Great time with the kids. The timed play avoids the stress of keeping track of who is doing what. The staff was AMAZING! I cant believe how friendly and helpful they were through our entire visit. I was expecting this visit to be a chore that I had to endure so the kids could enjoy a special treat that they had earned, but I genuinely had a wonderful time there with the family. If you havent taken your kids here, it is definitely worth a visit!As a side note, they are very careful about covid and have temp checks at the door along with digital tickets for rewards (rather than the old school paper tickets). I felt safer here than I do at many stores these days. Do not let the virus keep you away.

Me and my Boys love coming here.. We celebrate their birthday here every year. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kids always have the best time here. Always leave with lollipops and smiles.

We had an amazing time! We had 8 people in our party and purchased the best birthday package they offer. The manager who set us up usually doesnt do the parties but she was short staffed and handled it great!! She was amazing and friendly! Because of her we will be back there for all our kids birthdays!!

5 year old had a blast at friends birthday party! Games for all ages. Seemed pretty clean and well kept considering the number of kids passing through. Electronic scan card system works well and shows remaining balance each time. We loved the photo sketch booth! Good pizza too.

Great, clean, excellent place for kids birthday parties. They have rides, games, playground and Mr Chuck E. Cheese himself walking around. Food was decent for where we were at, no complaints. The party hostess was excellent and friendly. The staff was friendly.

God I hate this place. But my kid loves it and they know how to run a birthday party. My daughter has been to 3 birthday parties in 9 months and each one was practically flawless. They make it look easy.

Had a blast. Took my 3 year old son for his birthday and he had a blast. Best advice is to get the card for a time period rather than paying per game. Worth the money.

I especially love the protection and safety checks for the children and their families entering and leaving the place. The pizza and wings are out of this world. The kids love the games. Hospitality was great!

Out of products but super friendly

Hello,I seen a recent posting on Facebook about you guys having sensory hours (Sunday 9am-11am) the person who originally posted it is from Virginia. Are you guys planning on doing the same thing? It’s definitely a need for it as there are many children in this surrounding area who are on the autism spectrum, have cerebral palsy and other sensory disorders.

Game room is a little small compared to other Chuck E Cheeses, but the staff is helpful and doesnt seem to hate when you ask for something, like others Ive been to. Food quality has gotten better and the value for time is pretty decent.

Kids love it here.. not the best place to eat with them but younger kids love the games..

I used to go here all the time short on staff and made it work but today I found theyre temporary closed but I heard they went bankrupt and their shutting down all of the Chuck E Cheeses R.I.P.

My daughter and I loved Chuck E Cheese! It was clean and the food was good. I would recommend the bread sticks and cheesey bread but the chicken wings were very fatty. I love the new card system instead of tokens. Thanks for all the fun!!

My favorite thing about this place is all the parents who play the games super competitive while not watching their kids and using one all play card for 8 people. In all seriousness, the staff and management are good, sometimes the other customers are not.

My Hubby and I took our Pungest Grandson there on A Sunday. His two Uncles showed up and Played all the Games and Rides and Climbed the Big Jungle Gym and rode Down Slide. He got Alot of Tickets and Then we ook A Break and He wanted Pizza, you could tell He wanted to Keep playing but he Ate Two slices of Pizza and his Drink and went back to play. He had A Great time. His Grandfather and I helped him get A few more tickets, Before I knew it We had been there Three Hours, So He cashed in his Tickets and got what He could get with his Tickets. We had So much Fun Just watching him Play. Good place for Kids to Go in Dover.

Understaffed, and Chuckie did not perform as promised leaving a lot of very confused and unhappy but the salad bar was amazing and the cheese pizza with savory

Nice place for kids to hang out. However there are some local riff raff, manners lacked from parental guidance, otherwise the whole place needs to be sanitized staff is a direct split some very nice some rude as hell, machines take kids money and they dont always get it back chaos in fun land is the best description.

I waited over an hour to get my food and others were getting their orders brought to them way after we ordered ours. Everytime we asked where our food was, the excuse of 5 more minutes. We got so fed up, we demanded our money back. As people were placing orders, there was an increase of, we ran out of that. Mind you, the customers were not all ordering the same food items. Who is ordering your food supplies??? When we wanted our money back, there was no empathy shown at all. Poor customer service.

