovie pre-show. The movie was the 6:40 showtime. We left at 7:20 to get our money back without seeing any sign of a movie. Not sure what is happening with the management of this location, but it is poorly run.

Clean theater and the reclining seats were comfy. I enjoyed the movie I watched entitled Joker. Staffs were well-mannered.

The seats were comfortable, but i didnt think the surround screen was worth the $5 extra, it was distracting, and made us dizzy looking back and fourth.

Great movie theater! It is clean and the projectors and sound have been flawless for every movie I have seen here. The IMAX auditorium is great which is sometimes a hit-and-miss at new locations I visit. This is definitely my primary theater that I visit and am glad that it is.

Saw Rise of Skywalker at the IMAX theater. Comfortable, but they were doing remodeling, so areas were closed off.

I was there for the first time on Oct-15 to watch a Hindi movie War. The theater itself is clean, safe, and well-maintained. I really liked the theater. Reason my review is 4-star and not 5-star is: The A/C was off OR wasnt effective for first part of the movie, lot of us were sweating. Gradually, after the intermission we noticed A/C kick in and it got chilly - uncomfortable chilly. I am glad the movie was very good so more attention was on the movie and not on climate control. I hope the management sees my reviews and looks into this. I may edit my review to reflect 5-star next time I go to this theater :)

Got up front parking, tickets were available right before the show for a #RPX version of the Joker movie and we got to pick our seats. Plus they have a nice selection of snack and food choices.

Pretty clean, there are lots of snack and food options, and lots of movie selections and show times.

Perfect theater complex located close to 580 and 680 freeways. Surrounded by a good variety of eateries and shops with ample parking area.Obviously, this place attracts huge and diverse crowds. The IMAX theater is a big draw. Clean facility with good popcorn and beverages.We come here often to see Indian movies which they feature a lot.

My childhood theater love this place so much great location if you wanna grab dinner and a movie there’s tons of great restaurants around.

My go to movie theater with friends who I call family. We patronize here fairly often throughout the years. Just finished watching Captain Marvel on the last showing. Its always a good time when coming to this theater. Never really had a complaint. Staff and services are always prompt and pleasant.

Friendly staff. Pretty good size theater. Most of the seats are good but I would avoid the 2 front rows as they are too close.

Got reserved seats with the BIG lounge chairs. But the handicap row was too close for my sons vision. He is blind (no lens from cataract removal)and wears aphakic lens so everything is enlarged.

This theater plays literally everything that comes out, and they still play it long after most theaters have moved on. They have a ton of screens so there’s always something good playing. They have a whole lot of cashiers so there’s usually not a line inside, but there’s typically a line to buy tickets outside - it’s much faster to buy tickets online and then just walk in. They also serve alcohol here now, which is a welcome addition.

My friends and I love going to this theater! They have great seats, good quality movie, and even great snacks!

Going on a Tuesday afternoon meant no crowds. The staff was very friendly. I was surprised to find a bar/cafe in the lobby which is pretty cool, although I didnt use it. I really enjoyed the neon and mirror elements in the ceiling. I found that they had a great selection of typical movie snacks and some unexpected additional treats like churros and burgers. The only thing I found to be seriously lacking were the seats in the theater. Several of the leather cushions looked torn from wear and tear. But they werent uncomfortable.

Went to see Stephen Curry movie Emmanuel on July 19 7pm.Waited 45 minute before staff came to tell us that they were working on it..15 minutrs later we were told equipment change made the film incompatible with new projector.150-175 in a full theater.Everyone wanted a refund for the special showing not available any other time.Took another 45-1 hour for everyone to get refunds..People had come all around the Bay and even Sacramento to see it..very unprofessional. Felt bad for the movie producers as donation would have come as a result of the showing being completed.Feel the theater should make a donation on behalf of Stephen Curry and Viola Davis for the film on behalf of the survivors and families for the church shooting.

Very good place to hangout with friends. You can buy drinks and have it while watching the movie. Kids have some fun games.

