I had read some recent reviews that some patrons did not have a very good experience. I went with my family and we had a great time. The picture quality was great and the sound was just right. Not too loud but heard the movie perfectly clear. The staff were very friendly to us also. Last the popcorn was delicious.

Great place to watch a movie. I had lost my wallet one night and was calling everywhere I had been. AMC was great because an employee had found my wallet and turned it in. Even my money was still inside. Great place.

Stopped going to Dublin AMC after Endgame due to poor experiences over and over. Went for Star Wars, and theater pulled out all of its best! Emotionless cashiers. Both fountain machines out of Coke products. Cashier had to figure how to load machines. Restrooms dirty. Theater floor slick (like butter or oil). Roof still leaking on seats. Great sound with no picture at beginning of movie again (had to tell staff picture was not showing - twice) Dublin AMC/ Carmike 8 is GREAT!

The movie theatre is the only one in town. But I noticed that it is kept clean and you can enjoy watching whatever new movie you want to see.

This place is so rundown...the only good thing is that it’s the closest AMC theatre to me. So when I get AMC free tickets I have somewhere to use them...that’s literally the only time I would go here. The ceiling leaked (poured) the whole time we watched our movie and usually have issues with movie starting on time or screen not working or something.

This theater needs to be remodeled from the front door to the back door. AMC theaters in other cities and states are much nicer. Lets get an upgrade so you can wear your name AMC well. Please & thank you!

Very nice theater. No complaints. The seats do sit a little low. But overall a good place for the whole family.

Went to take my teenagers who were under 17 to see a movie and they were not allowed to stay without an adult being present, which was disturbing to me because it gave them something positive to do in the community, we ended up having to go the the movie in Macon where they were catered to and were able to enjoy the show. Dublin must havent thought about the amount of money they will miss out on due to this policy, which must have just been put in place since they went to the same movie theater last weekend, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Price is good. Seats are comfortable. There is no food services. Staffs are nice. They used to have an arcade, but it got closed. Not as good as Atlantas theater.

Terrible! Smelled of mold so bad in theater 1. We had headaches and were coughing from the mold smell. It’s definitely not healthy.Floors were so sticky our shoes were literally stuck to the ground. Seats were nasty and smelled just as bad.

Its okay, we need a bigger better theater.

I gave it this rating for mainly two reasons. The seats are really uncomfortable to sit in for two hours and my back/legs hurt when I got out the chair. The screen kept cutting to black and glitching out several times during the screening for captain marvel although when I saw Aquaman the screen was perfectly fine.My final score is 6.5 out of ten

Movie screen visibility was very dark and slightly out of focus I noticed that any bright areas projected seem to bleed over into other areas. I spoke to attendant but he really didnt know how to handle my observation or indicate there was anyone who could correct this issue I pointed out.

It was my first time at an AMC theater and it was a very positive experience. The staff that was working 7/8/2018 in the evening time were so friendly and courteous. Ben was also very patient because he took time to help me with retrieving my free codes from my email so i could redeem them. All the staff was great! Thank you all for the kindness that you showed us.

The people working there were nice, but the cost of the movie was $ 23.00 for two people. The movie Alpha was good. The theater is in need of an upgrade if they are going to charge that much above average for a ticket.

Sitting in a theater now with no sound. Bathrooms are closed and out of service. The theater signs were off so we had no idea which to enter.Terrible!!!

The staff were nice.This place is in terrible need of ... An all consuming fire. I wanted to say renovation but that wouldnt do it. It reeks of old popcorn butter and the ammonia smell of old urine.The corporate owners should visit. AMC, I know you bought the theater from Carmike but did you bother to do any due diligence? Its awful.Somebody put a fresh coat of paint on the walls in the mens bathroom. The built up urine and rust has already eaten through that paint on the urinal wall.The theater seat fabric is crusty.It is just so bad. Everybody with the time and money to spare go to Warner Robins or Macon theaters. I guess Im going to start joining them.

It pretty good overall, I just recommend bringing a blanket or jacket.

Love this theater and the people who work there. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. The people make the experience just about perfect. The theater is cool and comfortable and the food is good. A great way to spend a hot afternoon.

Worst theater ever.Every time we come here, groups of kids sit in the back loudly hanging out, using a lot of loud profanity, even after being asked not to since there were kids present. They have no interest in watching the movie. They clearly did not pay for a ticket, and brag about it.Theater management makes no attempt to put a stop to it. I will always take the time to drive to another city in the future, because I will never waste my money here again.

Nasty place. Employees are fine. This facility charges more than the nicer theaters in WR and Macon. Smells terrible. Ceiling tiles falling seats broken. I’ve given them my last business. Wishing someone would open a new theater in Dublin instead of bringing more chain food places

The movie was supposed to start at 4:30, but didnt start until 5. It was so cold, I couldnt enjoy the movie.

Very nice I love the new upgrades to it.

They dont give you fresh popcorn. And if you do happen to be there when they are making it they mix the fresh popcorn with the old stale popcorn. If your going to charge $20 for coke and popcorn it should at least be fresh.

This is where me and my wife had our first date. Clean. Friendly and during the week hardly anyone there so you can have a theater all to yourself.

Loved the movie Book Club . I now know Tuesday between 4 and 6 is the time to go. In this day, it is hard to find money to give yourself. $5 movies is doable.