Its clean and nice and friendly. But this time we attended a birthday party. I was going to set up one for next month. Quickly decided not to. Service on the birthday side wasnt great. The rest of it was fine

Under staffed and waited an hour for food to come out. That night there were only myself and two other small families there so this shouldnt have been an issue. Otherwise going to keep going since it is something my son enjoys regardless.

Nice arcade. Definitely a just for kids place. My children had a blast. The downside to this particular location is the very inattentive staff. Tried getting help with a few things but they were too busy talking with one another to really help. And when my kids went to trade their tickets in, the ticket counter machine was broken and just ate up the tickets. We were not reimbursed for them. Also the lady that helped us seemed real impatient with us as my kids were trying to pick their prizes with the tickets that were not stolen

Absolutely love the new timed cards!!! Finally it is fiscally reasonable and my boys were able to enjoy themselves and understand that the time is limited.

A little pricey for a large family but using the $20 online coupon was a big help. We played for about 2 hours+ on 100 play card. The kids had a great time.

Chuck E. Cheese has the best pizza ever and a bunch of fun games

I wish they would expand or create another one thats bigger. This is our fo to place for playdates. You can see your child and sit back and relax as they play with their peers with no worries. The staff is very efficient with monitoring the door and checking stamps. Thats a major plus for me.

Here for a birthday party. This place is about nothing more than separating you from your money.

Customer service at this place was horrendous!!! One girl behind a register and customers lining up at other and all she could say is I dont have a draw... so go get one!!! Another girl behind counter and a guy (this makes three people behind the counter and no one making pizza!Paid full price for salad and when I requested the old lettuce be changed, everyone scattered and said it would be some time.I paid over $60 for my family of five and will never return!Not crowded at all, I can only imagine what the service would be like if it were.

It was cheaper to purchase the $30 worth of time instead of doing the points . 3 kids shared a card for unlimited play for 2 hours. Great reasonable fun!

My 3 boys were turned away tonight and told they had to be 18 to enter.I dont understand I thought this place was for kids to play games and have fun.Another establishment that punishes the masses because of a few.Sad

We had a great time overall despite our kid only being 2, there were a good bit of games she could play but lots of neat stuff for older kids. (Like a giant hamster wheel) Theres a good bit of automatic cars and trains for them to ride, although one was broken. And a play place that was pretty clean considering loads of kids play on it. Place was a lot cleaner than my last visit over a year ago. The manager or shift supervisor was very friendly and on top of the place. No issues even though it was a pretty busy Tuesday night. My only actual complaint was that the music over the speakers was WAY too loud and constant. It doesnt need to be that loud, definitely over-stimulated my toddler and even myself! It at least doesnt need to be that loud all the time. But please turn it down a tad, other than that Id say Chuck e cheese is really trying to make a come back.

Bo TV h the 2 year old and 6 year old love it here. I love feeling secure and the friendliness of all the other adults and children.

Dirty bathrooms and really bad and rude customer service. Chuck E Cheese never show up for like 3 hrs and my daughter was waiting for that mouse I had to wait almost an hour for the pizza and it was only me and other family there.Need more employees with an excellent customer service not bad faces.

Definitely 100x better than xbos. Dont have to worry about every game being broken and ripping you off. I love the unlimited play pass. Pricing is just a little bit on the expensive side but worth it for good quality fun. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is the prizes my daughter won almost 1000 tickets and only was able to get a keychain and a few peices of candy for the money I paid she should have been at least able to get a medium sized stuffed animal or similar.

My son, who is 4, and I were 2 of only 5 customers in the entire restaurant. Despite this fact, I stood at the counter to order pizza for 5 minutes while 3 staff members ignored me. My son had a great time playing the games but there was NO customer service. I was more irritated by this fact due to the lack of customer volume. No excuse for any wait time when there is practically no one at your business.

Service is pretty slow. Still fun for kids thiugh.

