Best place to rent a boat and jet skis for bachelor parties! The guys had a great time and the girls in the office were nice and the guys on the docks were cool. Highly recommend.

My husband and I did the dolphin tour and it was awesome! It was windy that day and they said it may be rough and offered to refund us but we stuck it out and I’m glad we did! It really was only rough in the bay coming back. We went at 10 and and saw some dolphins - one really close to us that we were able to stick by for at least 10 minutes! Our guide was awesome. Would definitely return and rent a jet ski from them again.

Not sure what happened on the few negative reviews, but the staff was amazingly quick, attentive and rush me and my family right to the water. Not sure if it’s due to reading what to do or where to go beforehand, but educate yourself! I would absolutely rent from these guys/ladies again. It’s my daughters fall break from 5th grade and she is having a blast. Thank You!

We rented a pontoon boat last Thursday and took it out to grab island. This part has nothing to do with the company or the review: don’t rent for 8 hours, because it’s too long and hot. 4 hours is plenty! We went from 9-5 and burned to a crisp even with multiple applications of sunblock. That sun and water is no joke. And make sure to check the tide for that day. We could barely stand up because the current was so strong. It also changed the beautiful blue water to an ugly green with lots of seaweed and debris.Now for the review:The lady giving us the paperwork was fine, but when we got to our boat the guy in charge of preparing the boats chewed us out for being early. I told him the paperwork said to be there 45 minutes early. He continued to fuss but then apologized and said it was not our fault.Then he went on to explain all of the things that were wrong with our boat. It wasn’t a great boat at all. The back end was so LOW we were afraid to drive it around, because it seemed to be taking on a lot of water! We were afraid it might sink so we stayed anchored in Crab Island all day. The ladder was so uncomfortable and hard to get in and out.The boat was the kind with one slide. He said, if you leave the water feature on the slide turned on, it will blow up the motor for it. That means it needs a new motor. The water feature should be able to stay on for a while. Lots of other boats kept theirs going.The boat wasn’t very comfortable at all, and the seats were kind of moldy.For what it cost to rent that boat, it definitely could have been in better condition!!!

This place is awesome, we rented a pontoon boat. the staff is really nice and helpful. We couldnt find anything at the last minute but they came through and the process was easy to. We called the destin location and we were in ft walton, they had one left and it was at there second location in Ft Walton worked out perfect. We did 4 hours and it was super affordable. Only issue we had was the radio and horn didnt work. Other than that I will definitely use them again.

Booked 3 jet skis for today, the address and directions were so confusing. I called the number that was provided on my confirmation ticket. I explained to the lady where I was because Im not from down here and she says oh no your far away and said their address is 7 Calhoun Ave, Destin, FL 32541 alright. boom, we drove those extra 10 mins down the road. I get there and the lady explains that were at the wrong location were suppose to be at 210 Harbor Blvd. Well why tf would you tell me to come here if you knew it wasnt the right location. So we turned around and went to the second location, we get there the attendant that waited on us was nice, but a smidge rude. She asked if anyone of us was born in 1988. :/ we are all clearly in our 20 and 30s. Then she asked if we had a license. And since we didnt have a license we couldnt go out because she doesnt have time to give us a test because she know we will not be back in time because they are booked up all day. We asked for a refund she stated she doesnt know when we would get it back because tripshock is a horrible place to book anyway and once its out of this hands its nothing they can do. Ridiculous!!!! I then get an email saying my refund will process within 7-10 business day then it would be sent out. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Honestly this might be the best place to come have some fun with the family. We did have a issue but the staff was phenomenal about it and corrected it. Thank you do much for making this day renting jetskis so unforgettable thank you thank you thank you! You guys are amazing.

Rented a pontoon boat, booked it online. It was easy to find the place and checkin was a breeze. The interior of the boat was very nice. The gentleman helping us onto the boat was great. We were on the boat for about 2 hours when the engine shut down. We called and had to leave a message when this happened. 20 mins later I called and the girl who answered acknowledged they received the message. 20 mins after that still no word so I called back. The girl had no idea what was going on and I could hear her complaining that we kept calling. Long story short, an hour later someone was finally there to help.

We went parasailing and on the jet ski dolphin tour with Xtreme H2O. You couldn’t ask for a nicer staff, they were very informative and extremely friendly. We saw jellyfish, dolphins, a sting ray, and all kinds of fish. Highly recommend Xtreme H2O, we will be going back.

Best experience ever we were lucky enough to have the best guides we rented a pontoon boat for 12 people and a Jet Ski that was in great shape thanks to the exceptional service guides Mark who helped us and walked us through everything with the boat as well as Dylan who was also amazing and helped us with the Jet ski. I also really appreciate the customer service the woman who booked our reservation for us in last minute to accommodate a birthday. She was very polite sweet and compassionate. We went parasailing with our family today and it was amazing! The captain and co-captain were great and we loved every second of it.

