My girlfriends and I had best time on this cruise! Captain Max went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Service was excellent. He even brought us drinks out in the water.The communication was very thorough. The boat was nice and equipped with everything we needed for a party! We will definitely book with them again!

If you want a relax and pleasant place for the weekend Destin is a very good choice... Definitely i will come back!

We have used Captain Walt and Crab Island Cruises for two previous trips to Crab Island and intend to use him for all future trips. Crab Island itself is such a fun experience. When you add in someone who takes the worry out of navigating a unfamiliar waters, it is a win/win. Captain Walt is beyond hospitable and is very knowledgeable of the area. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences. Whether you are here for an adult only visit or family visit, he is definitely the way to go when visiting Crab Island.

Captain Bob was awesome, super friendly guy and very accommodating to our group. We had no problem connecting with the other boats as well which just made the experience that much more fun.

Such a fantastic experience!!! They took care of absolutely everything and made sure we had the easiest and most fun day possible. We had a large group, and it was everyone’s favorite day at the beach!!

I went for the first time this past weekend and it truly blew my expectations out of the park! I went with a group for a bachelorette party and it was a great time! Rob and Marshal were amazing captains! They were such a good time and made our experience worthwhile! Rob was our main captain and he had ice bags/coolers ready for our drinks. He had playlists ready and was ready to show us all over crab island and where the best spots and vendors were! I highly recommend using them when you visit and definitely suggest getting either Rob or Marshal as your guides, you won’t regret it!

I really wish google would start paying me to review all these places and always asking for help with pictures and naming dishs.. I get like 6 reminders a day to review or add a picture or answer questions about a place. I wonder if I just add this to every review what will happen. I was never paid to do this. I get no reward for doing this. Wait I can just turn it off. As a level 7 and a half local guide. It is really sad the return it get with all the work I have out into google. Maybe a free gift card once a month to somewhere I have never reviewed..

Would have had a great time im sure. After checking in and only seeing a few guest for the online booking.....they said their boat broke. Things do happen......but I hope that they didnt just decide to cancel since they didnt have many guest that booked that trip. They did promptly refund my card for the online booking.

This experience was the highlight of our first couples trip to Destin!Marshall was AWESOME and he was like family! He engaged us with laughter, enlightened us with the history of Destin, danced with us and was just plain fun! We were able to see dolfins, snorkle, relax and swim.I highly recommend this excursion and only wish wed booked it all day! We didnt want the fun to end!Thank you for helping us create such fun memories!

Great atmosphere, BUT if your in your own boat be cautious of all those renting party barges. Most have never navigated a boat. While there our boat was hit and unless you get it on video it’s pointless to report.

We used Crab Island Cruises for our group of 14 girls for my bachlorette party this past weekend, and it was a 5 star experience! Captain Walt was AMAZING and showed us nothing but great service! We were out on the water all day and were waited on with whatever we needed. Safety was their first priority and fun was their second! Id highly recommend Crab Island Cruises for anyone looking to have a great time!

We rode out with Capt. Shawn, he was very personable and knowledgeable about the area. He let us know about the jelly fish floating around and offered other options during our alloted time. And guess what, we didnt go anywhere else, we LOVED crab island. Two boys, 8 & 9 loved the mat he rolled out for them, all the hermit crabs and fish! Shawn is well connected to the other vendors on the island, made us feel like we were part of the exclusive group. Highly recommend!

Captain Walt was amazing. Our trip to Crab Island was the best day of our vacation. He took great care of us, accommodated our large group and was super with the kids. We will definitely be calling him next time. Word of advice from someone who learned the hard way, when he tells you sunscreen is important, he means it.

Crab Island is a blast! Imagine walking around partying with a thousand other people in the middle of the Gulf with an inflatable water park and mini bars and hundreds of water craft in every direction.... then you have Crab Island! Cool way to spend your day!

We came to Destin for a Bachelorette weekend. Walt and Gigi provided us with THE BEST experience! We were greeted with smiles and awesome hospitality. The fun started by going to see the dolphins and then to Crab Island. Walt and Gigi kept our beers cold and the music loud! The giant lily pad and floating beer pong table were perfect for our group. We anchored near other Bachelorette parties also hosted by Walt’s crew and all of the crew members were equally as hospitable! Their exceptional customer service truly made our trip a memorable one! Best day ever!!!!!! Weve been coming to crab island for the past 20 ish years and we are sad we didnt do this sooner! Marshall was amazing and accommodated all of our needs plus more. Highly highly recommend this company. We chose to go out today starting at 10-2 on Marshalls spotless pontoon boat but decided to add more time! Cant say enough good things about him. We will be back and on Marshalls boat for years and years to come!!!

