My family and I absolutely loved coming here! Place is clean and fun! Workers are very helpful, Dillon helped my family tremendously, workers like him help make a place! We loved skating, laser tag was also a major hit! Bumper cars, even tried wall climbing! Best buy would be the $20 option that includes everything! We will definitely come back!

So I go to the fun zone every summer. I go for summer camp. Its really fun and Ive made so many friends there and we are so excited to go again this year. Infact, me and her on the phone talking about going :) I would give five stars if it wasnt for the food. The food doesnt taste good like at all and it got to the point where I had to take my lunch. If you go the summer camp please bring your lunch

Fun zone skate center is an amazing family experiamce with laser tag, skating, and a small but enjoyable arcade. I brought my brother here for his birthday and he absolutly enjoyed. Staff is friendly and willing to help if you ask.

Rip off and expensive. Cost 7.00 just to enter the facility. All that covers is a soft play for toddlers. Extra 3.00 plus for skates or a scooter, but an extra 5.75 for a skate mate if your kid needs help learning to skate...and most of them do. If you want to play in the arcade you would need an extra 20. Bumper cars...extra....laser tag..extra...everything costs extra. The eatery was way over priced. The best deal I found all day was the pitcher of drink for 6.25. Literally, that was the only deal I could find.

My kid walked out to get in my car when he was leaving and the manager, Jason banned him for six months for absolutely nothing. This is absolutely ridiculous and I’m pretty sure illegal.

Its a good place to take the family to go skating and have a good time, I just wish they played a different variety of music

Me and my family are new in Dothan al today was our first time at fun zone and I must say I am impressed The girl was very helpful at the register gave us a good $22 package deal and we had a blast ! We even had an employee come out and help my daughter skate. Thank you to the fun Zone employees we’ll definitely be back soon

This facility is WELL WORTH the money. It is a SAFE place for kids to play. You don’t have to worry about a brawl breaking out because of the close supervision that is given by the amount of staff on duty and the sheriff’s department. Some may argue that the prices are high, but I could never put a price on my child’s safety. Great job Fun Zone! Job well done!!

They couldn’t even update their website. I came here from out of town to take my girlfriend on a date and it was closed because they couldn’t have the decency to update the closing times.

I cannot stress this enough, if you have children that need something to do for the summer. The summer camp program is amazing and they do so much with the children every day , and the staff is amazing and so kind

Our twins early bday party (14), they were awesome, everyone made sure they enjoyed themselves and their guests as well. We had pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks for the party. The girl that served their party was amazing.If looking for a place to have a party, this is it. Way too much fun and everyone was so friendly and helpful.

They dont enforce state mandated mask policies, and the employees dont wear masks either. For a place mostly meant for children, its really sad to see the business not taking proper safety precautions to make sure customers and employees are safe.

First time here and well worth the $25 to have different fun activities for your child to do !

I love skating and I love the rink. I have not been able to have fun recently. One example, I haven’t been able to stand by the fan when I’m hot and sweaty, and also I haven’t been able to jam skate even when there is no scooters in the middle. I get some of their rules but some of them are so ridiculous. I have been seriously disappointed these last few weeks.

Masks are not enforced even though it’s state mandated. Employees do not wear them and do not enforce the policy. So sad because I was very excited to skate.

I took my granddaughter and she really enjoyed it.

Lots of fun a little pricey for what it is...too many unsupervised children though. Had to correct a staff member for grabbing my rather well behaved autistic son by the arm because he was upset he wasnt listening to him. Watched a different staff member almost successfully clothes line another child for running. In all fairness that goes back to my original complaint...unsupervised children... however it seems the staff also need supervision.

This place is the biggest rip off in Dothan. 7.00 just to walk in door and do nothing. Every thing is over priced. With the other trampoline parks that offer bouncy houses and games.. I would not recommend this place. Unless of course you just want to skate.

Awesome establishment! Tons of fun for the entire family and they even hold awesome national skating events! I would highly recommend you check this place out for entertainment and ROLLER SKATING!!

The staff is so attentive, helpful, friendly. They made my daughters day. Theres so much to do and its just super amazing.

This doesn’t even have skateboard ramps or a skatepark. Does anybody know of a decent skatepark in this area. Really disappointed (not enterprise)

Great place for kids

I love love love love Fun Zone!! It is always a fun place for the children. I had friends come visit from Huntsville with an 8 and 12 year old children and immediately knew we would go to Funzoneand xWe did some project on a project.