Adventure was spectacular and the employees were very helpful, making the experience flow very smoothly with no accidents. My guy Alex (white shirt dude on June 4th) especially deserves a raise. Such a fun loving guy who seemed really dedicated to his work. 10/10 recommend taking time out of your trip for this excursion.

We had a booked and paid for in advance reservation. We get here and our booking was cancelled... no boat and a couple irritable kids... so unorganized I can’t even begin to tell you what’s going on..And we are probably going to have to go through the credit card company to deny the charge as fraud because they wouldn’t process a refund

Dear Mya,Worst experience. Our reservation was from 9:30-1:30. We got there around 9. Didn’t get on the boat until 11:15. Spent over $1,000 for 2 pontoon boats. They refused a partial refund or to extend our time. We left it alone until our vacation ended. A friend called in to work out a refund, and she demanded that we take down our Yelp and Google reviews in order to get a $350 refund (she called them out by name). She made comments like “I’m dealing with a world full of Karen’s”, “Your friend’s posts still need some work”, “the way your friend went about it is not how you handle it”, etc. Throughout the entire phone call, he barely got to speak, because she continued to interrupt him. We collectively decided to forfeit the bullsh** “refund” so that hopefully, you all choose to pay for services elsewhere. I’ve only written 2 google reviews in my life and genuinely felt like I couldn’t let this one go unsaid. The 2 men that helped us get settled on the boat and helped us get everything back to our car should be running this place, not their current managers. I would LOVE to speak to the owner.

The facilities were nice and the location is great, but the staff on the waverunner dolphin tour made us feel like an inconvenience. They were very curt with us, which made my wife uncomfortable. They didnt do anything inappropriate and handled an emergency we had professionally, though. I might rent equipment from them, but I wouldnt do any activities with their staff again.

Staff was a little on the rude side or should I say projecting negative energy (referring to one of the guys delivering jet ski instructions) and prior to renting from them, whoever they are allowing to answer the phones for this company needs to be fired for their smart a** mouths (referring to the females). Its your job to repeat information. Why get annoyed when people ask questions. For me personally I wouldnt rent from them again because 1st impressions leave lasting impressions. The only plus to me really about them is at the crab island location you can bypass any no wake zones and hit the water and have a grand ole time.

On yesterday, May 9 2020, there were dozens of Extreme H20 wave runners out with people creating extremely unsafe conditions. People were constantly blowing the no wake zone at Crab Island and doing dangerous, high speed maneuvers within feet of anchored boats. Additionally, most were taking passengers who either had no life vest or the orange life vests not designed for jet ski use. Vendors need to be more proactive in being responsible for the unsafe conditions they create for everyone else on the water.

The guys did a good job at explaining everything to us and gave us the experience of a lifetime. Thanks so much!!!

Don’t rent from here use a different company. I got charged for another’s person rental in my party just because my credit card was on file and not theirs. I did everything right rented my jetski and returned it like It was giving to me. The other person whom I just met through a mutual friend had damage to her jetski but instead of charging them they charged me two separate reservations. I have been calling and getting the run around. Miya the manage is so rude and unprofessional. I called and left several messages and still no calls returned. I reported to my bank fraud and have all the receipts and everything from that transaction. After my bank finishes I’m taking them to civil court for fraud. They ran my Card for another persons reservation that has nothing to do with me instead of charging the person who was involved. I will post once a week if I have to in order to keep anyone from going through this company.

The speaker didn’t work on the boat. In order to get a boat with a speaker (for the same price I already paid for) it would’ve taken 45 more minutes. Plus the company says they never guarantee the speaker will work. Then the boat died on the way back and started sinking. And the representative for the company informed us that they couldn’t do anything to help. Luckily the boat started back up after we started working on the engine. Otherwise we would’ve been stranded. LONG STORY SHORT... BOOK WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

I’ve used this company to jet ski for two years in a row now.Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.They answer your questions in depth, I didn’t feel rushed.The jet skis that we used were up to par, zero problems.

Life jackets were not sanitized after each guest or even dry, with Covid you would have thought they would at least spray them down with lysol after each rider. Majority of the life jackets were just laying on the ground, from previous riders. The no wake zone took us 20 minutes each way from where the jet skis were located to the bay. For an hour rental, at $100 an hour with tax, we got to ride the jet ski for 20 minutes. After the fact we were told next time book the skis at their other location because its closer to the bay, which cuts down on the no wake zone. Why dont they tell you that in the first place. We rented two jet skis. We made sure to be there 30 minutes ahead of time, like they ask but ended up having to wait for a jet ski for another 20 minutes after we were suppose to already be out on the water because they didnt have enough jet skis for everyone who booked one. It was just a mess and a headache all the way around, It took all the fun of renting them for our family.

