Like it. So far they only got one of my order wrong, which is impressive.

Very peaceful place in the center of town to relax. Local eateries nearby that you can walk to and enjoy your meal in the park. Holland Park has sentimental value, for it was also the location of my wedding.

Great place to sit when youve shopped at the local stores and want some shade. They even hold the occasional small event! Its beside train tracks so every once and awhile it can get loud, but for the most part its nice and quiet. the community likes to keep it clean and are friendly.

Beautiful day to sit in a quiet park setting with the comfort of local shopping eateries nearby. As I left Read a clearly posted Notice forbidding skateboarding. Too bad the city doesnt patrol wisely. There were a minimum of 3 skateboarders there the entire hour I was at the Park. Wake up Dickson!

As soon as I arrived at the park, I was immediately tackled by a middle-schooler. After realizing what was going on I ask him Why did you tackle me?. To which he replied, We dont like Asian women here!. I am neither Asian nor a woman. The grass tasted good.

Its so small! I must mention Im from out of town. This isnt a place thats I could experience the benefits that a local could. I was looking to get some exercise done but it seems like there is an event about to be held with all the rows of benches. Its more of an outdoor event/conference room. It has no restrooms or a playground.

Right in the heart of the Historic Downtown Dickson (or the right-bottom-ish ventricle...whatever) this tiny recreational area has been host to to everything from skateboarding youths (before they put the fences up...I was there when my friends waxed the sidewalk in front of the Halbrook Hotel/Museum to skate on...in our youthful days) to religious gatherings, weddings, music events, and most recently; a fierce battleground for Pokemon Go! players because the park is a highly contested gym. Its a diamond among the other jewels that are the multitude of poke stops in the area (and to a lesser extent, a good place for to create coverage fields in Ingress). Next door is an awesome museum (Clement Railroad/Halbrook Hotel Museum) that deserves its own review. The park is small but pretty cosy with benches for seating, ample shade trees, a small pavilion for hosting events and an iconic water fountain. Right (literally) around the corner are shops, restaurants, various city municipal buildings, and the Walnut Street Church of Christ complex. There are plenty of things nearby to see and the park is the perfect little hide-a-way to get away from it all and relax for a moment.
