All I wanted for my birthday was to have fun with my nieces and nephews so my wife planned my 40th birthday celebration at the Boondocks. We had so much fun and the kids cant stop talking about all the fun they had. Great place for large groups. Taste of Italy Buffet was delicious. My wife loved working with Roseanne, shes amazing and helped us with everything. We will definitely be going back again. Thanks Roseanne & Boondocks!

Great place! Very clean game room, good party room, very nice and helpful party host! All around, my daughter had a great time! I think her favorite was the go-karts... cause she bragged about how good she was! Value wasnt too bad, either. Well done, Boondocks... well done!

CV19 protocols in place & overall good service. Employees were consistently wiping things down including golf clubs, bumper boats, bathrooms & arcade games every half hour or so. Masks required. Very few guests were not wearing masks. Very impressed with the value you get for your dollar.

Let me start off by saying thank you to Rosanne! Our team banquet went off without a hitch! She really took the stress out of planning a big party and the attention to detail she showed for our event was amazing! Thank you for taking care of us and feeding all those hungry football players! Middle of the day on Friday during pandemic was awesome! No one was there, hardly. Maybe 10 other people total inside and out.

The kids always have fun but it seems like the more people they have on the clock, the lower their customer service skills get. Management is always friendly and attentive. Will continue to return and update if my opinion changes.

Update: My sister, who is the mother of my nephew in this incident, called the GM and discussed the matter with him. He said he spoke to both employees. He also offered for my nephew to go back when the park was closed so that he could ride the go carts without anyone else around. Very nice! Thank you!My family went to the Draper Boondocks location last night for my nephew’s birthday. The employees in charge of the party room were great. But we will not return because of what happened later.My nephew, who is special needs was driving the go carts and accidentally bumped the car in front of him. My nephew, who is 10 and my granddaughter, age 9 were both in the car. The employee, Cassie, began to yell at them and humiliate them in front of all the other customers in line, in the cars, and the crowd that was watching. I went to address the issue with Cassie and began telling her this was not the way to handle the situation and it could have been handled differently. She was very belligerent and argued with me. I told her my nephew is special needs, this is his birthday and it was an accident. Anyone can bump another car accidentally and he was trying not to. He was crying uncontrollably and shaking. Both kids were very embarrassed. The “supervisor “ came over, Ashlyn , another teenager. We explained the situation and she began arguing about it saying they (as employees) are out there every day “risking their lives”. I told her there is no excuse to yell at a child like that. And pointed out that it was clearly a mistake. She escalated the situation by arguing and excusing the employee’s behavior. She also yelled at the other employees to get back to work. Mind you, this is in front of a crowd of patrons. My sister asked for her name and the other employee’s name and Ashlyn gave her name and Cassie’s and walked off saying to my sister sarcastically, “Have a good night.”Not one adult employee present. The employees need to be taught how to handle children at a children’s establishment.This could have been handled entirely differently. I am very disappointed that this happened and especially on my nephew’s birthday.

We have always gone to boondocks quite frequently as a family. I am really disappointed in some of the changes they have made. First, they have increased the score to accomplish a jackpot. The scores are unattainable. There games are constantly broke and it’s like pulling teeth to get a credit back and have someone come help. The quality of experience has gone way down.

Came on a weekdays so was not busy at all. Easy access the Draper location and plenty of parking spaces, but again weekday visit. Many of the staff were friendly, and sanitation during the epidemic was noticed. The star loss is value during the evening regarding unlimited play pass. Going after 5p isnt worth it, rather its best for morning arrival, because wait times went for 45 minutes for go carts and bowling even during the week. Plus the food is pricey.

Fun place for the kids to go and grab a bite to eat. A lot of birthday parties! The staff was VERY friendly and extremely timely when it came to delivering food. Would highly reccomend this place for a special family outing or event.

Boondocks is pretty fun. My favorite activities are the Bumper Boats and Go Carts. They do pretty well enforcing social distancing and mask wearing. Inside, in the arcade, its much harder when it gets crowded. Usually leave before the inside is teaming with people. The food leaves much to be desired. But, thats alright. Its made by young kids. Teenagers, most likely. Playing mini golf is fun.