Located near the heart of Destin and easy to find. Crew was courteous and took good care of our group.

We interacted with 5 staff members before getting on the water. 1 of them was professional and seemed aware of the unreasonable wait customers were experiencing. The rest were unprofessional and lolly gagging around with no sense or urgency. We waited over 1 hour to get on the water and we had a reservation. Wave runners sat idle while people waited and the staff goofed around.

Brand new waverunners and pontoons. We paid for an all day trip rental and had to cut it short because of weather. They refunded us the extra hours that were unused. Will be back again!

I havent written many reviews, but I do believe this was merited. Every single step this company took was awesome! I will not lie, at first, I was a bit disconcerted because originally I was calling a lot of companies to quite honestly just get pricing and information. I regret that I do not remember the name of the first lady I talked to. She gave me a reason to call back. I actually talked to the same person at least three times when I called around the Destin area looking for a boat rental for Crab Island. The last person I talked to explained they were the same company and also explained that they have two locations for boats. Since I have small children, I was very very hesitant for my husband to book this boat ( even with the woman on the phone explaining everything). He told me it would be okay and it was! They told us on the phone that they booked their boats very fast and so we rushed to make a decision. After price checking multiple places in Destin, we decided to book in Fort Walton Beach. I sat in the car while my husband went and got the paperwork. The girl inside( I think her name was Britney) wanted paperwork for everyone. We were late checking in so it upset me that I would have to pay so much to drive 30 minutes to Crab Island and back but she worked with her awesome coworkers Aaron and Vladimir(DO THEY REALLY WORK 12 HOURS A DAY?) to make sure we still got our 4 hour rental. OMG then we got to the boat. It was so nice!!! I swear the seats were leather but my husband said vinyl?! Vladimir and Aaron were already talking to these other boat drivers when we got to the end of the water docks but they let us know that if we had ti wait they would change the time. They also brought the boat right up to the walkway so my 89 year old mother would not walk so long. Thank you Aaron, Britney, and Vladimir for making us feel special and thank you Xtreme H20 water sports for giving us these memories!! We will be back!!!!

TERRIBLE and rude service! First time I called to book they were so rude on the phone. We ended up renting two pontoon boats for 4 hours each regardless (big mistake) we got there an hour early for our 9:30 boat time, and the service was so slow and rude, we waited in the HOT sun for over an hour just to get helped by them, we were nice and patient with them, then still didnt get on the boat till 11:15 (literally only because they were so slow at the front desk) and they were not accommodating when we asked for a time extension or a partial refund so we retuned the boat on time but we spent over $1000, and only got to use the boats for 2 hours instead of the 4 we paid for.. such a rip off, do not use these people!THEN THE BEST PART IS we called the next day to try to work it out with the manager and she was TERRIBLY RUDE and tried to pay us a small amount of money to take our reviews down and called us immature for writing a bad review online.. and acted like the whole situation was our fault that we were dissatisfied then insulted us for writing an honest review online.. so unprofessional it was insane!BTW the two men who helped us get our stuff on the boat were very nice and felt so bad for us but they couldnt do anything for us, but other than these two men all the front desk staff were RUDE.

We had never rented a boat in the Fort Walton/ Destin area but have to say we were extremely happy with the choice we made through Tripshock. We rented a 12 passenger pontoon boat from H2O Extreme sports and were very happy with our choice. The boat itself was topnotch! Not only was the price reasonable (9 hours) but the staff went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable! Bobby and Aaron (Fort Walton) had the best attitudes for newbies and were so laid back and chill with any questions/ concerns we had. And even when we brought the boat back they were friendly. I seriously cant say enough good things about this company/ staff! I really recommend this company! Definitely going to reserve through this company the next time we are in town!

We had a 10am reservation time and they didn’t show up until 10:30. The lady at the front desk didn’t care and was not helpful. So rude!! The deck hand guy was super nice and helpful. Would I go back probably not. 40 minutes late is unacceptable. You want us there 40 minutes before you should be there on time too.

Such a great experience. Originally we were not going to do a jet Skiis but after seeing the $10 parking and $60 kayak rental, we decided to go with Xtreme h20.*Warning*Do not use anyone else.The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They did not include the rules and regulation speech as part of the time which was cool and threw in 10 minutes for us to get out of the bay into the gulf to have the full hour.We also say a pod of Dolphins which was awesome (needles to say I won brownie points with wifey) 5 stars all the way. You need to do this, its worth it!