If I could give this place negative stars I would ... my kids were excited and pumped to go to fun zone summer camp but the fliers they still have on the counter are “ old “ fliers and the prices are higher , they no longer let 13 and up join bc you know our teenage youth don’t need safe things to do during the summer , they no longer do payment plans LIKE THEIR OWN WEBSITE STATES and the staff is just down right rude and don’t bother asking them a question bc they obviously are misinformed by Denise

My kids love thus place

We had our daughters birthday party here beginning of the summer (May 2016) and we were beyond satisfied! We were given a hostess that stayed at the party the entire time giving everyone direction as in when to eat, do the cake, and she passed out the gifts to our birthday girl! We as parents were actually able to enjoy our daughters birthday and be able to have a conversation with everyone who came instead of running around making sure everything is perfection as we are used to when throwing birthday parties, our hostess took care of EVERYTHING! We even had our own decorations that the staff beautifully hung up in the party room before the start of the party! All the kids and the adults had an amazing time and we were all given the best customer service possible. I cant say enough great things about our experience with Fun Zone and their well trained staff!

I rented out Fun Zone for my husband’s 40th birthday party, and we had a wonderful experience! We did a private rental of the facilities and the staff did a great job taking care of us - from initially working with the owner to set up the time and date, to workers being on time and available early for us to set up. The venue is perfect for families with small kids since it has an open floor space for easy visibility and a soft play place with many things to do (and of course older kids have plenty to do as well with skating, arcade, and other attractions). From my one-year-old baby to my forty-year-old husband, we had an incredible time!

It was a blast. The establishment was very nice, clean, and welcoming. The staff was very nice and helpful. We loved it and will return for another family event. Can not wait!!!

My first time. Birthday celebration. Well kept, organized, and all the employees were very nice, friendly and helpful when questioned. It actually seemed as if the adults were having as much fun as the kids were! Of particular note .... the (mens) restroom was clean, very clean (much cleaner than most of the restaurants mens rooms in Dothan).

Kid friendly! My daughter got hurt skating and multiple staff came to ask if they could help. The only suggestion would be a staff should be on skate floor the whole time directing traffic. More experienced skaters were skating through middle. I couldnt let my youngest enjoy the little area for fear of him being run over. Overall, staff and experience were great.

My daughter loves going to Fun Zone! I just wish they would have an Employee check and CLEAN THE REST ROOMS IN A TIMELY MANNER!! Other than that it is an Enjoyable place. They have the Sheriff there to Protect our kids!! Need to have BETTER MUSIC!!

We were passing through and looking for something for the kids to do when our hotel suggested Fun Zone! Our kids had the beat time! They have never been skating before so it was very entertaining! The staff was so helpful and friendly! We had 6 children there (2with special needs) they kept needing different skates and switching from the skates to the ride toy. The staff never got annoyed or if they did they didnt show it! Lots for the kids. Our did the skating, bounce houses, ans bumper cars! Prices were very reasonable too. Definitely recommend!!!

I will give them 5 stars because they was good to my daughter from the time she started until we moved away. If there was any problems with other children far as bullying they owner and her daughter Denise and son Jason handled it immediately. Some days I got off late and they stayed until I got there with no problem and her homework was always done and of not Denise made sure it was done before she would go play and I appreciate the love and support from the family that own FunZone and Journie misses you all dearly. I recommend FunZone.

My kids loved it. Very spacious and lots of activities to do.

They allow other kids to bully other kids.they allow other kids to punch kids in the stomach.they do nothing about it.They scream at there employees in front of the children.They forget to pick kids up from school for after school program.They are rude to you.If you child get punched in the stomach repeatedly and you go in to find out what happened and they tell you they cant talk to you.They need to be shut down they do not know how to run a business

Fun but they have an employee who needs to be taught how to treat kids. Very unprofessional, took the little cart from my 5 year old because I didnt know we had to rent it. She doesnt know how to skate and he just left her in the middle of the skating floor crying.

Went there for my granddaughters Birthday. Some how one of my granddaughters game card wasnt funded so they found where I paid for it and corrected it. But, is expensive for the amount of time for the party.