While I will admit, my kids had fun the staff was VERY unprofessional. I will not ever go back to the DOVER Chuck-e-Cheese The young lady checking people in/out was too worried about her cell phone and getting food than she was making sure people had matching stamps checking them out. She complained and walked away MULTIPLE times. Not to mention she kept digging in her head/hair every 5 minutes around the food as well. This place is a daycare, simply for people to take their kids and not pay a lick of attention to them. They didnt even realize a group of kids were left, YES LEFT unsupervised for over an hour (the parents left) a group of parents had to tell them. There were 2 amazing staff members trying to keep things together and even heard them say, we need help, the place looks horrible! Bless the boys heart who was fixing machines. Chucky came out for a whole 2 seconds and walked right back away. Went to get drinks for the kids and I (I wont even address the fact the are VERY unsanitary with handling the food, etc) stood waiting for 10 minutes so the GROUP of employees could finish their conversations amount themselves and on their phone. Sorry for wanting to be serviced. Oh, the soda machines had no drinks and the ice was empty (like really?). Which leads me to this, I had to tell the staff about kids running up to the salad bar eating food out of it (with their hands) what looked like the manager said, are you serious, throw all this food out thats disgusting, I literally kindly told him, if your staff and you were paying attention, you would have seen it, you were all standing RIGHT THERE! Oh and the bathrooms were DISGUSTING! The whole place was gross, dirty tables, trash all over.I USED TO love coming to chuck-e-cheese with the kids. The staffing/management is horrible now. They need people who actually take pride in a job.

I was actually very impressed. My daughter had been begging to go so that decided to take her on a random Saturday. It wasnt crowded but not for a lack of enjoyment. It was clean and the food was decently priced for the quality.In terms of games they had small rides for little kids and games for older kids. You had to buy a card as the games/rides didnt take money. You could purchase by time or credits. I purchased 30 minutes of play and that was perfect as it wasnt wasted of my daughter wanted to jumpt to something new midgame. My only complaint is that you could only pause the time so many times. Between eating, bathroom, and playing on the (free) jungle gym we used up all of the pauses and ended up wasting a few minutes of time.Overall though we had an enjoyable time and would go back.

Hard a huge argument over points/vs time. Its a simple process.. manger w 0 help and had to.out me on the phone w district manager..?? Huhhh...?? I was so pissed.. at 1 pt. lm likewhy am i on the phone, i came here to play w my kids!! Worst ever!!

I take my granddaughter here every week we love this place and I just found out about Chuck-E-Cheese and Dover so we roll their from Salisbury for the first time last Friday wonderful place

Disappointed. I sent my two kids to chuck e cheese with their grandmother. Each child had a $20 gift card to purchase points to play. To my surprise I was told that one of the cards did not have funds on it and was not able to be used by my child. My mother advised me that an employee said I needed to check the balance. You would think since they were at chuck e cheese that someone would have the ability to check while they were there. Needless to say I went online and entered in the card number. The card has $20 on it which could have been used. I am not sure why nobody was willing to go above and beyond for excellent customer service and check the balance at the store. My children were also not able to buy pizza because the employees who were handling the cash register were also making pizza with no gloves. Very unsanitary.

This place was horrible. It deserves zero stars if possible. There was barely any people there, the service was bad, the food was small, and the pizza tasted nasty. Also, the games gave barely any tickets. Finally, the ticket redeemer ripped me off. I put in 50 tickets and it only counted 3 tickets. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Okay so 5 minutes in the door I was desperately trying grab a table for my 2 girls -all the while holding a tray with 3 drinks, a stroller and diaper bag.I accidentally sat my stuff on a Birthday table. I was swiftly approached by the General Manager- you cant sit here. I said OH! I cant sit here? No these people paid 50 dollars per table, you cant sit here. I totally understood but his reference to these people being more important- when I just spent 50 bucks on bad pizza and a few tokens, lol! As I grabbed my belongings and cups to find another table... He said, well I guess you can sit there as long as it doesnt bother the party! What??? Nice job, General Manager. You should get some customer service skills...I was treated better by the 19 year old cashier!I totally understand not crashing a 5 year olds party; however, I am equally as important at the birthday customers! No party here for my girls, ever!

It was a smaller location but, more intimate for my young toddler.

Let me start by saying I understand this is a place for kids to run around and have fun. But that doesnt mean for the kids to be unsupervised at probably the age of 2 when the kids are stealing tickets out of the machine running up and down the skee ball machine and stealing the soccer and basketballs while other kids are playing. That is what my kids had to deal with tonight. Staff saw what was happening and did not seem to care. I also encountered a lot of machines out of tickets and the staff actually rolled their eyes when they were told. Then they continued their conversation. Also both ice machines were empty i told one of the staff members and nothing was done. This was the first time i have brought my girls to this location in a few months we use to go at least twice a month. I dont think i will be back. I would rather drive further and go to Salisbury.

Dont like the time card situation point system was better for my 3 year old who doesnt just plays the arcade games he like the jungle gym as well and they only give you 45min at a time

I like the changes they made to the game play. So glad they carry gluten free options for my family
