We love this place , but today I was a little disappointed with the amount of people they are letting be inside of the arcade and bowling area with a mask. They have a sign by the entrance but once inside the employees don’t seem to care about large number of people without one.Today I saw at least that more than 50% of the people that were there weren’t wearing a mask or just halfway of your face. We are planning on staying more but our visit end up being for only 30 minutes because of it

I would like to give a very special shout out to one employee in particular, Matt at the Draper location was AMAZING. He went above and beyond for us last night (9/8/20) he was 1 of the 2 employees working and he treated us like we were the only people there and made our last minute birthday party feel so special! Matt, you will never know how much your kindness and helpfulness meant to us! Thank you for making our experience 10/10.

What a joke. Go in on a Saturday night and told the Pins & Ales bowling has a 3hr hour wait. This would be understandable if they were busy... but there was not ONE lane in use for the last hour, not a single one. What a terrible experience. I would recommend you go to other bowling alleys.

This place definitely has all of the right amenities for people to have a good time. I just feel like it smells a bit like sweat and there shoes did not smell like they were properly cleaned. But for all around bowling night with my friends, Id rather go here than anywhere else by far.

If you love getting loud ads while you fill your car up for gas than this is the place for you! Annoying ads play once you start filling up. If you go sit in your car you can still hear the ads!!I did find a way to mute the ads though. If you press the second button down on the right side it mutes the annoying loud ads.Getting ads while paying for gas is one of the biggest annoyances to me. Please stop giving us ads while we PAY MONEY for gas.

I went bowling, standard fun bowling. The workers were nice and wearing masks. Although the device had a hard time counting our pins, and whose turn it was. And lastly, even though this isnt their fault, the parents there werent the best. Letting kids run all around the platform, werent watching their kids(some even kept getting new balls), not helping them handle the balls, didnt make sure their shoes were on, and lastly I watched a child drink some sort of alchohol from the parents cup while they were all talking. Everything was perfect, except from some parents not you know, PARENTING. But it was well worth it, and had lots of fun!

So much fun. Friendly staff, great entertainment for kids and an adult area!

Allot to do here. Everything is clean and updated. Interesting games you can select while youre bowling. The music is way too loud though. Even on the week days. Prices are a little steep.

Super cool!! But some of the games were rigged! Y sister almost got the apple watch but the string would not cut! She got it 4 times but It didnt fall she wasted $20 on that game!!

We had our work holiday party here. Everone loved it! The service was excellent. We didnt have to worry about the food being refreshed or any of the amenities. The atmosphere was perfect! It is always clean. Thank you for making our holiday party effortless for us!

This is a great place to have a get together with freinds and such but when it comes to customer service it was decent at best. But I had a great time.

Its fun for the kids. But trying to get help there is a joke . All the kids working there huddled together on their cell phones. Hiding from doing actual work.

All of the birthday parties I’ve been here have always been awesome!! It’s a very friendly and fun environment. Maya is fabulous! She was helping us at the party. She was very kind and welcoming. She had a wonderful personality and offered her assistance whenever we needed it.

Seriously a fun place. I didn’t expect much coming here for the first time. These guys made an awesome first impression very quickly.The arcade games are all the latest and greatest games. The arcade screens are all high definition with really immersive setups like virtual reality, advanced audio, and motion systems. They also have all the traditional “carnival” style games that people love, like skee ball, the claw machine, etc. They’re all NEW machines. Earn your tickets and go spend them on a sweet selection of toys they have. I had a blast on the Halo game and it honestly makes me want to come back here just to play this game alone.The best way that I can describe the bowling alley atmosphere is that this “setup” is meant for my generation (I’m 33 at the time of this writing). You know that “bowling alley vibe” you get from most bowling alleys? Yeah, that doesn’t exist at this place. You can expect the best seating arrangements, Smart LED lights ambience, good music, delicious food and drink menu, good customer service. When we bowled, they had the latest music videos playing on the background on dozens of projectors. You generally get the feeling here that this business wants every bit of the experience to be on point. There was not one single “out of order” sign in sight and I get the feeling that if there were, they would quickly resolve the issue.If you enjoy drinks, they have a “adult” section that creates a different kind of vibe meant for that audience - all with the same high-end, detail oriented standard that you see throughout this place.They also have a mini golf section, a hovering bumper car arena (you control the car with levers!), and I believe a laser tag arena (although I didn’t check out the laser tag while I was there). They had flyers announcing that pretty soon, they’d also have an Escape Room.When we were here, we noticed a few birthday parties scheduled. Those kids all looked pumped to be there and were all having a blast.If you’re looking for work team activities, I recommend putting this place on your list. Everyone will have a good time.