A great place for family and company fun. We brought our company here and had about 50 people all playing mini golf️They have so many holes that all feel very unique, creative, and also challenging. There is also a lizard at the end that breathes fire if you get a hole in oneInside, they have laser tag, arcade games, and food.Outside they have two different courses of mini golf, go-carts, and water boats where you can squirt other people.There is so much to do, we could come here dozens of times without getting burnt out.

Lots of fun for the whole family, and we love the discount Thursdays! Even just grabbing a pizza and hanging out in the arcades is fun for a night out. :)

My kids have a Blast! the downside is if you get the race cars in the front or back of the line they are HOT from being in the sun i got burn on my calf. The food in the little eatery is good but the snack bar kinda sucks they just need to revamp the menu and keep things fresh. Its pretty pricy also

I have always had a lot of fun at Boondocks. However I was disappointed to see that they were not implementing or monitoring the mask policy. There were a lot of people there without their masks on.

Fun activities. friendly staff. But if youre affraid of covid be weary. Half the patrons dont wear masks and the staff doesnt enforce their mask wearing. If thats a concern for you be warned.

We enjoyed celebrating our 14 year olds birthday here. Price was reasonable and most importantly he had fun.

Overall was ok. The kids had fun, but some of the employees did not seem to care about guests. Fun arcade games, laser tag, go carts, and more available to do. The one downside is how their game cards function. Sometimes the scanned right away, but other times it was a hassle to get it scanned.

Overall it was a fun experience. We started with the food since it was lunch time. We ordered and then went and waited. The onion rings came out within 6 minutes and were hot and rather good. Then we waited. And waited. Others that ordered after us got their food. They were employees. Go figure. Then we got ours. The Philly cheese steak was good but the peppers would have been cooked longer. The chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. The hamburger was good. The boneless chicken was lukewarm at best so that was sad. The most disappointing part was you cant get half your order sweet and half spicy. Its all or nothing. Lame. Because it took so long, they gave us a $10 arcade card. Okay.Then we played mini golf. That was fun.Then we played the $10 for arcade games. The readers had a hard time with the cards and we found if you swipe a bit faster, it reads better.Would I go again? Yes. Would I eat there again? Maybe.

They really need to watch out for the roudy crowd when they have alot of really young families. We had several older teenagers and young adults that came through with zero regard for anyone around them

So many fun things to do, for kids and adults.

It was clean and spacious. The birthday party was completely taken care of by the staff. However, my Kindergarten children were disappointed that they were given one experience with the party and yet they were too short to enjoy any of them. When I asked if I could drive them around the track as a passenger I was told that I would have to purchase my own ticket. Not cool. Because I was persistent, they eventually let them do the laser tag and they had fun doing that.

This was so fun! Clean, lots to do, and overall just a fun place to hangout with friends

Im giving them a 2 star because I tried using a coupon today listed by City weekly and was denied because the website wasnt able to give me the discount ticket. I had shown the manager the discount on my phone and offered to gladly pay the price listed as it was valid for the time I had came, but was turned down. Im not mad because I understand things happen. But as I was leaving to seek entertainment elsewhere I noticed an almost empty parking lot. If I was the owner and probably $300 walked out my front door because of technicalities I would be very upset in this time of business struggle.

Boondocks is a pretty sweet hangout! They have mini golf, bumper boats, go karts, batting cages, laser tag, XD theater and tons of cool arcade games that you can win prizes with. The mini golf course is pretty sweet. Great place for the family, or a business part. I’ve had the pizza before as well, and it was pretty good too!

It was fun getting to go here! It was awesome that they include unlimited food with your entrance now that they are open again. It is only $40 for entrance or $15 to be a chaperone.

We had our family Union at Boondocks. Loved the rides they were fun, I found that I did not like writing on the go-karts as much as I used to when I was younger. Lots of exhaust in my face. A lot of teenagers that did not know how to drive. Im sure teenagers love it my kids had a great time. Especially liked the laser tag. I think that was my favorite. They have an XD video thats pretty cool where you watch a movie and shoot things its highly Interactive. Overall it was a good place to be. Especially if you have kids. The staff was on top of it most of the time. If you are in a go-kart and you are driving crazy and cause an accident they will mark your wristband and if you get to marks you will be kicked out. That happened to quite a few kids while I was there.

