So, they got me!I was on Grubhub and noticed a great discount and free delivery for Pasquales Pizza & Wings with a 45min delivery estimate.Hey, Im adventurous and new food places pop up all the time so I went for it.Then, after tracking the order and seeing after 1hour, the driver is still in the same place, I began a deep dive to find out whats the hold up.The first thing I did was txt the driver and he said, Im waiting on them. Chuck E Cheese is busy right now.1st thought was, um Corona.... why would Chuck E Cheese be full of kids!2nd thought was why is he talking about Chuck E Cheese. A little googling later and here we have the farce.I just paid Chuck E Cheese prices for the pizza you eat only because theres no other food around at a birthday party while playing games and hearing screaming kids and I dont even have games to take my mind off of the awfulness of it all!The pizzas taste? You all know what it tastes like. I dont have kids here so no one was like Yay! Chuck E Cheese pizza! We are all adults hoping for authenticity or atleast ooey, gooey cheese.We got neither.Its a boo for me, dawg.

They were very responsive to worries about covid. Two player games were labeled with signs that only one family could play. Some games had one side unavailable. They all wore masks, the building was cleaned. They took my coupon easily. My kids had an awesome time. Super friendly staff.

No words can describe how bad it was. This used to be a great place when I was a kid & teenager attending events with my family. We went for my oldest daughters birthday,and it was horrible. Probably wont return.

Working here I had a good experience with my coworkers, some including me were sort of lazy and bummed out considering the work experience, the noise, and the fact we were teenagers watching over an energetic oversized family game room. It got a little sick and crazy. I wholeheartedly believe that the CEC brand is attempting to do honestly great things for family entertainment and the foundational experience of childrens happiness, but thqt second part is in need of restructure, and I think the workers would love one of sorts. I causaully believe prices for things like salad, chicken, and pizza/ game combos were unreasonable, but I personally undoubtedly believe that they are that way because it is a conscious effort to keep people from coming ever often, because, HOH, if you halved the price of these thing, more and more people would spend more than a few hours there, and you dont want to sense what that is like. I think, every word in this review is without any thought about current operations of or about CEC as a corporate entity, it needs to be more accessible and guided like a theme park and not open and free like a playground. The kids dont build anything but points or ticket number amounts while theyre there and only learn to forget everything but the sound of childrens bland media and Chucky with friends daily announcements, songs, and skits on loop playing both over the loud speaker and on the televisions. If decisions were made about how to best design, create, and maintain a system that produces positive results and proper cash influx, in turn, for genuine honest fun times with a willful effort to provide a good expirience and maintenance for the customers, building, and the employed instead of profits to be sent back to the tired motherbase, all of that would benefit the company greatly opposed to the concrete programmed process that always ends in disappointment because you do not have enough tickets or money for THAT thing- in the eyes of a kids malice igniting experience from mind. I loved going here as a kid. No one is at fault, but me for writing all of this. This was my review.Adding on, I think an adventure playground setting is best for kids, but implementing that will have so many problems.

We were the only people in there on a Monday and the staff were just absolutely amazing!!! The one young man stocking the machines with tickets was so sweet to Marcy, he helped Marcy do the bowling game. Gave her some extra tokens since my daughter was so disappointed the card quit working.

Atmosphere was nice

Most of the staff was nice.. Its an alright place to take your kids but like most places they are over priced and I wouldnt recommend having birthday parties there.. We had my nieces and my sons birthday partys there and neither of the parties went how they were supposed to.. We were having to run them down and remind them to bring out what at the right time..

Pizza was not bad at all, the staff was helpful but not intrusive, all but one game worked and they were trying to fix it, and our little one had a blast! Other than the fact that chuck e cheese cam grate on anyones nerves.... It was a great experience and we cant wait to return. It makes a perfect incentive for a little one!

My little girl had her second birthday here and it was amazing! They really do a great job with everything. The prices are very fair. The Pizza is great. Also there are a lot of games and things for both Children and Adults. I would recommend this place to anyone! We will definitely return next year for my little girls next birthday!

I love the fact that they were disability friendly. My son has autism and they welcomed him just as any kid. I wish I could reamber the one employee(light skin and blue eyes) who went above and beyond to be kind to my kiddos. A very fun experience and I would definitely return and recommended for any family

This place needs cleaning! I watched a waiter clean a table but dropped a few things and never came back to get them. The food wasn’t very good either. The staff didn’t even know what they were doing! Not to mention it was dirty.

Clean and they really work on keeping the machines working and full of tickets. We usually go during the week when its less busy and have a good time..

Games sucked and so did the food. Tickets to the ratio of games sucked. Service tried to steal money from my account by over charging my card. Needs to be shut down.

Great entertainment for the family

My daughters birthday party was awesome. All of the kids were catered to and the price was reasonable.