Enjoyed our experience there, seats need updating, but my son and I enjoyed the movie

For a movie theatre, conditions are acceptable. Staff is kind and clearly there is productive effort put into making the theatre clean. Recommend.

Hate to say it but getting a little tired... as far as I know this theater really hasn’t done any major upgrades since adding the iMax. We always go to Livermore or even up to Blackhawk for some leather recliner action.

Great pkace for a movie!

It was a while since going to the movie theater. It was clean, it wasnt too hot or too cold. Loved the food selection. Being short, I liked the chairs in the theater I could actually see the movie.

I gotta say, the theatre looks pretty good and the staff are pretty helpful.

We see most of our movies here. Its always clean and the wait time for popcorn is usually reasonable.

For some reason when I did my review it only showed one star which was incorrect.. It is now fixed! We love this theater and the employees go above and beyond even if we had any issues they were quick to respond and resolve right away..

Great spot to catch a movie. Not too far from Camp Parks for all the military people.

The ticket kiosks inside dont work unless you have your Regal card. Otherwise its a pretty nice place. Clean, good food, but service is a little slow. Other than that, a great theater.

Here’s what I like about Hacienda Crossings: the parking lot is the perfect place to catch a solar eclipse. Novices mixed with those more seasoned and better outfitted for such an event. Lots of generosity and curiosity, which made the learning and sharing a pleasurable—and unusual by today’s unfortunate standards—community experience.

Payed $20 per ticket for a premium theater They were the same old seats they have always been in the same old theater they have always had. Absolutely nothing premium about it. Then sat watching the pre preview 20 minutes with my kids (we were there to see Spiderman) and had to cover my daughters eyes because they were terrifying!! This was just all around awful. I only g2 stars because the staff was nice.

I used to go to movies here all the time and I have some discount tickets from Costco that I may now never use.Two really horrible and frustrating changes make it no longer fun to go to movies here.1. Assigned seating. The single worst idea you’ve ever had is to change to assigned seating. The nice thing about going to movies was knowing that you can move if someone loud, rowdy, or rude sits nearby. Now you’re just stuck.2. Multiple concessions lines. There used to be a single concession line, which assured more efficiency and the less wait time. Now you can get stuck behind some yahoo who doesn’t know what to order or takes forever.If you like your customers, you’ll go back to treating them better. Until you get rid of the ridiculous assigned seating policy I’ll watch movies on demand at home.

One of the best movie theaters in the area. They have an awesome IMAX screen. Staff is friendly, clean place, popcorn is fresh and they also serve hot food. Their lobby area is very spacious with tables and chairs. If you are hungry before or after the movie, there are really good restaurants by the theatre to choose from. Every time I’ve been to this movie theatre is been a very pleasant experience, have nothing bad to comment on. Enjoy your movie!

One of the greatest theaters I have been to. Usually very busy, and sometimes theater rooms are very dirty. Also people dont treat this place well. Spilled popcorn and drinks make the floor slippery and afterwards, sticky. Otherwise, fun place to go to for a quick movie.

Ive been coming here since I was a kid so its always a nice place to visit/hangout. Also a bonus that there are a bunch of food options to go to before or after the movies. Still one of my favorite movie theaters.

My absolute favorite movie theater! The IMAX is amazing and theyve just added SCREEN X which is a very unique new way to watch a movie. Definitely something to try. The staff here are always friendly and I do appreciate their willingness to hire from the differently abled in our community.

Good movie, good popcorn. Didnt like the seating where you had to pick a seat which meant you couldnt move to another seat if you wanted to. Also didnt like the fact that the seats in front of you are to high. Most theaters the seats are lower in front of each room so your not looking at the back of someones head or in between two heads in front of you. So not nice.

