Nice smaller grass area fenced off up top for the small or older dogs or go down to the very big running area below. Its handy to bring a water bowl to fill at the fountain and I didnt notice poop bags but I wasnt looking real hard either.

Visited the dog park. So fun, needs more publicity and seems a bit unfinished. But my dog and I still had loads of fun!

Good size park. Lots of nice soccer fields and finally a park that was made with enough parking to host tournament size crowds. They also had the main bathrooms open when I went a long with porta potties spread out on the edges of parking lot. Would encourage anyone to spend some time here.

Great place for family, friends, and fun. Perfect place to go watch the best baseball team in 2a history.

Seems like a great park for outdoor sports, was there for my brothers soccer tournament and it was well equipped for that, had to get home so I didnt explore much after

Quiet, clean, close proximity to the highway, Apollo Burger and 7-11 within walking distance but the one negative is lack of shade.

Big pavilion with a lot of shade. Felt great even on a hot day with a breeze. Good playground for kids to play on.

Park is nice but the handicap accessible parking is a long way from the pavilion.

Dog park needs more trees and or water is was kinda bland. I do appreciate the doggie drinking fountain

Park is great - well manicured​, lots of soccer fields, baseball diamonds, and open spaces for other sports. Its super packed during the summer though with organized sports events and practices. Parking is just dirt and is small...so during events the road gets pretty congested

For rec sports, it is a great park. Lots of fields, good natural turf, and parking is a lil hectic but thats it. Cant ask much more of a sports park.

Helena Hills is a good facility for sports activities of all kinds field events . Kick ball was one of my favorites that I dont see often in other places. As Ive mentioned before I have a disability and use a WC, the park has some challenges to move around and the lawn is often to wet to get over, I do think they are making inprovements.

Nice clean park with long trails for walking, outdoor excercise equipment (in a slight state of disrepair but overall funcional), baseball diamond, basketball couets, playground, and lots of wide open space :)

Great park for soccer season with ablye parking. There were also baseball fields, playgrounds, horseshoes and more. Well be going there a lot!

Good Park for the kids to play their sports, but the parking is horrible! I have a above average truck where its a little bigger, but nothing too crazy. It got to the point where I couldnt drive it there anymore.

Fun sand park, lots of flat green open grass area to play sports on. No bathrooms is the major draw back. One maybe two benches, one covered small round picnic table for 4. Swings, slide, tall climbing tower with the canvas web to climb on, and monkey bars. Parking lot as well for about 5 cars. No nights for evening playing.

Really busy in the summers for sports, so avoid parking anywhere near it. The playground is at the back of the park which makes it feel a lot safer and quieter.

7 on 7 is hosted here. Nice area and big enough field.

Best place to play soccer

Played a lacrosse game on the field just south of animal control. The boys were playing in standing water on part of the field. Spectator section was also really wet.

Great for families. Fun playground, lots of tables. A TON of space for kids to run and play.

We have our family reunions here every year and the park is great kids love the playground.

Galena Hills Park is a nice venue for Community programs such as Lacrosse & soccer as well as softball. It seems to be well managed and the people there are very friendly towards each other.

Great place to go for a run or play with kids. Nice soccer fields. Has access to the Jordan River walkway on the west edge of the park, though a short connector trail.

Its a pretty nice park. Plenty of space for all your activities. Nice pavilion. The area seems to be super windy, but I think it was extra windy that day, which made my experience less enjoyable.

They made a huge park with so many fields but if there are games going on here parking is horrible. The street fills up and traffic becomes a nightmare.

Big flat park with lots of fields for sports.

It is a nice park. Draper needs to finish it, it is missing the 3rd baseball field. Parking is terrible! Draper city needs to find who authorized parking on 550 west and slap the stupid out of them. Parking on the street is dangerous because of all the traffic heading to and from eBay.

This is a nice park that includes two baseball/softball diamonds, a sand volleyball pit and a kids play area. The downside is the parking area. It is not paved or marked and full of potholes.

I was not sure about this park at first. From the road is seems very ordinary. However, the pavilion, play area, and sand pit for volleyball and horseshoes are very nice. We recently held our company party at this park, and it was a great experience for everyone, including families.Downsides: there is no shade in the play areas. Though the pavilion is right next to the playground, so parents could get a respite from the sun. But if you are going during the heat of the day, it would make it difficult for kids to stay very long.You also have to walk a little ways to get to the pavilion and play area. If you are carrying food or other items for play, be prepared to walk about 80 yards to the pavilion.

Good facility for kids soccer game.

Parking can be a little bit tricky when organized sports are happening on weeknights, but otherwise a nice little park with lots of open field space and a playground. Restrooms available as well.

Draper City Rec has a great flag football program. Also, their Haunted kids activities was a lot of fun!

Nice and spacious but its still New so they dont have alot of stuff to do. Alot of companys have parties here. Has a Big pavilion with a lot of tables. Alot of grass area.