I dont feel safe here, only two or three employees were wearing their masks right. They were not enforcing masks here either, barely any customers were wearing them. I wanted to stay for a few hours with my family today but I left almost as quick as I came.

Great time! Awesome game options with bowling, even a change up of Angry Birds style bowling. Laser tag and Mini golf was a lot of fun.

GORGEOUS bowling alley, great prices on Sunday. We had a problem with our lane and had to wait 15 minutes for help, but they gave our time back which was really good. Im so glad to have found such an amazing alley. Its nice that theres an adult section too - Pins & Ales, because it makes for a more chill, relaxing environment. This is honestly a wonderful alley, and if the service had been a bit faster, they would have 100% gotten five stars.

This is my favourite location. It has the best laser tag and bowling set up not to mention a great arcade which frequently gets new games rotated in. Ive been here a few times and really like how much there its at this particular all star location.

This place was a fun place to be with 3 of our restaurants joining to have a great night of fun. We did have a bad experience trying to get lanes. We had close to 40 people and the older lady that helped us seemed very annoyed by how many we had in our party. We understand it will be a process as everyone paid separately but she kept repeating in a rude tone that it will take long. That is the only reason for the 3 stars. Bringing in 40 people should be good for any business. We did try to reserve lanes a day ahead but it’s first come first serve so we tried our best to be organized.

Great bowling lanes. Pepperoni pizza was delish. Especially for bowling alley pizza. Didnt care much for their lack of variety in the arcade. I was looking more for kids games. Games are also higher priced.

We had a great time...it did cost us some $$ but we had some quality family time.Note that the different locations have different pricing and amenities. This location had bowling, an arcade, snack shop, bumper cars, and more. They charge bowling by the hour, which is always good to know.I like that the tickets in the arcade are all held on a card, no rows and rows of tickets to hold. Air hockey was my favorite. I might need to save up again for our next trip since I spent about $100 for me and 3 kids but worth it for that family fun time.

Awesome place for fun and bowling. Probably one of the better arcades in the valley. Their bowling is fun and has many different games you can play on it. I highly recommend it.

We didnt bowl, just played arcade games. But it was really fun.

This place has everything to keep you entertained for hours! My family and i went here for a work party. The room they gave us was massive. Sadly the food was a little basic. Still enjoyable though. The staff were friendly and helped as best they could. Only reason i didnt give it 5 stars are the prices. WAY too expensive.

Went there for a company party and, wow. Just wow. This place is AWESOME ! I will be going back for date night with my lady to bowl. They also have booze. So thats happening.

Bowling and drinks, we had fun!Service was good, the entire place was clean and the menu prices are about average.There are game options available on the setup menu and it’s pretty easy to navigate. Balls, shoes, lanes were well maintained and we didn’t have any mechanical issues.Sunday afternoons aren’t typically busy and we didn’t have to wait or share the lane.Really wanted to give 5 stars but......when did bowling become so expensive!? And why are we bowling on a timer instead of per game? We really enjoyed ourselves but an hour and a half of bowling, which was 2 full games plus 3 or 4 frames into the third game, one round at the bar $100.It was fungreat placeMaybe I can find some deals on Groupon

This place is pretty cool. Family bowling area and an adult only with a bar. Great time. The food we got (pizza) was pretty good as well.