Facility is in desperate need of updating. Seating is uncomfortable and many seats are broken with the seat itself extending too far down. Yesterday there were multiple ceiling tiles missing in theater 4 with water steadily dropping through and down into buckets and plastic sheeting covering a section of seats. Quite distracting. The restrooms are often dirty. It was nice 20 years ago; the previous company that owned it (Carmike) did little other than keep the doors open. When AMC bought it I had hoped there would be improvements made. I guess Im still waiting and hoping. Its a shame; there are no other theaters in this area. A new theater with quality sound and picture and stadium seating would be a huge draw for the area. As it is, when we want that experience we have to drive to Warner Robins.

This movie theater is horrible and i’m being nice , It’s sketchy for starts ! Me and my friend arrive and no one is at the front desk! The movie theater is in need of repairs/updates. People arrived literally 25-30 minutes into the movie and then they are loud someone brought their child into an R rated movie! I honestly think this movie theater could be the best in Dublin if they actually take the time to look into what the consumer/customer needs and they’ll have a good thing going. If i could give them zero stars i would !

Its a good place people are nice but it could use a update. The bathrooms are always nasty. When you open the door to the bathroom your think you walked into a truck stop bathroom. It always stinks.. Dont forget the fact that you ALWAYS get old popcorn.

Its a nice theater just definitely dated. The concession stand seems to be the only thing truly modernized. The seats are ok not super comfy just ok. Space is descent to. Ok if your going to see something that has been out a few weeks but not for a opening weekend release. Also the restrooms look like something from a 1980s roller skating rink. Very funky colors

Staff here are always courteous.The concession prices are ridiculous!!$8-9 for a regular size of soda or popcorn!! Are you kidding me almost $30 for 1 movie ticket, 1 regular size popcorn and 1 regular size drink. Ridiculous! No wonder the place is usually empty.Dublin deserves better than that.Id be more willing to load up the car with the kids, a friend of thiers and my husband and we go watch a movie on the weekends but with the prices thats something we do probably once a month.Overall, the facility needs updating and concession prices needs to be decreased to be more reasonable as that would be an incentive for people to buy.

Went to the movies last night and it was full of kids!!! Cursing and being loud for no reason! If they’re going to watch a rated R movie they should be given a time (before 9 pm)

Two stars only because the movie was good. It was my first time visiting this movie theater and they completely ripped me off. I asked for a bucket of popcorn for my girlfriend and I, but little did I know they charged me for the annual bucket which was $21. Before I could say anything about my total price they already had my items on the counter and the customer service was quite rude. overall I spent 33.00 for a bucket of popcorn, a bottle of water, and a medium soda. Will NOT be going back.

Went with the kids to see a childrens movie on a Friday evening. So far there have been no upgrades to the theatre that I could tell. Place is still dirty, poorly maintained, and the concessions are, of course, still way over priced. Only plus point is that the bathroom was clean. There is another theatre in town and since it only has one screen is not going to affect this theatre. But if a competitor does show up this theatre will not be able to compete. Dublin deserves much better than this place.

Theater long over due for an upgrade

This theater really needs renovation and upgrading due to dated, untheatrical seating as well as non TMX or Surround sound special effects. The restrooms are corroding and are in disrepair. Dublin, GA is a growing town off I-16 between Atlanta and Savannah. It deserves a quality, modern theater in which to view the latest blockbusters. You shouldnt have to go to Warner Robins or Macon to watch a movie in comfort with the latest technology or format. Come on AMC, lets do better!!! Please.

It needs remodeling but it was alright. I go here frequently because I live nearby. The bathrooms are what need remodeling the most. The doors dont lock well in some stalls and they are quite small for a cinema full of people will only 3 stalls on each side.

I get this is a small town, but its also the only movie theater. It could use an update. The bathroom reminded me of the ones in schools or rest stops, not very clean and falling apart. When we got into the movie, it was burning up, they finally turned on the air but it only helped a little.

The services was awful. Long lines, One person working, old popcorn, nasty bathrooms, rude police officer, movie didnt start on time, and the movie was really low. It was also in the summer time and they had the heat blasting and they had gangs and gun affiliation. Antwann Wiggins was ugly and talking also. They also cheat you out your money.!!!! People were also sending pictures (nudes)

Its a great place to see a movie. Im a little confused as to how I have to pay 22 dollars for 2 drinks and a popcorn and still have to get my own drink and butter my popcorn.

The staff isnt very apprehensive and the place is just sketchy. The mens bathroom was filthy and there were few signs that displayed where to go.

When AMC bought out Carmichael I thought for sure there would be some major improvements and renovations, but besides a coke freestyle drink fountain I was wrong!!!!!The last time I visited this theater the women’s bathroom was is desperate need of attention and I’m not just talking about repainting the place. The sanitary trash cans in the stalls had been ripped out leaving a whole between the stalls.I will say the staff was very friendly and that is why I gave two stars.

Tried too go twice using online too get my showtimes only too find out the movie wasn’t being shown at that time. Need too update online show times. Can’t call because No one answers the phone! Won’t be going back I drive farther out too go too a movie. Been disappointed too many times.

We saw suicide squad. The movie was great. The theater is practically in shambles. Bathrooms were disgusting, popcorn was cold and chewy. Overall bad experience.
