I needed a month to month rental due to moving from out of state and Kim was fantastic!!! The entire process was smooth and stress free. The homes are clean and the entire community is well maintained. Nice, quiet place to live!!!

I have lived here for quite a few years I left for 4 months when my husband died I saw real quick I wanted to come back this is home for me its quite very clean and I wouldnt live anywhere else! This is my home and im real safe living here!

I have lived here for over a year and have had no problems. The recent incident here is an isolated incident and does not reflect the behavior of the other tenants, manager or owner. I would recommend living here to anyone who may be looking for a place to call home.

Wonderful place to live. Very clean park. Quiet. I never had any problems during my time living there. I definately recommend to others!

Great area to live as far as neighbors and peace. Some glaring issues that I feel need bringing up. I had a leak inside of the wall in the bedroom. I told them multiple times... for 2 months, no one ever showed up. Someone finally came and looked inside to find (unsurprisingly) mold and a ton of it. I was told I could live here with the mold, and my 3 year old at the time, or they could move me... we chose to move down the street, though I told them Id like to move back in after it was fixed. Once fixed I was told I can move back in but only if I paid an additional 100 a month. I was not happy about this but couldnt continue to live in the shoe box I was temporarily living in so I went with it.The dishwasher then broke shortly after, I was told they will not fix or replace it as they just wanted to get rid of it. Again, not happy but what am I going to do about it? Ceiling fan also broke and was told the same. Currently have been without AC for 8 days and counting (middle of summer) and have no one but front desk to inquire as to when it will be fixed, I was told, in a very annoyed tone, Im on a list and they will get to it when they can. Also, must constantly spray mold killer in the 2nd bathroom because they didnt insulate (nor do they intend to) in that area and the musty heat that lingers in it causes mold to grow constantly. We were told to just leave the door open at all times, which we do but doesnt work.Also, should note they do constant checks of the property sometimes not even knocking first, so you can never really get too comfortable in the place you pay for as at anytime someone can kick your door in to make sure its not messy or something, honestly I dont know what they look for.Everything you will be told that will upset you is told to you by a lady who had nothing to do with the decision. So you just live with it and cant even be upset with the lady because all of this is decided by some spooky figure that you wonder even exist at a certain point.Just know you will be messed with a lot living here and they look for ANY reason to squeeze an extra dollar or in my case 100 dollars a month out of you. I am jealous of the multiple 5 star reviewers on here. I wish I had such an experience.They found my review and I am now being removed, though I did expect this. Seriously guys, avoid at all costs.

This mobile home park is perfect for those who like to live in a nice and quiet place.To make it your own and call it home. It has amenities and is kept up to high standards.Its safe and community oriented.Very affordable.I absolutely love it. The management is very helpful and keeps a tight rein on problems.They care which is very rare! Adding what a great place to live not only does the management and maintenance team care but the owner cares about the park.(example) had a leak in roof reported it to management and she and maintenance came out to inspect.Then the owner came to inspect 3 days later I had a new roof and the owner called the power company to make sure my wiring was safe and sound. WHO DOES THAT! Keep it up guys great jobLove it here.

Pointe South is very quiet, extremely safe, and is in a great location. The managment and maintenance team do a great job with the upkeep of each mobile home. We moved four months ago and have yet to get our refund for our deposit but we have hope that one day we will receive it.

Not a bad place to live at all..your package will be there is u shop online and pretty good neighbors no complaint other then they should offer pest control or have a service when u complain because u live there month to month its alot of moving in and out so folks leave there bugs which is annoying especially when u keep a clean clutter free home my only complaint is no bug for a few years now with frequent turn over its crazy I reported thus to manager she ignored my message

I cant speak for everyone but not a bad place to stay especially because you dont have a yearly lease so if u are preparing for.something better great temp place reasonable rent come with washer dryer repair happen fast when needed no real complaints about my experience But it wasnt long term just while prepping for better

We just moved in and already neighbors are helpful..Its so quiet here and the park is kept so clean ..The manager well she does her best to get you in your place quickly. I would recommend this place as a safe place to live.

My husband and I have really loved living here. The management is awesome, especially Kim, she will go out of her way to make you feel special and welcome! She really is an honest, Christian woman.(-: The maintenance guys are excellent and respond quickly! We are so thankful that they care about the type of families that live here, those that will respect Pointe South. Weve been blessed to live here and enjoy the peace and quite!

I have had a wonderful experience here at Pointe South. The management and owners are very nice and professional people and have always been very helpful with any and all situations that arise. The maintenance crew have always been prompt and professional. The rules are simple and easy to understand. Pointe South is a nice quiet place for all types of family situations.

Nice mobile home park and management was friendly, very personable.

My wife and I lived at Pointe South for nearly 4 years. I would like to give anyone who is looking to move there a deeper look into what it all entails. First of all, expect that the unit you will move into will be infested with the smaller German/Japanese (thats what Ricky from Champion Pest Control called them) roaches. Champion Pest control charges $60 for a no contract visit. It took 2 times plus myself spraying inside and out to stop the invasion. Not joking about that, the first night we stayed in our home it had roaches by the dozens crawling down the walls and across the ceilings, but there wasnt a single roach to be seen during the day time. Now with that taken care of, it is a nice neighborhood. Peaceful and quite for the most part, although you will hear Cowboys every Wed., Fri., and Sat. nights bumping with music extremely loud. If you live near the entrance expect constant in and out traffic with people playing music too loudly, and loud redneck style exhaust noise. Now management! Kim is a sweet lady, however she is a business minded woman, and she is desensitized to peoples feelings to a certain degree. I always got along with her pretty well, and I liked her but I never expected anything from her. Maintenance is prompt. If you have complaints though I will say this, I have had management resolve one or two issues on the same day, maybe by the next. However, there was one neighbor whom I complained about for over 10 months straight. Loud banging and stomping and screaming coming from their residence all day and into early morning 1am, 2am.....but after asking a few times Kim told me to talk to the neighbor myself. I did, and it very quickly escalated into him threatening me, which made me laugh.....finally the noisy neighbor moved on his own with a little help from myself of course. Finally expect one rule for yourself and another for everyone else. My advice would be not expect too much outta pointe south. Its not a bad place just not managed the best like it was whenever we first moved into it.

This place is pretty good. It is most likely for middle standard people. Just before you move here you cant get more than 2 dogs here and the limit for the dog is no more than 20 pounds. It is very quite and has very helpful neighbors. They also have AWSOME trailers! :) they are so clean and nice and this is coming from a neat freak lol!! I have stayed here about 3 years and so far is so good! And did I mention there is a clean pool right beside the office. And I forgot to tell the worker Kim Thank you so much for letting us stay here! And I still live here and still love it here!

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism form the management. The units have roaches (we lived in two). However, the management promise one thing (even in writing) and go back on the promise. (Specific to us was the promise that our security deposit could be spread out over three months but on the second month they changed their minds for financial reasons and we we forced to pay or be evicted.) The rules are strict and renters are evicted for the slightest infraction. There are surprise inspections (mandatory and non-negotiable in the lease) and they demand cat mutilation (de-clawing ALL FOUR, they examine the cat for proof). The manger, Kim, seems real sweet on the surface, claims to be a Christian, yet she says anything to get the lease signed and then demands whatever is convenient for her. Think hard before renting here.