Plenty of things to do for everyone in the group. If you forget to visit the miniature golf course, dont feel bad. Everything else is a hard 10. I very much enjoy this place when it comes to activities, obviously bowling, but the arcade is in point. Looks like they have a new VR area I need to try as well!

Love coming here on Wednesdays and Fridays. Wednesday has a good deal for cheaper bowling and half off arcade games. The virtual reality is worth it to try at least once.

Fun environment and $9 for an hour of bowling including the shoes. You can do 2 games if you have 4 people or less. A ton of other games are available, but you would need to spend more money for that. Also the availability of a menu for food was cool too. Good place to have a birthday party.

Finally another good bowling alley! The all star lanes in west jordan is so busy we gave up on going there years ago. Today was aa Saturday afternoon and we only had a half hour wait and their video games and other games (basketball, etc.) are really high quality. They even have a big VR game.

This is probably one of my familys favorite places to go. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and we love the menu items as well. We also like that there are plenty of other available activities besides bowling if if we choose.

All Star has a great family energy and entertainment for kids of every age. They do a good job at making sure everyone has something there that they will like.

We recently held a company appreciation party at All Star Bowling & Entertainment in Draper. We had a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great place for a company party. Kieran specifically made our experience top-notch and we really appreciate the great care he took of us - we had a blast bowling and playing laser tag!

Staff appropriately on busy holiday weekends. What a mess! A one + hour wait for bowling in the middle of an afternoon with 10+ open lanes. Your poor employees were struggling to keep up and there wasnt a manager to be found anywhere. Who runs this disaster? Obviously no one. What a terrible customer experience. Its clear your organization doesnt care about that. We wont be back.

Call before you go if you want to bowl. My friends and I weren’t able to bowl because a company had rented all the lanes. We ended up doing the bumper cars and mini golf which were fun, and then played some arcade games. The arcade was way too expensive. All the typical Nickel-cade games but you’re charge a DOLLAR or more to play.

Fun date place to go. The food is alright. The bowling lanes dont allow almost any curving unless you curve it way harder than usual. And the arcade games are about 1 to 2 dollars per game. But it was a fun place for a company party.

My supervisor treated our shift to a day of fun here and we had a blast. We played 2 games and the lanes are extremely nice. The arcade is fun as well. The food was good but a little pricey. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great place to go for good entertainment

Great bowling, had our company xmas party here. The staff was friendly. Here is the downside. The catering was great but the food was not the greatest. Pizza was sub par and the noodles they served were flavorless. The deserts were super rich and sweet. The arcade games are great, a little expensive to play. Most of them were out of order but for the kids they had a great time.

Nicest bowling alley in Utah. Lots of games and things for the kids to do on top of bowl. Laser tag, Has a 21+ only bowling area where they serve liquor.

If money is no object, this place is awesome. But $15 a person to bowl for about 20 minutes actual bowling time each... is outrageous. If you just want to go bowling, check out some of the other options in the valley. I took a party of 7 and paid just shy of $30 for an hour and a half of bowling time together, including shoe rentals.

Not very happy with this location today. Had to ask for help and follow up multiple times for a glitchy lane. Half way through our second game, we got an I dont know and offered to be moved. Then we tried to play in the arcade and multiple games were out of order and not reading the card. The concessions were very helpful and nice, though.

Fun, but the staff is confusing and dont seem to know how to do their jobs sometimes.

The bowling lanes were horribly oiled. My personal balls kept getting chewed. The people next to us were CLEARLY over served. They ended up making a bad situation worse. Our server was nice but the bartender was nowhere to be found. Will not be back to any of the all star bowling alleys.

The entertainment was fun! Bowling, laser tag, arcade, but the 3 stars is for the overpriced, not that great food. My work had a team outing and we each ordered something different and all of us were disappointed in the quality, especially for the price.