Booking was super easy online and I recvd an email and text confirmation with a voucher and instructions. The place was very easy to find in downtown Fort Walton and parking was free! They are located in the same area as 3 other pontoon companies and a hotdog stand. Checking in was a breeze. Deckhands Matt and Jesse helped load our super heavy cooler and stuff onto the boat. I recommend having a cooler with wheels as its a long walk to carry the cooler from the parking lot or booth down to your boat. The boat was super clean and even came with a nice size trash can. Matt and Jesse both did a great job of explaining the controls, hooking up our phones to the bluetooth speaker and providing a super detailed map of where you can and cant go. Matt even backed the boat out for us and drove it back in upon arrival to avoid any damages. This was a huge help! We are so glad we booked our rental for Mothers Day with Xtreme and really loved their FWB location. Fuel was included and there was no hidden dock fees. We are already planning our next day on the water!

Second Review since first trip in July. Brittnee was AMAZING as usual. She remembered us from over two months ago, offered an awesome price, and set us up at a preferred time. The crew for Jet Skiing was great. They got us out on the water as quick as possible. Upon return, they talked us into a dolphin tour that we were unaware they offered. Again, Brittnee came up with an impossible to refuse offer price wise. We returned the next day with 16 people. Taylor, Shane, Vlad, and Aaron got all of us set up and on the water without wasting time. We were given a short tour around the bay, directed to where the dolphins are easily found, and left to enjoy the rest of our time racing around or dolphin watching. This now makes three excellent experiences in two separate trips to Destin. H20 will always be our first call. For those that have issues with damage, they clearly tell you to stay 150 feet away from each other while they video the condition of the equipment before you depart on your excursion. Follow the advice and it will be a non-issue.

We just got out of that place. VERY BAD customer services. The girl in the reception is very disrespectful and with a bad behavior. It is unbelievable that we had issues with the language in this Country. 2 of our mates didn’t speak english And it was a big issue for them. You must have spanish speaking personnel, its a turistic place, ota Florida, its the US. 2 hours wasted of our vacation time.

My husband and I went parasailing yesterday with this company after being referred to them by someone from here. It was amazing! The staff were extremely nice and informative. I was with my friends,re-schedule couple times,and in the end they send us out,cancel all reservations because one of us doesn’t speak English very well,so they didn’t let us go to the water because they tough he couldn’t pass the test.

Made reservations for 3 jet skis for half day, soon as we got there the lady at the front counter was very rude with everyone. Customer service was poor however the guy on the jet ski ramps was great. The lady at the front makes you want to turn around and go elsewhere, only reason we didn’t is because they was reserved with my debt card. Other than that it was a great time.

Great customer service and very helpful staff. We reserved a pontoon boat for 4 hours (I recommend at least 6 hours) was checked in very promptly. They went over some basic things you need to know about the pontoon and off you go to enjoy it. We had 5 kids (ages 11 and under) and they loved it. We went out to crab island and a stretch of beach of beach near it so kids can look for shells and hermit crabs. We wanted to stay out there longer, but they were booked and needed the pontoon back for the next reservation. We will definitely use them again.

This was an awesome experience. We got instructions and information from Blake before riding jet skis. He was great and gave lots of tips. We had the jet ski for 4 hours and made the best of our time riding a little bit of everywhere. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure

They were very fast and friendly. The pontoon we rented was nice and we had a great time. The gentleman instructing us was very nice and informative. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing experience renting the jet skis. The equipment was all very clean, good shape, and had no mechanical issues. We went to the crab island location for take off, which allowed for a very short no wake zone. The young guy that instructed us on using the jet skis was awesome and did such a great job. The girls at the station (at this location) were also great, very kind, and had us out there at no time. Our experience was great and I would definitely come back.The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because originally we went to the Destin harbor location and had a very bad experience with a particular staff member. This very young girl had a terrible attitude from the moment we arrived and started filling out paperwork and asked just a few questions. Let me make it clear we are not easily offended . I cannot remember a time Ive encountered someone so stuck up and rude. We were about to leave and go to the one next door, but another sweet young girl had taken over at the desk and completely changed our minds. She answered our few questions, got our paperwork situated, and was very kind to our kids. She recommended we go to the other location for a short wait time. We are very thankful for her help and advice. I certainly hope her work is appreciated.

We just returned from our family’s first time exploring Crab Island on a Pontoon Boat. We used their Fort Walton Beach location. There were 12 of us and a ton of stuff, and we had plenty of room. The entire staff, Blake in particular, was courteous and extremely helpful. We all had a blast and hope to be able to do this again sometime.

Zach was a great help! He accommodated us from the moment we stepped foot at the location and to the moment we left. They will defiantly service from us again just because of Zach! Thank you for a great experience!!!

This was my first time riding jet skis and I can honestly say I will most definitely be back. Miles and Blake were awesome. They Single-handedly made the experience one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!