We had a cruise with marshall and we had an absolute blast!!! all he did was cater to us and make sure that we could have fun for the bachelorette party while he kept us SAFE. We LOVED him and pretty much invited him everywhere we went. Do yourself a favor and book with Marshall because we will forever remember him and call him a friend!!!!!!

Mike was sooooooooo helpful!! He asked us what we wanted to do and all sndmade sure we got to see many jellyfish, a crab, and told us many helpful tips( but sorry I didn’t like hooks.. But my fault, I should’ve told them I wanted My scallops well done and my burger, like it with no blood( not big on e. Coli) But as far as the trip mike is a excellent first mate!! My family makes this trip with Capt. Walt A MUST each time we make it down to Destin. We have an ABSOLUTE BLAST every time we set foot on Capt. Walt’s boat and all the places he takes us. This time around it was my significant other and I that got to spend the four hours with Capt. Walt. He is ridiculously accommodating in all areas including his knowledge of the area as it pertains to what we are wanting to do and what we may not already have knowledge of (also a great conversationalist in general!). I cannot recommend this trip enough. It is very cost efficient and if we could, we would spend every day of our vacation at crab island with Capt. Walt!!! Crab island is a blast, and his services make it all the more meroable, we will be continuing this tradition with Capt. Great idea. Go early if your taking the kids, things started getting rowdy around 3pm. Anchor the furthest away from the bridge because the current is very strong.

Today was the *perfect* day. Captain Walt is very clearly a genuinely kind person, and he obviously cares about ensuring that his guests have a great time. Our group was small (me, my partner and my 14 year old daughter), and we made it clear that we really wanted to make sure she had a good time. He was great about letting her choose where we would go and when, and he even did a round of Youre in charge. You point and Ill go in that direction. She was *thrilled*, and that meant that we were thrilled. I definitely want to go on another cruise with him next time we come to Destin. He is a great captain who is super friendly and cares a lot about his guests. A++

Enjoyed our Saturday at Crab Island with Walt and Lilly being the best hosts possible! We were celebrating a bachelorette party so to be from out of state we felt super safe with Walt and all his service. Seeing the dolphins was unreal! Would reccomend to anyone!

I have been on three different cruises with Amanda and had an incredible experience each time! Two of the times I took out of town friends with me and they were impressed with her services as well. We are big fans of Crab Island and Amanda provides you with refreshments, toys, towels, music--- everything you could need or want to have a fun and carefree day. I highly recommend using Crab Island Cruises- as a matter of fact, we are already counting down to boating season so we can get back out there with her!

My friends and I live in Destin. Weve used Walt and his boats probably 6 times now. Its been amazing every time. He takes great care of everyone. Its a million times better than having to deal with renting a boat ourselves, needing someone to be a DD, taking some florida boating course, fueling it, going to a marina, or any of that nonsense. He just picks us up, we go to crab island, we have a great day, then he drops us off. His boat is well outfitted with coolers and hes got a lily pad, its like a floating island, that is great for a group of people to hang out on. Highly recommended, especially if your from out of town. Crab island is the best thing to do in Destin, dont miss it.

Had an amazing time on our boat with Captain Walt!! Adults and children alike! We went to crab island and had the best time ever!! Walt was very accommodating and does whatever he can to make your trip a memorable one! He provides a raft and a few other floaties for the kids! He even had a paddle board which was a big hit! On his tour you just sit back relax and let him take care of you!! Will defiantly be back!

We cant WAIT to use Crab Island Cruises on our next trip to Destin. The four of us (Mom, Dad and 2 daughters 17 & 19) went to Destin in August 2012 and wanted to go to Crab Island. We were going to rent our own boat, but then found Crab Island Cruises. WOW am I glad we did. Amanda was a great guide! She first took us around the inlet and showed us some good local places to eat. Then we anchored at Crab Island. She provided the drinks, the floaties and the fun....all we had to do was sit back and RELAX! What an awesome experience. Even my teenagers thought this was the best part of our vacation. We will definitely be repeat customers.