I love this bowling alley, so fun to go with friends and family! The lanes are super cool with screens above them that play music videos and the lights on the lanes give a really chill vibe (perfect for your next insta post back drop ). The arcade is a blast, theyve added lot of new games! They also have a laser tag course and bumper cars that look/feel like theyre hovering when you drive them! The food is pretty okay, a bit over priced, but the customer service makes up for it! Ive been here so many times and will definitely keep going!

For a bowling alley, the conference room is amazing, spacious, and elegant. It’s a great room to use for business meetings where people can go and have great fun after. The staff is professional and nice.

As for the place itself Id definitely give it 5 stars theres plenty of options to choose from and to have fun. But the staffing is the 3 stars. Most are young adults who dont specialise in knowing what true customer service is. And as for the pins & ales atmosphere was nice but the bartenders really need help, they dont greet you when you walk up to the bar and it takes them awhile to get around to you.. Lets not forget the 2 young girls (1 long red hair and other was possibly mixed race) at the ticket counter for our prizes, they were the worse. The worst customer service Ive had in a very long time.. The short mixed race girl had an attitude like no other, you as a company need to focus on hiring people with personalities who enjoy there job and not just there for the paycheck. Hope any viewers have a better experience then I did. This was my first time ever being here and Im positive itll be my last..

I go bowling often and own my own ball and shoes and I hate being rushed by a time frame when I bowl. When I came I was forced to pay for an hour and buy shoes and balls even though I didnt use it at all. Extremely expensive for what you are getting

Bowling was fun and exciting as far as the food fries were good the wings OMG not good at all too much sauce it was like tomato paste and teriyaki sauce kids didnt like the mac and cheese all in all about $50 for food and we eat about $10 worth I suggest to bring in some groceries in your purses so at least youll feel good for paying the price.

What a wonderful place to take the family.

Like honestly if I could give this place negative stars I would. We came and waited for an hour and a half to get a lane when there were over six lanes that had no one on them... and when we finally did get to bowl we only got to bowl for an hour there were five of us... five people bowling in an hour. Ridiculous. Honestly just take your money elsewhere 10/10 not worth it.

The ambiance here is great. The lighting, the music, the VR experience, arcade games – all good things. Unfortunately the food is a let down. Its like a bowling alley is trying to get fancy with their food when theyd be rocking it with regular greasy bar food. Also be careful on your drink orders – my table was majorly skimped on our cocktails.

They have a lot of activities here. We went to the restaurant inside. They had good appetizers and the main entre we had was pizza which was pretty good as well. They bowl by time instead of games which I didnt care for and the lanes are dark so you cant see the arrows on the lane which affected my score. It was fun though.

We’ve taken our family to all star s few times, and we always have s great time ! I love this location, and the facility is clean and huge!This time we had my husband’s company use the the bar side I want to say Pins and Ale? . Modern look nice couches to hang out on big bar to sit at, big screens for music videos music banging/ everyone has s great time. The food and service was great! We basically had the place to ourselves on a Tuesday early evening!

Awesome bowling set up! Music videos play above the alleys for additional entertainment. The service was very disappointing though. When asked for water our waitress told us we could get it ourselves

We had our work Christmas party in their banquet room then went bowling. Bowling alley is really cool and new.

I set up a birthday party at pins and Ales for my wife this year. Not only did I have service that was above and beyond the booking team, but I had plenty of space for 20 people plus we had show up. We originally had reserved two lanes but quickly discovered we needed a third and they were able to accommodate with our numbers, food orders, and drinks. I would definitely go back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE your party host Jaycee!!! She was so attentive and kind to my kids and their friends. I will definitely be back for more parties and requesting her. I was informed that the last girl we had a year ago no longer works there so that’s great too!

Fun games, good pizza, great value

Nice clean facility. We went for bowling and arcade. They had bumper guards and fun dinosaur ramps to help kids with bowling. Has a big fun selection of arcade games- good variety. Water games, target shooting, racing, a giant claw. We were in town for a family trip but will come back again if the opportunity arises! All employees were super nice and helpful!

