Nice small zoo and the zookeeper was super nice. Enjoyed talking with him this afternoon. There were several children at the park and all seemed to really be enjoying the animals. We were fortunate to catch them late in the day when the animals were being fed so most were up and excited about the food.

I took Colorado family there last week. My first visit as well, and we were all quite impressed.

I love this park! Its location is in connection with the zoo and water park making it a great stop.

There is a nice play area for kids, clean bathrooms, and a really neat little zoo that is free admission. They have some very interesting and exotic animals there; including an albino peacock, wolves, eagles, bison, and goats, and the cutest MARUCHIN MONKEYS!!! Definitely a great place to visit!

It was nice, with two separate parks one for younger and one for slightly older. The only issue I had was that there were no baby swings, which happened to be my main reason for going to the park.

Fun Littel Adventure For Toddlers!

You feel so beautiful when you leave.

I did not think two star was a disaster like , and the fair grounds right next door gave shelter from the hi wind and rain too have brought down the wind chill factors otherwise knowing all the empty hotel space and other vacant accommodation only makes me ag.,irr., and those that keep me so far down I do not even automated register ,So , fu#&?trait them stalkers of the self service and sufficiant!.

I still love their roast beef sandwiches, and the curly fries are perfectly done.

This is a nice park but it could use some love and care. There is a Zoo, a playground, some nice shades areas and it is right next to the Longbranch Saloon water park.

We didnt go there. Not sure why this came up.

We LOVE this park and its little zoo! We stop here as we travel between Oklahoma and Utah for lunch and a break. Its the best.

Nice place for a walk with the free zoo and a place for the kids to play

I used the soccer field (off season) to fly my small RC P51 Mustang.

I felt sorry for the animals in the zoo. They all looked miserable.

Well love the 9/ 11 memorial! Also the zoo even being small is surprisingly memorable! Would recomend it especially to those with small, easily distracted kids! You can go through it fairly fast. So the kids dont get to cranky! And the water park seems amazing, havent been there yet but plan on it.

I love this place! I used to come here once a week as a kid. I would spend almost every afternoon here as a teenager. And now I come once a day to play Pokemon Go! Its such a nice park and so peaceful!

This is a nice park. Plenty of green space, pavilions, walking, zoo, skateboard park, and a water park. Some of the memorials are very nice, the Santa Fe Trail, the World Trade Center and Shankville, and to certain people of this area. I enjoyed my time, its peaceful.

It’s a nice small park for the family. Don’t expect much but at least it has space to walk and there’s a zoo too.

Very few actual zoo animals. Most can be found right in your backyard (raccoons, goats, Canadian goose). Enclosures for the big cats are extremely small.

I liked the fact they have animals but definitely need some updates for those animals. Town should have a fundraiser and get community involved. Bird sanctuary need pond fixed....ect

This large park is in the center of Dodge City, KS... skate park, water park, stroll park. Beautiful Christmas decorations!

Wish there was more interaction with some animals...still like going there.

Great city park with a small zoo and a nice water park. We were here in November nd they had the park lit up with Christmas lights. There is a nice KOA and Hotels xlose.

Very nice a comfortable place to take my grandkids

The playground was my grandkids favorite part of Dodge City. I loved the fact that it was easy for all three to play together and be challenged in new skills. The free zoo is also a fun, short excursion.

Its nice place to spend with your family. I just wish it was a little bigger, with more animals on display.

Excited for a small-town zoo this is an awesome little Zoo. Excited because they have a new plan to expand and improve and will be starting on that shortly

Remembering 9/11.

We went to the water park. This is by far the best one we have been to in the state of Kansas. Clean park. Very attentive employees. Clean restrooms.

Love this park giant beautiful shade trees excellent playground equipment for the children and have a nice little free Zoo to tour also

Doesnt look anything like it did back in the 1960s. I just remember getting to shake Festis hand while he was riding on his Mule during Dodge City Days in about 1965 or so. Wonderful memories when I would go and stay with my grandparents near Ensign.