I always enjoy my visits to this theater. This theater has plenty of parking, pleasant service, and it is much cleaner than other theaters. There are also a lot of kiosks inside for fast ticket purchase or printing. The bar inside serves hard liquor and beer, which is a nice perk. I believe that the drink limit is 3 per customer. I also recommend joining the Regal Crown Club as well. The points can be spent on free food, tickets, and merchandise. The theater also accommodates subtitles(open captioning) for deaf or hearing impaired.

Went to see Star Wars. Was typical Star Wars style and am sure that this is not the last. Cant wait to see the next

Planned birthday party for daughter.Offering the service of a party should not be done if there isn’t staff to support it.One staff member admitted to muting the front desk phone due to too many phone calls last week when we bought tickets and wondered why no one would pick up the phone. It would be helpful to have at least a voicemail box or email address so any kind of questions or concerns about parties.Pizza was late.. movie end time was 1:00 pm. Pizzas didn’t arrive until 1:20.No staff offered to help with serving pizzas or with gifts .Manager was very courteous to us that day, a nice lady can’t recall her name in the AM, African american. She got the ball rolling for my party. No one else there knew there was even an event planned or how to coordinate.Overall due to the movie being good my kids enjoyed the experience but I will not recommend this place for any special events.

This theater thinks its ok to allow families to bring their 5 year olds into a theater and be loud and talk as much as they want. Its incredibly rude and ruins the experience.

Went to Hacienda Crossings Regal Cinema Imax to watch Ma today. I was told that they can not let me in with my sleeping 6month old because it is a R rated movie. The theater do not allow anyone under 7 into a R rated film. Sooooo a sleeping baby that will not pay any attention to the movie and that will stay asleep as long as he is on me can’t go inside but a 7 year old can watch the movie??? Do better and be smarter.

It was the only theater around, that still played Avenger - End Game in the afternoon. The bar in the lobby is the only bar that carries Crown Royal Vanilla. So points for that. On the down side, the seats are the old standard, not the reclining seats that other theaters have installed.

BEST LOCATION THEATERS BUT NO WHEEL CHAIR FOR HANDICAP.

One of the best theaters in the area. They will most likely have the movies youve been wanting to see, so if theres any movies showing in select movie theaters, its most likely one of them. They have large theaters, with decent space, and of course, an IMAX theater. Theres many good restaurants nearby if you are waiting for your movie, or an arcade if you really want to spend money on something other than food. You can purchase tickets online, in the ticket booths, or with the little machines by the entrance (if you dont want to talk to people), but they do have some limited edition tickets sometimes, so it might be worth talking to people every now and then.

We only go to movies on the IMAX screen in this theatre. Each time is a great experience. We love that the seats are reserved, so we dont have to get in line. That being said, if youre going to have hot food, make sure to get here about 20 minutes early because hot the food is made to order. I like the bacon cheeseburger with pepper jack. The sound is always good in the IMAX screen, but the seats are getting a little old. Probably should reupholster them.

I prefer regal since it is near by and also they serve the cheetos popcorn which is a must to try

Yes, it plays essentially every movie, so excellent in that regard. Here are the reasons for taking off 2 stars. Went there on Memorial Day afternoon - over 30 minutes in line for popcorn. They have like 20 cash registers and only 4 people working. You cant purchase tickets at the self-serve kiosk with Costco vouchers so you have to wait in the ticket line. Other than weekend nights there are usually only 1 or maybe 2 people working the ticket line and it can get long also. The theater rooms are different. Some have more leg room than the other (especially back row) - I dont go enough to know specifically which theater rooms are better than the others.

Ive been going to this theater since it opened many years ago. Its always clean and the workers are polite. The few times I had any issue with anything for a movie I was watching, they immediately took care of it or gave me my money back. They obviously have customer satisfaction as a priority. Good popcorn too.

Come on!! This theater SUUUUUUCKS!!!! It smells ALL the time the seats are to close together, its ALWAYS dirty from concession stand to inside the screening theater and ESPECIALLY the bathrooms They start movies late ALL the time! Gotta just start driving to Livermore!!