So as advertised in store and online it says that ON FATHERS DAY fathers play for free. Thats games and bowling. In fine print it says that bowling maybe limited to 1 hour depending on availability. BUT thats an outright lie!!! When I get there they tell me that I have to pay no matter what. And that if I do hourly on bowling then I pay for a half hour. But if i do by game I pay for the first one and then i get the 2nd for free. Same with any attractions. So dads DO NOT play for free. Its a scam and a hustle and a lie to make money.

Had so much fun drinking and playing laser tag and bowling. Our group of friends had such a fun time here!

Love this place. Gotta love the adult only area. No kids in there :-) you can bowl with freedom on nice lanes. Pretty clean and friendly atmosphere. Bar tenders are awesome, bar backs are just as friendly. A must go.

The bowling lanes are alwayd clean and the staff are kind and courteous. They have really good food and they will bring it to your bowling lane. It is a family friendly environment. They have bowling balls to use and you can rent bowling shoes there.

This is a nice looking place. Terrible experience. Went bowling and the bumpers wouldn’t go down. After 25mins they switched lanes for us. Once we switched lanes the ball stopped returning and was getting jammed. I waited 15mins at the counter and was told I would get a 5 minute credit. Are you kidding me!!! 5mins!So for an hour of bowling I spent half of that time dealing with issues and paid $50 for that. And in return they offer me 5mins.The one plus is the chicken quesadilla was good. But terrible customer service on the bowling side.Train your people to handle customer concerns. Don’t just brush them off and offer 5min credit.

My daughter went here for a birthday party. The bowling was great, they have laser tag, mini golf, bowling and a pretty big arcade. They also have a couple virtual reality games, one geared more for kids the other more for older kids or adults. Prices are reasonable and the food is good. Restrooms are clean too which is a rare thing for places like this.

Service was good. We only came for indoor mini golf in the winter. It was a fun little course pretty flat nothing super cool and a little broken down and dirty (just the mini golf) but it was fun nevertheless. But mini golf is clearly a little side show here everything else was clean, modern and well maintained. Bowling is the main attraction with good food, plus and arcade for adults and kids. Overall great place for kids, adults and families. They have a separate adult bowling alley as well for those who do not have children.

We have been here a few times before, but today we had my daughters birthday party there and it was amazing!!! I couldnt believe the value I received for my money. The host, Marissa, went above and beyond for us. Every girl in our party said that was the best birthday they ever went to. We want to do this same birthday every year.

Only gave a 4 star because someone with us had theyre purse stolen and these guys cameras were not that great. Never found or got it back. Staff at bar is a little on edge seems like theyre all friends at the door and very intimidating

Took my kids here to use our Wasatch savings card. Although it took a while for someone to be at the desk to help me (it was a slow afternoon though), I was very pleased with our experience. We played miniature golf for my sons first time and he loved it. The sets were really well done and he especially liked the Frankenstein. We also played a game of bowling. I loved the dinosaur ramps. It made the experience that much more fun.

This place is huge, surely theres something to entertain anyone here. We did mini golf, which was underwhelming but can still be a lot of fun if youre with a good group.

I loved that place, I did a birthday party for the son of my girlfriend and It was amazing, super fun, clean and nice, I want to say that that party was specially nice because of the Host, her name is MAYA and she is a wonderful person; nice and sweet and of course very helpful I will definitely do my next party at All Star.

This used to be my favorite arcade, but I came here yesterday and was really disappointed. In the last few months, a lot of the games have been rearranged and moved to a different part of the building, or eliminated completely. It feels like they have half as many games as they used to. Of the games they did have, quite a few were labeled out of service. Not a single ski ball lane was open yesterday! Maybe they were just having an off day, but Im pretty disappointed that they seem to have gotten rid of a lot of their games.

The options they have for bowing with younger kids are awesome. I took my 5 year old and selected a much more simple bowling mode where each pin was worth 1 point and it had cute cartoon animations. She had a ton of fun.