Can I give it zero stars? The experience I had in Draper was horrible. Not only does this company treat employees terribly, but also their loyal customers. If regular customers purchase too many high end items from the redemption counter, that customer is banned from either playing in the park, or purchasing any redemption items at all. A customer has every right to purchase redemption items with the tickets they have earned, so for the executive management to ban a customer for that is disgraceful. The park has lost customers and become incredibly run down within its recent years for many reasons, and those listed above are just a start. In terms of working here, there is no real HR department so any employee issues are handled unprofessionally by biased employees. Discussing your wage with other employees is not only frowned upon, but used as grounds for a write up or a reason to get you in trouble, which is incredibly illegal. In terms of customers and customer service, there is no proper training provided to employees in order for them to truly take care of customers. Because of the way the park is run, theres a ton of angry customers, left to be dealt with by 16 year old kids who dont deserve to be yelled at by grown adults. Employees are told to make up for customers bad experiences but if an employee is to give a customer too much extra game play, that employee gets in trouble and the customer leaves unhappy. Dont work here or play here, its a toxic environment that doesnt deserve your hard earned money.

Had a birthday party for my 2 sons here and it was great. Hostess at party was nice and helped serve cake. I like how it only requires 25 bucks for deposit. The bounce house I looked at wanted 300 just to have party there with similar food. Boondocks only charged 22 per kid so it only came to around $180 for my tab- worth it! Took off one star because they gave us grief for not having cards to match the wrist bands to do rides.

Boondocks is a pretty nice place, it is however better to come in the Summer/Spring than rather the Winter, because some of the activities Boondocks has to offer is outside (Water bumper cars, race track). They keep their establishment pretty clean. It is a nice place to go with family, they have an arcade but some games are kinda expensive for what they are, but still a nice place, employees were respectful and kind.

A good place to have a good time, the prices are accessible and bienos packages for parties, the food that could improve more different things will help the business more sales and at the same time we as customers can have more consumption in the same place, I give him five stars and varoas photos of the place.

This place is well kept and the service is not bad at all. Everyone is engaged and wants to help you have a great time. Two big issues though are the overpriced food and games at times; and the long lines. There are a lot of long lines for all the events.

We went on Saturday...place was pretty busy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were moderately clean. Food menu was expensive. We didnt eat there. We golfed outside. It was cold but grounds were well maintained. Would recommend for family fun.

My son absolutely loved having his birthday party at Boondocks! The staff are friendly and helpful making sure you have everything you need when you need it. The kids bounced between laser tag, arcade games, water bumper boats, the 2 race tracks, and the 3D thrill ride. Activities were fun for the parents too. THANKS BOONDOCKS!

I came to bring my kids. I guess I should of read a little more on their website. They are requiring some ridiculous chaperone Pass to go in with your kids. I guess it includes food, but I wasn’t interested in eating there. It seems like they could come up with a better solution....super fusturating....

Good fun... but to my dismay they were not disinfecting much of anything. I asked for wipes for the putters and was told they didnt have any.Be safe and take wipes.

Fun place to take the kids, games are maintained fairly well, good variety but the price is way too much especially for the unlimited options. Mini golf is fun at the end. Cars on slick track could use wome maintenance. Staff could be more friendly. Everything could be more clean.

Love this place!Great environment for families, and even greater food. No joke, I have yet to have anything from their menu that wasn’t amazing.If you can manage the cost, you can rent your own private cabana, and retain some privacy from the crowd.Loads of fun, friendly helpful staff!The new management has truly made a huge difference with amenities and the new menu.If you haven’t been in a while, I recommend you do so.

I think I took the description “fun center” too literally. The Center of the park is perhaps the most boring part, a mere patch of grass surrounded by, yet isolated from all the good activities Boondocks has to offer.They we do themselves well with a new description.“Fun Mecca” will do fine.

Did a 12-yo birthday party here. Huge success. Got the three hour unlimited package. The kids barely spent their $5 in games because they were so busy with all the other activities. Price was steep but worth it.