Celebrated our sons birthday here and the whole family had a great time. Bumper cars and laser tag were a blast. Highly recommend getting wrist bands with meal plan if you dont plan on just skating all day. Staff was very friendly and helpful, too.

I enjoy going to Funzone for the first time. I wish you could do more for the money. But overall it was a fun experience for my family.

Its pretty pricey for skating...but its better than nothing...still adjusting to the small town life where there arent many options...which makes me appreciate the few there are even more. It seems to be a pretty safe place to have some fun with you kids, be careful about loose items on the rink though.

Parents please be careful with your children that are currently at Funzone! They are not watching these children. My son is missing his two front teeth because he was assaulted by another child! When I asked Sarah (Owner) what happen she didn’t know anything nor did the other staff members. When I asked them to review the tape Sarah’s husband stated that it was to many children around that they could not see what happen! Special Thanks to 5 DPD’s that came out and did nothing to assist nor did they talk to the staff! All 5 officers waited until I walked out the building to go back in to talk to them. To LT. Ward who is the off duty cop at Funzone for not assisting to this black child who was clearly hurt and upset. This man proceed to get on his cell phone and start texting never once engaged on what happened. This man was smiling and laughing the entire time and when I acknowledged him he wanted to get smart!!

Has my son bday 3D Glow party here..I tend to go all out and decorate with led flashing ballons, I donated my glow table clothes to Fun Zone, and allowed them to post him party pictures on their website and social media to show what investing in decorating can do to the already cool party room. It was the most expensive package they offer and it includes everything u can do at fun zone but since I dont give junk toy gifts alot of my invest was in the favor boxes..my son has a party every other year so I invested about $500 with the party package, my decorating, favor boxes, cakes, ice cream stand, lollipop stand for a party of 12 kids..also we was told we was the first family to play music and use confetti at a fun zone party hard to believe what is a party without music..I do suggest creating a play list it made my life so much easier..I say all of this in hopes to encourage other parents to have parties at fun zone and to invest in the party if u can the 3d glow room is a great party room and it is different from the regular glow room..great canvas to work with..I brought decorating items and favor goodies for about 2 months slowly leading up to the party Im a working mom and it took me, a wonderful party hose Kennedy, and 2 parents help to get the room ready but the turn out was terrific everything I brought was used..I would attach pictures but my son is in them and since this sight wont let me post video I cant really show u the effect of the 3 d glow room but if video could be attach I would so u could see the led balloons flash and the room design with a little investing good example is the room doesnt come with table clothes but u brought glow table clothes and I donated them to fun zones they really make the room setting so if u have a party there and see glow table clothes no need for a thank u it was my pleasure hope u enjoy it...be well happy parenting!

Kids had a good time. Could have had staff on slate floor full time. Advanced skaters had pushed others out of their way several times causing falls.

Pizza was bad and my friend herd a girl in the bathroom crying saying he kissed me, he was like a brother to me. so it was an OK experience.

Fun zone is a great place for children and adults.the staff is amazing,and the people are nice.when you go places you what your children to fill safe, their your children can fill safe.their is a police officer their,and staff members to watch over your children.fun zone also has a alot of things to do like laser tag,rock wall climbing.some times the do adult skate on Sunday and for the children they have lock ins.at the lock in they skate and have. fun they give the children breakfast in the morning,like it is a very good place for children and adults

Kind of pricy, but still a good place for the kids. The skates are outdated and so are a few of the attractions. You definitely want to try the laser tag though. The food is pricy so maybe try to bring your own snacks and drinks... Overall a decent place for the family.

These people at Fun Zone left ny child at school when I signed a document that the last day of my child was April 13th, 2018. They refused to pick him up on April 11th, 2018. All they have to do is get my child for three(3) more days.They have a new employee who is going out with my ex husband. What they do is not my business, until, they are taking my child when they are going out. Even, the dad dropped our son to my place on his Spring break to see this woman, and pretend that I have to watch my child while he was sleeping with her. He didnt tell me anything, of course, and dropped our child to pick him up 2 1/2 hours later. I didnt let my child goes back with him. Messing up the child Spring break, and giving the child bad examples. I talked to Sarah, the owner, told her that my child last day there going to be April 13th. I was taking my child out of that place. I was not dictating her how to manage her business; in fact, I was handling the situation the best I could. She is causing traumas to my child when the child was rejected from getting on the van.