We had our sons birthday at this location and it was our first time doing a Chuck E Cheese birthday; it was a great time! The lady who helped us with it was very personable! My son and his cousins had such a great time and so did the adults! The food and cake were better than anticipated for an arcade type place! We were very happy with the party and would definitely do another Chuch E Cheese birthday celebration! Thanks to everyone who helped at this location!

Fun place for kids. Just know when you buy a $10 game card, it will only run for 30 minutes unless you pause it or use it all up. If you dont pause the card whatever money you had left on it will expire in 30 minutes.

Like any kid, my daughter absolutely loves Chuck E Cheese! As parents, my husband and I like the security measures the restaurant takes to help make sure no one but one or both of us leave the restaurant with our child. In addition to stamping the child & adults in the party, other measures are taken. For example, one evening while we were there & after washing our hands, my daughter accidentally washed off her invisible stamp. When we went to leave, we had no way to prove wed come in together. I had to show photos of my child, outside & away from Chuck E Cheese, to prove we knew one another & had a relationship. Of course it may have helped that my daughter kept asking Why cant we leave, Momma? Do we have to call Daddy? Yes, it was inconvenient, but the staff wasnt going to risk it.There are new games & we love the All You Can Play Pass & the pizza & bread sticks are good, too. A great place for a family to have an enjoyable time out & playing together

They’ve taken on this new “play card” trend. Getting rid of the affordable tokens and replacing them with pricey cards. And if you have more than one child, like myself, you’ll end up spending a ton of money on these cards for your kids to be limited to an hour of play. That, or buy one card and have them take turns playing, which is not fun at all. Also they re-use old pizza.

I took my little sister Today. We had an amazing experience. There was a young black mqn who was working the front gate.. where you get your stamp. He is AMAZING!!! He checked on families, kids, everyone who was playing periodically. Made sure everybody in the whole building was satisfied and okay! This man deserves recognition. I, unfortunately, did not get his name.. young man with some sort of twists in his hair. Amazing! Will highly recommend. The new all you can play thing is awesome too. Loved that

I was invited to a party at this location. I dont know the prices for the packages but it was a great experience. Chuck e cheese does everything for you, even the clean up. LolI love how the machines work with a card instead of nasty dirty coins. Just load up the card with what you need and your ready to go. Kids used it easily. Great location. Employees were very helpful.

Great place to have a birthday party! My son had a great time. They provided the decorations, pinata (filled), ice cream, invitations, goodie bags, balloons, entertainment (2 hours of unlimited play per kid). If I had bought all of that stuff myself for a party at home or at the park, I would have spent way more money. Plus, u get a hostess to take care of everything for you. All I had to do was bring the cake (which u can get there too), the card, and gifts. Great deal!

Its Chuck E cheeses... I felt this location was slightly overcrowded and needed a bit more room for guests. The pizza was surprisingly good, the service/server was slightly under par but all in all my daughter had a great birthday for a somewhat reasonable price.

I was there for my grands birthday party. The employees were extremely helpful and professional. After chasing my grand for about an hour, I was extremely thirsty, but I dont drink sodas. They will give you a courtesy clear cup for water. The pizza was good and my friends said they enjoyed the salad bar except for the beets. If you are holding on to the old Chuck e Cheese coins, you are outdated! They Now Use Arm Bands. I had fun!!

Wow this place has gotten expensive. It costs at least $25 per child and thats if youre skipping food. I feel Adventureland or one of the trampoline parks is more bang for your buck. The games are also a bit youthful I would recommend ages 3 to 9 any older choose another option.

Just here for the kiddos. Come to play, not eat!! If you have Verizon UP rewards, there are special prices and discounts under local rewards. And I do believe they honor military discounts....I love the way the attend to the door, and you have to get stamped(UV Ink) and no kid is let out without corresponding parents stamp!!

We had a small birthday party here for our granddaughter. The staff members were helpful and courteous, the pizza was hot and fresh. The birthday cake was a bit small for the price but it worked for our few kids attending. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the restroom was out of soap when we got there and was never refilled during the 2+ hours we were there. Thank goodness we had our own hand sanitizer.As a side note, during a weekday visit recently, the food wasnt as hot or fresh so my suggestion is to visit on the weekend.

When we first arrived, we werent even greeted. Matter of fact, the girl used her jedi mind powers... I mean motioning and facial expressions to even tell us she needed to stamp our arms and which ones and where. I glanced at the food choices only out of curiosity because we had already eaten and we came to just allow the kids to play. It looked all right. There were many machines that were not working and some of the ones my toddler could get in/on looked like they could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom is always gross when we come. (I only go because my husband wants to take the kids) I think more care needs to be taken of the place and the people that they hire need to love children and are friendly. Other than the greater, no one seemed rude, but they all seemed like they didnt want to be there.