The arcade, VR ride, laser tag, bumper boats, go carts and mini golf course were a blast! The kids loooooved it! We did a birthday party there. The host was nice but not great. I feel like they purposely kept us at the table for one out of the three hours we were there, so even though I paid for unlimited activities they only got to do everything once and very few things twice, which was very dissapointing! The arcade games are over $1.25 each so the arcade cards that came along with the party did not last long at all. Maybe two games per card. And once our three hours were up so were the unlimited activities I paid for. Also they charged me a tip on the price of the entire party, not just the pizza and drinks so it ended up being very expensive even though the birthday boy was supposedly free (they tried to charge me for him as well). All in all the activities and facility are awesome in themselves but it felt like it was a bit of a racket! I would not do another birthday there. If I had to do it all over again I would have had the kids go play unlimited for three hours and then gone out for pizza and cake afterwards. Dont waste your money on the meh pizza, and a table to waste your time at.

Had a big family outing here, yes we dropped quite a bit of money but we were there for hours and had a great time. The place was clean and well maintained, the machines all were interesting and working and the prizes were worth working for. When we visit our family again we will definitely visit again.

My youngest turned 9 in October and when we asked him what he wanted to do, he chose Boondocks (even though he knew it meant he wouldnt be able to invite as many friends). It was the first very cold day we had this fall, so although we had to buy passes for every activity for 4 kids, I felt we didnt quite get our moneys worth. There kids only played one round of mini-golf (they need to fix the score card app!) and spent the rest of the time there inside.Now, there are some great attractions inside. Lazer tag, virtual rides and a jungle jim. Theres a cafeteria that plays the part of a restaurant and the prices are dumbfounding. I hate when an establishment feels if they call fries French cut fries they can charge $9.50 for one serving. Bananas!Thats not the only grudge I have. The video games / arcade that is the centerpiece of Boondocks is MY WORST NIGHTMARE. These games cause children to spend 20 dollars and come back asking for more money 5 minutes later. The prizes are impossible to earn and the average game is 2 to 3 dollars PER TURN. This is separate from unlimited and will cost you a lot of money if you dont make it clear to your kids that video games are off limits!But...the most important thing that day was making my kid happy and Boondocks gets 5 stars for that. There kids had a great time and it was great to see them having so much fun. Id recommend this place as long as you heed my warnings!

Very fun for the family on a budget. my family of 5 golfed for 40$ havent tried the food but when the video games are working they are loads of fun. Usually good weather in draper.

This place is always well run and my family always has a ton of fun.

I just went here for the first time a couple weekends a go and it was super fun! There is a nice big arcade room when you first walk in with a lot of new and cool games. We decided to try the mini golf and it was also super fun! They have 2 18 hole courses and the one we did was pretty fun, I don’t think anyone in my family got a hole in one, is is challenging! We also did a few rounds at the batting cages after just for fun. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Its a lot of fun though I do feel that the arcade area is a little over priced for some of the games when compared to some of the other arcades in the area. But the race track, bumper boats, and min golf course makes it worth the time and money

Boondocks was a great experience. They had several of my favorite arcade games like Flappy Bird and Guitar Hero. This is a great family place and a great place for date night. I didnt try their food, but I cant imagine it being less than expected for the location! I would recommend this location for the Salt Lake area!

My kids love trying out new mini golf courses. We usually go to Mulligans but decided to switch it up a bit. Great location and very creative on their holes. We also did the arcade and play gym. Fun place we will be returning to play some more.

Typical Amusement game facility.The cost of the entry ticket does not get you all the games! So prepare to spend some more cash to make the kids happy. Carts are slow the slick track isnt slick. Bumper boats are cool.

Im giving this place 5-star because of the food. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The street tacos and chicken were delicious. My family had burgers and they were all impressed. The atmosphere is clean fun and exceptional for the kids and the whole family. We had a fun time using the Tuesday deal. This deal is well worth the money you can stay the whole day and play on almost anyting.

We had a birthday party for my 11 year old at Boondocks. The facility was well maintained. The staff followed through with the rules that management had put in place to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests. There is a limit on the size of parties, distancing practices are established and masking is required. That along with staff being supportive of ensuring great service made for an awesome visit. The only drawback is that the handsanitizer stations were filled with a solution that literally stunk terribly. Get that resolved and Boondocks gets an A all around.
