Had a great time at Dover bowl. Im not a fan of candle pin I love that they still have regular bowling there! Didnt see the arcade much but looked a lot cooler than when I was a kid

Not a bad place for some good family fun, but very expensive and the staff dont seem like they enjoy working there. Other than that, Ive never really had a bad experience here.

Fun place to bowl with a variety of side attractions, including laser tag. Overall, the experience is great if you like those activities and enjoy video arcades, but they also have an indoor bumper cars.The down side is the way they charge. Paying for time on a lane rather than strings can lead to an unfinished or rushed game. This can make the end of a game feel unfulfilling rather than high energy. Further, with the excessive lane breakdowns, you cant help but stand there waiting and think about how much it cost to wait on a technician after the 3rd time calling for an attendant. The laser tag is a pay for a timed game rather than a pay for a block of time, so the first game you spend most of your time figuring out the course.Overall, the experience is good, and it is worth coming here. Planning your time when you are there is important, but not necessary. I would give it 5 stars if the lanes were more reliable and the pay model was more standard.

Only wish I could have made reservations so we didnt have to wait! BUT, staff was perfect in letting us know how long the wait would be. Great arcade games to keep my 5 year old occupied for 1/2 hour ($30 later, but par for the course). Bowling was great!!! Awesome tunes, clean, easy to use digital screen. We didnt eat, but there were a lot of people eating the food they offered. Awesome place to spend a Saturday evening with your little kids.

I play bingo here every Friday have to reserve my place very safe and well attended by very nice group of people wearing maskes and distant from others tables well spaced from each other

While last weekend wasnt mt first time here. I have gone here for my own birthday celebration and with my family and friends on other occasions, last weekend was my work companies holiday gathering. We all had fun. The bartender was courteous and attentive. She gave some recommendations for drinks after asking and telling her what my taste preference was. She kept track of our tab with no mistakes. The food was hot and acceptable for bowling alley food. We all enjoyed bowling and laser tag. Our staff member in charge of our laser tag games seemed fun and social as well. Overall we had a great experience.

The laxer tag has gotten so much worse than it was before since they fixed it. There were three employees in the entire place. Very poor experience :(

Love the renovation! This place is even better than before. Arcade is tons of fun. Staff is super friendly and helpful. This is definitely my go to place to bring the kids for some wholesome family fun on a weekend or day off from school. Not too expensive either. For the parents there are some really great drinks on tap at the bar. Love the music as well. Get the waffle fries!! Yummy!!

Its a nice place but Im not impressed with the string bowling, we played 3 games and I observed at least half dozen mistakes and strings knocking pins down

I love the Dover bowl. Ive had a lot of fun there before. But tonight, Im just completely confused. Now, I understand if you close because of the weather, but if you have lane reservations for the night and you have the reservations phone numbers... WHY wouldnt you call them to let them know youre closing early? Thats just common courtesy. You already charged us for our rentals, and you dont call and explain? Let us know youll give us a refund? Glad I wasted my time driving out here. Poor customer service.

Ever since they started caring more about casino and less about bowling, has started to go downhill. Yes they upgraded to kiosks, but you cant even request more games, food or.anything else from them like you can at bowlarama in Portsmouth. But the renovations in the arcade area are horrible, the bathrooms are still horrible. Games dont work, change machines dont work. This isnt the first time Ive been back since the changes. Prob not coming back. Forget it.

I come here once a week with some people & the employees & owner are very nice. The prices are reasonable/good. The score screen calculated everything for you and also offers a variety of backgrounds & graphics. They are putting in a new rug and painting the walls currently, looking great.

I enjoyed bowling here. Loving the new look as well. But I cant say that I enjoy the people. The crowds are awful and people are just annoyingly close to you. But there is nothing dover bowl can do about this....but I would appreciate more sanitizer areas. My hands were sticky after awhile which is just so gross.

I wasnt sure my 3 yr old would like it or be able to play but she loved it and did well at it. The arcade was fun as well but they were out of alot of the bigger prizes so there wasnt a huge selection. But she still had a good time and i would go back again.

Two dollar Tuesday at Dover Bowl is my familys favorite activity in Dover. Everything is 2$s, minus food and drinks, but they do have some 2$ deals as well, I.e. 2$ small fry . The arcade was also updated recently with new games. There is laser tag and bumper cars as well. Staff is friendly.

Fun evening with my youngest. The place would benefit from an extra staffer or two, more balls available per lane (had to keep waiting for ball return) and maybe a few upgrades on the system, like automating bumpers per player. All in all though, a good time.

Bowling was fun but a lttle more expensive than other towns around. Womens bathrooms were very dirty/smelly. Stall doors didnt close all the way. Almost all of the arcade games are $1.00 per play. People were very nice though.

Bowling is fun they do a good job keep me up-to-date. Arcade area has less games and increased prices, that was slightly disappointing.

Bring your grandchildren. This place is great. Kid friendly and even has kid sized big bowlingballs should they want to try instead of small bowling balls. Great arcade too for while you wait for an open lane.

Way to crowded and while we were waiting we thought we would use the arcade. Almost every game was broken. I will never go back!

Its fun but EVERYTHING is quite expensive. We waited 45 mins for our food. Arcade is more for adults and teenagers all games are $1+.

Prolly the only place you can bowl in two states at once, pretty neat. Bring a weak ball if your a high rev bowler. Skip 2dollar Tuesday to avoid the beer spilling folks. Or join in for drinks cheap enough you can afford to spill a few.Had a great time bowling with the old timers.

Love this place! The arcade is small but was lots of fun, the staff were super nice, and all in all I had a great time. Definitely will be back!

Fun environment! ! The employees are helpful and kind. Theres an arcade in the building if you need to wait. There is also bumper cars & laser tag. Theres big balls and also candle pin for younger kids with bumpers. If youre hungry they have pizza, chicken fingers, french fries, cheese sticks, chessy bread sticks, jalapeño poppers, soda etc. The pizza is delicious. Dover bowl was clean. You can also have birthday parties there. The overall experience was awesome.

The only thing I didnt like was the selection of toys to redeem for tickets, the selection was awful . Hopefully you guys can stock better toys.

Went here for my nephews birthday party. The kids had a wonderful time in the arcade and bumper cars. The pizza was hot and of sufficient quality for a kids party. Not amazing but above the mouses quality.

Great bowling alley they even have a fun laser tag, inside bumper cars, and an arcade! There is a little pizza shop inside too. This is a great place to have parties, have fun, or bring the fam along!

We went on a Friday and had to wait 30 minutes to bowl. So we figured we would try the arcade. Well it turns out you must purchase an arcade card to use it. So we sat for half and hour and eventually got to bowl. Nothing too bad. yet. When we went to bowl, (we all spin our balls) the balls instantly hooked into the gutter, which caught us by surprise, and we thought it was nothing, but we kept bowling and couldnt spin the balls at all. Im sure the lanes are fine for casual bowlers, but we asked when they had piled there lanes and they said 5 days ago. Any bowling place with serious bowlers should know to oil there lanes more frequently than that. 2/10 the guy at the desk was nice
